The first picture is what my friend received the second one is what I paid for. $90.00 only to find out that this company isn't even in Ocean Springs and uses another florist who apparently can not arrange flowers. It looks like someone went to Lowes and put ugly and cheap plants in an even uglier basket. Also all customer service people have accents. So it probably isn't even in the United States. Please don't waste your time or money.
I will never order from here again! Still waiting after 5 days for my $100 refund that I'm now getting because after I spoke over the phone for 10 mins! Oh surprise they don't have the supplies!? What a scam! Plus was supposed to be free delivery, but I was being charged for it anyways! Ridiculous I would give them negative ratings if I could!
Placed an order online for a plant to be delivered as condolence for a death in family. Received email it was delivered. The intended recipient did not receive it. I contact Terry's and they confirmed it was delivered. I again told them it was not, they were home all day and it was not received. I was then told they apologize, there was a problem with the vendor and they would refund my money. Problem with the Vendor? Then why did you tell me twice it was delivered? If I hadn't questioned it, I would have been charged for something that was never delivered. No offer to send anything to the family who received nothing. Very poor customer service - stay far away!

Had ordered a colorful European Garden Bouquet, which was mentioned as "available" online. The flowers delivered were mostly inexpensive WHITE mums with 3 pink tulips, more suited for a funeral than an uplifting hospital arrangement. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Will never order from them again!
I ordered my wife flowers 3 day before our anniversary, and they never arrived. They called me the day before they were supposed to be delivered to tell me they didn't have part of my order and they needed to refund part of my money. Then the evening they were supposed to be delivered I called because it was 4:00pm and my wife still hadn't received them, they assured me they were out for delivery. Needless to say, I had to call another florist at 4:30pm on our Anniversary because the flowers never arrived.
I tried to call about the Non delivery and no answer. This review made me put a star, but a star is not deserved.

I normally do not post things like this. I was not asking for any money back I just wanted what I ordered or something close to it. I ordered the first pic and received the second. I reached out to the company and their words were, better if you see it so I will leave a pic. Terry's Florist in antioch. And they were delivered a day latesupposed to have roses the one they sent had one that was browning
Ordered a beautiful butterfly Bouquet for a friend that was retiring. I got this ugly, mostly green leaves a few half dead flowers in dirty water. I called to complain. They didn't care, no refund or sending me the actual flowers I order. Money seam to be their goal, not customer service.
Spent 20 minutes on the phone to order, kept having to repeat myself. They promised a same day delivery, which is the only reason I went with their company. Got a call at the end of the business day saying they couldn't deliver until the next day, at that point it was too late to use another company.
Called the next day, the lady was rude and said it would be delivered that day.
I assumed it was delivered but got a text message 2 DAYS LATER saying they are unable to fulfill my order and are cancelling it. I asked to speak to a manager days ago, I'm told there's no manager, they're out, but someone will call. I haven't heard from anyone.

You can read all the terrible reviews across multiple platforms. I wish I had before I ordered. They made excuses and sent me their terms and conditions stating that they can substitute all parts of the arrangement. Pics show what I received versus what I ordered. Not even close.
First time i used this florist never again. Ordered flowers to be delivered on march 5. Called me back an told me not able to deliver out of stock. Will credit card which they did. Then on march 11 they charged my credit card again for no reason. Now having a hard time getting my credit card refunded. So be careful.
Flowers never delivered. Put on "muzak" hold for infinity when I called. Reported to Facebook and Instagram. I believe it is a sham business. They only refunded after I made several phone calls and told them I would dispute charge with my bank and report as fraud. Lesson learned!
Ordered a large spray for my uncle's funeral. I was told it would be delivered the next day by noon. The day they were to be delivered I receive a phone call at 4:00pm. We don't have the flowers and we have to cancel your order. I could not believe they waited 4 hrs to call me. I live over 500 miles from where the funeral is and unable to attend. I wanted to at least send a nice arrangement. These people are inconsiderate, did not offer any alternative arrangement and left me hanging. This company needs to be investigated by BBB.
If I could give fewer stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They lied about flowers being out for delivery, flowers did not arrive when specified. When I called I was told that the driver did not leave them as directed it was not true he never went to the house. When I called the shop I was left on hold for 25 minutes waiting for the manager to come. Then I called back and was told that the manager would call me in 15-20 minutes I am still waiting for a call. Flowers delivered were not what I ordered and at a lower level than purchased so what I spent 79.99 for higher grade arrangement they delivered a basic arrangement. Do not use unless you want a terrible experience with poor quality all around
Terrible business DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. Order cancelled in late afternoon for an order placed in early morning. This was a birthday order. Shop offered no substitute flowers. Placed on hold several times. Hung up on me every time I was placed on hold. BUYER BEWARE. I Should add that I never ordinarily leave reviews, even for normal bad business experiences. THIS FLORIST IS AWEFUL.
My Aunt (only living sister to my Dad and lives far away) whom could not make it to the Wake or Funeral ordered Flowers from Terry's Florist of which I was going to take photos of since I had known she really wanted to be there never arrived until days after the Events took place. After reading all these reviews now I see why. I would strongly suggest not using this florist. My Aunt was devestated and I had to be the one to tell her there were no flowers. I had taken photos of all the Arrangements there. And when she called them they told her she had to wait for the Manager to call back to make sure she gets a refund.
DO NOT use 1. Order taking was very tedious due to language issues(clearly they use a call center outside the US) and they tried to upsell2. Flowers never arrived but charged my credit card. Claimed the order was cancelled due to supply issues(they never notified me so my mother never got the flowers for her 85th B day)getting the charges removed took 3 calls. HORRIBLE
My daughter tried to surprise me for my birthday by sending me flowers. The took her money and never delivered the flowers. When she called them they said there is nothing she can do about it and laughed and then hung up the phone on her. Horrible customer service. Very rude! NEVER USE THIS FLORIST!
Ordered flowers and were "guaranteed" a delivery the next day. Received a text message 24 hours later stating that they did not have the flowers available and that they could not get any from any sources. I called them to ask what? RUDE lady on the phone said you got the text I can not get you the flowers. I asked for a refund and she said it might show up within the next week. She then hung up on me. Called back and finally someone answered and they put me on hold for 20 minutes, came back and said we are closed can you call back on Monday?

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
