This place have a horrible service, OVERALL RATING 0. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my husband on Valentine's Day. I told them to deliver it between 10am-10:30am they confirmed! I called my husband at around 12pm if he receive any delivery in his office and found out that the flowers was not yet delivered. I called this florist ( WAITED FOR 35 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEBODY ANSWERED) and asked them why the flowers was not delivered, they said that it's on it's way, I BEGGED them to deliver the flowers at least before 2:30pm as my husband leaves work by 2:30pm- NO FLOWERS WAS DELIVERED! ICALLED THEM AGAIN (WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES TO ANSWER MY CALL) I ASKED THIS FLORIST TO REFUND MY PAYMENT- THEY SAID "NO", I ASKED THEM IF THEY CAN DELIVER IT TO MY HOME SINCE THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND ME-THEY HANGED MY PHONE CALL. I HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN FOR THE 4TH TIME (EVERY CALL, YOU HAVE TO PREPARE YOURSELF TO WAIT FOR 25-35 MINUTES)... AFTER 35 MINUTES OF WAITING... THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T DELIVER IT TO MY HOME- THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND MY PAYMENT... I TOTALLY DON'T KNOW IF THEY WILL REFUND ME AT ALL... PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO ORDER A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS- PLEASE ORDER IT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS RELIABLE! IF YOU ORDER IT TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
Ordered a bouquet from Terrys Florist. After the bouquet hadn't arrived, I placed a call and was on hold for a about 10 minutes and then the they hung up. So, I called back and was on hold for another 30 minutes, when someone finally answered.
I gave them the confirmation number and they started asking a bunch of questions, which should have been on the same order I was looking at in my email confirmation.
I was told that the bouquet was "being arranged" and would be delivered sometime that day. They tried to hang up and managed to aske them what my options were if the bouquet didn't arrive. I was told that someone would call and discuss options if it was not delivered. Not very reassuring, for an order that was being arranged!
About 45 minutes later, I get a call from someone with an accent than was nearly impossible to understand. I was told "we have supply issue. Best we can offer is immediate full refund." So much for "your order is being arranged."
I told them to issue the "immediate full refund" and it has yet to be issued. I suspect I will be eating the $80 bouquet and delivery charge that never happened!
BUYER BEWARE!

So i ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day to be delivered on Valentines day, only for my wife to recieve a phone call on Feb 12th trying to find her to make a delivery. Keeping my fingers crossed they come today and correct in what i ordered. Will let you know. Really.
Needed to send flowers to Mother In Law after her husband passed. Terrys said item was in stock and would be delivered. Item did not show and the sent email later saying supply chain issues were reason they would cancel order. No refund yet! They are full of $#*! and scammers. Going to file against them.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral service 2 days in advance. On the website the item I ordered said "Gauranteed next day". Service was on a saturday and I was never notified that they were unable to deliver. Come Monday I got a text saying they were unable to deliver, but would deliver to another address. I gave them an address they said they would add additional flowers. Learned that it was never delivered to that address either and they have already initiated a refund. I didnt want a refund, I WANTED THE FLOWERS DELIVERED! Stop using a call center that is NOT located in the US!
I was very disappointed in the recent purchase of an arrangement for a co- worker who had a family loss. For the $66 ( not including delivery) price I could have bought multiple bouquets from the grocery store! I am beyond disappointed.
Ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter for a very special occasion. Get a text at 5:05 pm of the day they are supposed to be delivered that they can't due to "supply issues"... seriously, you can't have just figured that out.

I placed order for my wife birthday at 9am. I paid for the arrangement to be sent. I get a text and email; not a phone call at 305 pm that day saying we didn't have the flowers to make arrangement so order is canceled and you will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Well so late in the day could not find another florist to deliver. My wife missed out on flowers for her birthday. They immediately took my money then I have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund. I didn't receive an apology or had time to fix and maybe pick a different arrangement to be sent. Terrible business form and communication. I then called to make sure refund is being done. I explained my suggestion to them notifying a customer a lot sooner not end of the day and there response was ok. It like they don't care. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THERE SERVICES.
The flower arrangement was not delivered on the day specified. The day after I e-mailed and asked for a refund because it was not delivered. They replied 4 hours later and said they would deliver that day. They did deliver that day. It was not the arrangement I had purchased but was close. They do pretend to be local but they are not.
I selected "Treasured Lilies Spray" for my supervisor's mother in-law's service. Not one lily was in the arrangement. It was all carnations and they were not the bright and colorful flowers in the arrangement that was pictured. I felt embarrassed when I saw what was sitting beside the casket; an arrangement of light colored carnations and not one lily in sight. Shameful. I deserve a full refund.

What out! You search for a florist and they pop up. They pay big bucks to Yahoo and Google so they can steal from you. Like many other reviews they don't deliver the flowers. Custom service does not exist.
I wish I would have read the reviews. They left me a voicemail on my phone the exact day and time the funeral arrangement was to be deliver. Never gave me a chance to change my order to something else to be sent. I called 3 times and the phone was not answered. I live in IA and they were to be delivered in TN. This was for a co-worker of my husband's and now he will never know we were thinking of him and his family.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

I bought the deluxe forever our angel for a funeral so husband could have angel when flowers died. No angel included and very few flowers.
I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and called to confirm they received my order since an email was never provided. I called confirmed and they said everything was good. NOT EVEN AN HOUR LATER they call me and say they can't process the order because they don't have flowers and the refund will take 3-5 days? Like are you kidding me. Never will use this company again.
We ordered the picture in the left and pod over $100. They delivered the bouquet on the right. They stated that this is a "comparable substitution." What a joke. Their solution was to refund $23. However I never would have paid anywhere close to $75 for the flowers that were sent!
They gave me the price of $70.91 and when I look at my account they charged $91.93 that is fraud and contacting my bank
Delivered an ugly small bouquet looking nothing like the picture of the uograded bouquet i ordered. Never responded to my request to make it good as it was my friend's 80th birthday and very possibly her last so I had "splurged"! Wish i had seen these reviews before i ordered. See picture. Does that look like an $85 bouquet? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Do yourself a favor and run from this florist. I placed an order that they immediately called back to say was not available. Then they replaced it with an arrangement that was half the price but charged me the original price for the more expensive arrangement. I called at least seven times to talk to someone and no one could help me. I would receive texts to call an 888 number, which I did. The issue could not be resolved by the person who answered. They would tell me someone would call me back but no one ever did. Call back requests were not returned. Then they didn't deliver the arrangement, claiming no one was home. They were. They refused to return that day. Finally, when I told them I was cancelling the order, they suddenly delivered the flowers but charged me the higher rate. Totally shady operation. Complete scammers. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.
I called Terry's florist more than 24 hours in advance of requested delivery and thry still didn't get my flowers delivered for my aunt's service on time. The flowrrs arrived at the cemetery's chapel after the service. The cemetery director delivered the standing spray to the grave site as we were departing. I was shocked and dismayed that it arrived without the ribbon I had to pay an extra $20.00 and the size of the spray was half the size of what I expected. I paid $185.00 and was refunded the $20.00 for the ribbon after arguing with them because they wanted a picture of the spray to prove it! Why would I lie about something like that! Oh and they refunded me $10.00 for it being late. What a joke! Take it or leave it cause that's all I was getting! Terrible customer service! I will never use them again. They kept telling me to call back because they had to speak to their driver when he/she returned. What the hell is a cell phone for! I would not recommend this business at all. It took 2 days to settle this issue. An employee spoke to me and kept putting me on hold to speak to the manager who never got on the phone!

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
