Charged $90 for a bouquet, my recipient received a late delivery and the cheapest, wilted flowers. The bouquet was cheap daisies that looked like they were picked from a public park and wilted red roses. The ugliest thing I had ever seen and NOT worth $90. The will not refund me either. They will not answer the calls or emails. Beware of this scam
Ordered flowers to brighten my niece's day. Was guaranteed same day delivery. They called to say they ran out of those flowers. I said it doesn't have to be the exact ones. His response is we don't have any. What! Then he had to get approval from his supervisor to refund my money. Really? You can't do your job but my money has to be approved. Do Not Waste Your time with these people.
This is a terrible florist with absolutly no compassion. They took a funeral order from me on Saturday for a very important buriel the following Thursday and on TUESDAY left me a message saying they cannot fullfill my order due to supply issues and I will get a refund and have a pleasant day. Seriously? How does that help with funeral flowers that are now needed in one day! So callous and lacking compassion!
Paid $150.00 for a "Premium Sympathy" arrangement for delivery to an elderly grieving couple who lost their son. The garbage that was delivered was also an entire day late and dumped on the porch without the courtesy of an apology, a knock, ring, or call. Demanded they look at their own images and the weeds that were delivered and tell me how its anywhere close. Disputing the charges.
The arrangement was terribly over priced and not as impressive as the photo on the website. Stay clear; I encourage users to shop elsewhere!

My mother ordered my aunt a beautiful arrangement of flowers the cost of 80 dollars! What a frigging waste of money. Did not look like the arrangement she chose or even the same size so much smaller! According to Terry's Florist bull$#*! email reply was because they had to make substitution with flowers! Okay that's fine and all BUT MAKE IT 80 DOLLARS WORTH OF $#*!ING FLOWERS! Gave a generous refund of 14.99 what a joke! As you can see first picture of what she wanted to order second picture of the joke arrangement that was received!
I called Terry's Florist and told them all about my loved one that I wanted to send an arrangement to, except I forgot her favorite color and favorite flower. But, to my surprise, when the arrangement (designer's choice) was delivered it was PERFECT! They had the most beautiful arrangement of tones of reds and pinks and included her favorite flower front and center! The arrangement was big, beautiful and so tastefully put together, it truly looked liked something my local florist (I live several states away & have used same florist for 30+ yrs) would have made. Also, the price was very, very nice on the wallet.
I paid for a same day order of brightest memories which is an all yellow flower arrangement, and paid extra for 4 sunflowers to be added to it. They called me hours later to tell me they could no longer same day deliver 2/18 due to not having the flowers and they'd deliver the next morning 2/19. I called 8x after 10am and emailed looking for an order update since they still had t been delivered. Nearing 12pm the order was finally delivered but it was the wrong product. I've emailed and called but once again no response. Almost $120 spent for something I could've just picked up for way less at HEB, this gift was supposed to be really special which is why I put out the expense. You'll see what I ordered vs what was sent in the photos, it's so sad, my girl loves yellow which is why I ordered yellow and paid for additions.
I was trying to send a very dear friend a surprise on a special day! The flowers never arrived and I when I called to find out why... KATIE told me that the driver had an accident and they would be delivered today... LIAR! The recipient would of been called or I would of been called. They were never planning on delivering the flowers and when I called them on it I was given a hard time and put on hold for over 20 minutes. I am requesting a chargeback - no trust at all that a refund will be issued!
I ordered flowers to be sent to my wife at work for our first wedding anniversary. I called the day they were supposed to have been delivered to check the delivery. I called two numbers, selecting check my order. The automated message said no one was available to answer my call. I selected new order, and I was able to speak to someone, who informed me the flowers would not be delivered. This company is good at charging the customer for the order, but not so good at delivering or giving the customer a call saying the delivery wont be made. My wife did not get flowers on our anniversary. Great Job!
Valentines day flowers ordered and arrived two days after. The order received was not what was ordered. She received completely different flowers and did not get the small stuffed animal nor the chocolates I paid extra for. With a $15.99 service fee, I paid $96! For two days the recipient and I tried to call them and got different answers as to the delay. First it was an attempt to deliver and then supply shortage. They lied about attempting to deliver them, they were never seen on property cameras trying to deliver and had the right address for it. Ordered a lavender and white bouquet with roses and other pretty flowers, she got some cheap slapped together bouquet of mixed flowers. Beyond disgusted, Hard enough getting them to answer the phone. When I did get them today they had me send an email showing what was delivered and what was not received. Then told it would take 24-28 hours to get a response... we will see what comes of it. I regret not reading these reviews before even trying to use this place... they completely ruined the gift for my best friend!

