I only received half my order. I ordered 250 roses and only received 168

As mentioned in the claim report you presented, we shipped your order in bundles of 25 roses each. You are counting the roses while the bunches are still packed. You won't be able to find the rest of the roses until you unpack the flowers completely. The corrugated covers need to be removed so you can find the rest of the roses that are beneath the first layer you see on top of each bunch.
Each bunch has 25 roses, for a total of 50 in total for each box, but if the white corrugated covers are still on the roses, you won't be able to see the roses that are underneath.
Roses aee still fresh a week after mothers day, outlasting the other flowers my mom recieved. This makes her feel special which in turns makes me happy. Thank u globalrose

Don't know much of how to order bulk but I'm hoping I did it right
The price is reasonable and the flowers look decent. But there seemed to be more stems broken this year than the previous year. There were also a few bundles that were "slimy"

Despite my buildings illogical and complicated association policies that did not allow floral arrangements to be held for the renters of the 50+ community building in the lobby in event of being unable to answer the door... I ordered 250 assorted roses. Most of them were GORGEOUS. Unfortunately, the "light colored" roses- white, pale green, and light lilac, looked awful, starting to wilt and had lots of rusty colored spots on them. The dark and bi-colored roses were stunning.
