I know florist sometimes have to substitute flowers but they should be of equal statue. Also the flowers were not delivered on the day promised. The 1st pic is what was ordered, the second pic is what was delivered. BIG difference!
So I've never bought flowers for anyone before and decided to send some to my mom for her birthday. I'm 2 states away so I just picked what I thought was a good local florist. I should have read the reviews first so I guess that's on me. I paid a total of $80 to get them delivered which I thought was high but I was SUPPOSED to be sending a nice arrangement so I didn't think too much about it. The bouquet itself was $59.99 because I got the "as shown" version. As the other reviews would suggest it was not as shown. What was supposed to be a big bouquet was a piddly arrangement of four flowers. I'm mad but at least my mom and I got a laugh out of it.
Ordered a sunflower arrangement. Within seconds I received a message that they couldn't fulfill my order. I told them to cancel. They refused, saying the order had been delivered (in less than five minutes?). No matter what I said, they refused to cancel. So now I have to deal with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Why is this scam outfit allowed to be on google?
61 dollars for a daisy bouquet and no vase. It was suppose to include Gerber daisies and I confirmed verbally that they had some and they did not include any. I expressed my concern and they said it was in line with their substitution policy and blamed their prices on COVID. The grocery store does not charge that much, so why do they? I'd encourage people to look elsewhere, for sure. (BTW it was a 3 min delivery too)
My mistake was I did not read the reviews first before ordering here. A big big stupid mistake. First off they are not local in your area but they pretend to be. The flower arrangement and the amount of flowers of what you paid was totally disappointing and totally embarrassing.( Almost 200 dollars) Of course we do not see how it looks until we went there and saw for myself. They are not trustworthy!
I purchased flowers here for a sick friend. She spent an extra day in the hospital so I was not home. They left the flowers with a neighbor even though they are new to the area and do not know their neighbors. We hunted down the neighbor and got her flowers but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the arrangement especially for the price and look nothing like what was advertised. I called to complain about the delivery the manager was supposed to call I never did. I am beyond disappointed
Today is my mother's birthday I ordered flowers 5 days ago I was told they were gonna be delivered today March 3rd and I received a call a call at 10 AM letting me know that they ran out of supplies. What type of Flores runs out of supplies. Never do business with this company

I ordered a 70 dollar arrangement that was supposed to be in a glass dish with a variety of plants that I could enjoy and enliven plant outside. I got the arrangement it was a ugly wicker basket with flowers poorly placed in and not a variety like I expected. I called and they only refunded me 24 dollars I am not happy with the arrangement I want to just toss it in the garbage. Very poor quality and choice of replacement. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here
Ordered flower arrangement to be delivered in Livingston. They canceled the and never even told us. They claimed to have phoned and text. That"s BS. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUNSTANCES. They are Crooks They took our $$$ On the way to Wells Fargo who doesn't answer your phones either@!@!@$
I ordered flowers for my best friends birthday on 2/24/22, delivery 2/25/22. I was told the arrangement I had chosen was available. When I called to see if my friend got her flowers she said they were never delivered. On 2/28/22 I called the florist. They told me their flower order never came in. My problem is that they never called me to notify me so I could make other arrangements. I wanted to talk to the manager / owner and the woman on the phone told me she the owner would call me back because I wanted to know what they were going to do about it to make it right. 3 days later still no call. CC refunded. I recommend you look elsewhere when looking for a florist in Nyack, NY.
Ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital. Their website said same day delivery, the arrangement I picked said available that day, but the flowers were never delivered. Couldn't reach him by phone. Reached out by email and finally got a reply the next day saying my order couldn't be failed due to supply issues. It would have been nice to have that information when I made the order, they had my contact information, but no call, no text, no email till the next day. First and last time doing business there
This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau. Advertises as a local florist and they are not. Never delivered my flowers. Was on hold for a half an hour and they hung up. Called again - on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up. Infuriated that flowers were not delivered for someone who lost their mother. Shameful what they are doing - I didn't read the reviews beforehand - BUYER BEWARE!
I wish I would have checked here first. Terrible service, the absolute worst. They represent themselves as a local florist, so I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. When they did not arrive they claimed they texted/called/emailed me, which they did not, as they could not fill the order. This lead to my mother not receiving her flowers at all. Had they told me, like they claimed they did, I would have been able to order from a local florist. They simply refunded me two days later with a canned response. Don't use these folks.
I ordered flowers for the funeral of a dear friend on Tuesday. They were to arrive before the service at 10AM on Friday. The service ended by noon and the flowers never arrived. I called them around 3 to find out what happened. They said they texted me, which they did, but at 2:20. MORE THAN 4 HOURS AFTER THE SERVICE started, and after they assured me they would arrive, to let me know they couldn't fill my order. By then it was too late to make other arrangements. They had 3 days prior to the funeral to let me know, but never did. I was, am, angry and disappointed. They could not be more unprofessional. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. If I could give them no stars, I would.
I ordered three bouquets from different local florists to see which I liked the best (because I have a wedding coming up). Boy, was this one the worst! Terry's was advertised as local, but is not. They had problems with my address, and I paid $80 for a wilted "bouquet" that is nothing like the advertisement. I seriously could have gotten flowers from Walmart that looked better. The other two bouquets were beautiful, so can't blame covid or anything. I will definitely be checking reviews from now on. The pictures are: what was advertised vs what I got. And yes, I ordered deluxe.
I too should have read reviews first. The arrangement never arrived on the day promised. I was told they tried to deliver but that was not true since someone was at home all day. When I called the next morning I was told it was out for deliverary at 9:00 a.m. It did not arrive until noon. When it did arrive it was a cheap, small arrangement unlike what I had chosen.
Do NOT use this company. Now I am worried about my credit card. Again DO NOT use this company.
They were supposed to let me know when it had been delivered and they did not. I called the next day and they could not determine if it had been delivered or not. I finally got picture of the flowers from my brother, to whom it was delivered (for his mother-in-law's funeral) for the price paid there were hardly any flowers in the arrangement. This makes me angry.
I placed an order for a family funeral. The arrangement NEVER showed up AND they never informed me that nothing was sent. When I inquired, they e-Mailed back to said "Unfortunately, due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order." Don't bother using this florist, they are terrible. I had a hard time understanding the person who answers the phone. This place is super unprofessional.