I'm very dissatisfied with their services! I placed an order on 02-01-22 for a delivery of flowers for Valentine's Day, flowers weren't delivered. I called Terry's florist and of course they said that do to high volume of orders they weren't able to get to all of them, they will be delivered on the 02-15-22 which I was okay with that I trusted that it would be delivered the next day. However the order again was not delivered on 02-15-22 now I'm really upset, disappointed called and asked for my refund the person I spoke to told me that it was not going to be refunded till it was reviewed and approved by a manager before a refund could be issued. It's now 02-16-22 and I've yet to get my money back and nor have I been accommodated for their poor service. I would never recommend Terrys Florist to anyone!
When my friends son passed away I googled "florist near Damascus MD" Terry's Florist showed up #1. I looked at their website and saw that they did deliver on Saturday and their product looked nice. I ordered a vey nice piece(almost $100). After the funeral the aunt contacted me to let me know that my flower arrangement never arrived. My heart sank. I immediately tried to call Terry's Florist and the phone number listed just rings and rings. I called my bank and started the dispute process. The banker also started googling said florist with me and we found that "Terry's Florist" shows up wherever you are located.(great SEO scam) there are also a plethora of people saying this company is a scam. I emailed Terry's Florist to tell them that I was contacting the BBB and that my flowers never showed up. I got some flowery reply that said that they were delivered at 11:15, again family said never arrived. My banker assured me we could dispute this transaction once it cleared my bank and to just watch it. It fell off my transactions, so I assumed Terry's Florist was admitting that they in fact never delivered my product that I paid for! Then almost 2 weeks later it showed back up on my statement. What a nightmare! Then to add insult to injury Terry's Florist called my phone because they said that they had a missed call on their caller ID from my number(from a week prior) and that if I wanted to place an order to just call them back. NO thank you. I'm so upset and embarrassed that not only did I get scammed by this company but that my flowers of sympathy never showed up for my friend and her grieving family.
I'm still waiting for the real flowers that never showed up. Terry's has yet to refund a portion of the $264.00 that I spent for what turned out to be half of an order, and those were "replacement" flowers that looked nothing like what I ordered. I ordered 3 specific arrangements. 2 showed up, but one of those was completely different than I wanted. Not only that, they didn't attach the cards that identified who they were from.

This "florist" is actually a call center/online order center that takes your order than fulfills it trying to use local florists. I ordered a week early to make sure it would be delivered on time no problem, had to follow up several times, basically got called a liar when they said it wouldn't be delivered on time and that "they made no such promise" spent an hour on the phone just to get the order cancelled and then have to call a true florist. I am still waiting to get my refund. Worst experience I've ever had with any online company or "florist."
Valentines has come in 2022 and is gone! It is now the 15th nearly 4pm eastern and Terrys Florist still has not delivered flowers to my wife! Just try and reach out to customer service, good luck! They will place you on hold for the longest, what are we ordering here credit checks? These are flowers and i can not even get a simple update on where my purchase is?! This is simply ridiculous, this is not hard, its CUSTOMER SERVICE! So dissatisfied and just flat out disappointed! Honestly i could have gone to a local grocery store and just pucked some very nice flowers for half the price, but who doesn't like to receive flowers on a special day? So you pay more for a sevice and your given nothing more for double or triple your money. Terrys Florist is definitely not a customer service friendly place of business. Do not continue to support businesses that will make excuses and cant deliver while charging you absurd amounts of money. NEVER AGAIN. Bybthe way im still holding over 40 minutes! Company seemed like a locally owned florist (Greenville, SC) but apparently just another ploy by a disreputable company. Ordered flowers for Valentine's day on February 10th with a requested delivery date of February 13th (to beat the crowd on the actual holiday). Now February 15th and no flowers. On indeterminate hold for their customer dis-service department. Should the flowers arrive, no great hope that they will be worth the $112 charge.)-:
I wish i looked harder at these guys before placing an order. I placed an order for two separate deliveries. They sub contracted it out to two different companies. The deliveries were date sensitive. One delivery came two days early, the other didnt come at all. I called about the missed delivery, the only way they offered to make it right was by saying we will deliver it tomorrow, no refund, no offer of a coupon, no other option, no apology. Absolutely disgusted. Sad group of folks
