I have used ProFlowers for many years and always been happy with the service & quality. This is probably the carrier's fault, but this time, the rose plant I ordered for my mom's birthday was left overnight in a truck in extremely cold temps ( -11°F) after the tracking showed it had already been delivered. There was no proof of delivery. It actually arrived a day late, frozen, and all the blossoms and leaves had fallen off. ProFlowers customer service sent a replacement one out, but of course, we missed the birthday.
It was very easy to order the flowers I wanted to send. It also was easy to contact the center so I could relay the gate code for the delivery.
The flowers delivered were extremely close to the ones I chose. Thank you!

The delivery driver was not able to make the first delivery and attempted to leave a message that was unable to be understood leading to the recipient blocking the number and causing a delay in delivery. This resulting in a late delivery from when I originally would have liked it to be.

The McKay look like it was just thrown together last minute. I ended up taking all the flowers out and putting something together myself. Highly disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Update: after the reviewa supervisor contacted me and had the flowers redelivered. Great customer service to follow up as i was not expecting anything. Flowers the 2nd time were much fresher.

A lot of places don't deliver to Puerto Rico or take forever to deliver there but it arrived in less than 24 hours and she loved it!

Overall experience went well. Flowers that I had ordered for my Niece were delivered a day early, which was nice. According to my Niece they were beautiful.

Although the bouquet was absolutely beautiful and deeply loved and appreciated by my wife, it didn't quite feel like the $120 we spent on it. If I had told her the price, she would probably agree that while it's lovely, it doesn't quite match the cost. She'd definitely tell me not to do that again, which I'd understand completely.

Ordering was an ease as always and flowers were delivered as stated when placing the order. Some of the flowers (2-3 of 24 total) were a little wilted ( not enough where I was upset) but the bouquet was a lovely mix of roses / colors.

Great on time delivery. Bouquets were beautiful but not even close to the style or color or flowers that were advertised. It was disappointing that I chose 5 distinct bouquets for 5 individuals based on their preferences and - while they were very happy with their gift of flowers - it was not what I spent hours choosing intentionally.

I got no feedback that my order was delivered on right time and day. It was embarrassing to text the recipient to see if they received it. It did get delivered on time. That all happened Tuesday/Wednesday of last week. I just received a text today 1/27 asking if my order was delivered on time, cancelled or? This is not appropriate customer service or anyway to run a business let alone such a large business. Get your act together!

The flowers were stunning, but they started dying the next day. For over 100 dollars, i would expect they stay alive for at least 4-7 days. They offered a 30% refund, but honestly, is that enough? At least it's something i guess, but i wont be ordering from ProFlowers ever again.

My family sent me a picture of the flower arrangement and it looked like I took some roses from a garden and haphazardly stuffed them in a jar. It was for my grandmothers 85th birthday. She deserved better than that.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
