You suck! Ordered gf birthday flowers and I was sent an email stating they had supply issues. I asked if I could send another arrangement and was told I was too late they're all booked up. I wouldn't use this place to send flowers to a pet parakeet. Unprofessional, unhelpful, unsympathetic, cold, mechanical and robotic customer service. They simply could care less. Out of all the small businesses that are out of business due to Covid-19 how did this POS survive?
They were supposed to deliver to my friend who lost a loved one. It never arrived. I did not know this therefore I didn't just order again from a real flower shop!
I order a bouquet on line for $106.98 and the one they received was awful.

Absolutely awful! We never saw the flowers, a text came at 1:03am saying they delivered them to a gate which is on a main street not the home. My elderly mother drove to find the flowers at 4:30am and they were not there. Would not credit us back and awful customer service. They are a scam. Horrible business practices!
I wouldn't trust this company, seems very suspicious as in something else is going on behind the scenes. Buyer beware.
Called me at 5 pm and told me they had "no flowers" and couldn't deliver on the date. Refused to work with me on delivering in a time frame the next day. Only order here if you are able to sit at home for a solid week waiting on your flower arrangement.
Placed an order thinking it was a local florist. Website indicated a partnership of two women who wanted to have a floral shop since they were in high school together. Definitely not a local, nor a partnership. My order was for $59.99 and free shipping. I got an email confirmation that I forgot something in the order. Link sent me to a page with message that said I didn't have anything in my shopping cart. And when I checked my credit card account there was a charge from Terry's Florist for $80.18. Called the 888 line (not a local number), cancelled the order and requested a stop on the charge. Then called my bank to put hold on the charge. This company is a scam, they are not local and try to over charge your order.
I did not read the reviews before purchasing a flower arrangement through this company. I was mortified after they charged me $101 and failed to deliver the flowers same day. I specifically ordered a PREMIUM version of the attached picture and the arrangement was supposed to be much bigger than what is shown however, a completely different arrangement was delivered. I'm happy that I actually GOT the flowers after reading all the bad reviews from people who didn't even get theirs delivered. Customer service was HORRIBLE! I lost hope and shut my bank card down in fear this company would try to charge additional things to my card. The attached photos are what I ordered and what was delivered. What was delivered is nowhere NEAR a $100 arrangement! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! It popped up on Google as a LOCAL florist in my area but that is a lie. If I could give them less than one star I would.

I tried to use a local florist to support a small business, it went horribly wrong. I ordered a gift for my sister. Someone else's flowers were delivered to her. I have called 3 times today to ask that the CORRECT flowers be delivered to my sister. No one will help me. They keep saying their manager is not there. The order I placed was never delivered to my sister and I've wasted 40 minutes on the phone speaking to customer service agents about this issue. They tried to offer me $20 off an $85 order and brought up their substitution policy. This was an incorrect order. NOT A SUBSTITUTION.
I would not recommend ever using this service to ANYONE.
I will never use this florist again. I wanted a local florist so I could be sure the flowers were delivered for when my sister got home from the hospital. At 3:00, after being cut off 3 times I was told that they would be delivered by 8 pm. There site says delivery is free but instead of a delivery fee they charge an outrageous service fee. When I asked for an explanation of what the service fee paid for I was told it was for the maintainence and upkeep of the flowers. In other words its a fee for their overhead. The guy on the phone said this is standard for florist shops in the area. So what I'm getting is that its a fee they charge for letting me buy something. Terrible business. Addendum: This situation became worse. At 3:30 someone called me and said the flowers had been delivered. They had not. The person said she would check and hung up. I called back and after giving the same information as I had in the first call I was put on hold for 15 min after which I hung up and called back. I was told they had been delivered at 4:07. They had not. All in all I had to call in 8 times and each time was put on hold and no one came back on the line (can you say game players?) The next to the last time I called I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund and the person didn't even bother with hold. Just hung up. The last time I called the person told me the records showed that it was under investigation. When I said I wanted the order cancelled she said she couldn't do anything for me because it was after hours and no supervisor was available and hung up. At 4:30 the delivery man showed up with a wilted flower arrangement which of course we refused. All in all a waste of time and money.
The "premium" arrangement I ordered for a friend's special birthday was a huge disappointment. They did not respond to my complaint.
Ordered a bouquet on line for my daughter's birthday. The website claimed that my credit card could not be processed but charged my card without completing the order. Terry's did not respond to multiple emails asking for an explanation and refund. After being cut off four times I eventually spoke on the phone to someone who was unable to do anything and said that I should contact the bank. Unhelpful, terrible service and an website that appears to be fraudulent.
I ordered an arrangement via this company, only to be disappointed by them not delivering and cancelling my order. I ordered flowers to surprise my wife, however when i got home there was no delivery. It wasn't until i called and they informed me hours later that they couldn't fill the order. When i asked about them contacting me, they said someone tried to call me and left a voicemail, which was not a true statement. I then asked to speak with a manager and was immediately told that all managers were busy. In my opinion very poor business practices.
I called and asked if flowers would get delivered on same day. She guaranteed delivery, I placed an order online, only to get confirmation that they could not fulfill my order due to supply chain issues, that is a bunch of crap! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! If I could give them 0 stars I would!
Same story as other reviewers. I thought they were a local florist. I Ordered an expensive sympathy arrangement - white in round vase with tea leaves. They farmed it out to another local florist who delivered a cheap vase with red and yellow flowers like something you buy for $5.00 from a street vendor. It was left at the front door with no knock or call and the flowers were frozen and dead by time my friend found them. I got a partial refund and now they won't answer emails. I have disputed the rest of the charge with my credit card company and reported them to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission.
On a Saturday morning, I placed an order based for a stock arrangement I was told was available that day for same day delivery. I was contacted in late afternoon to be told "they might not be able to deliver that day after all, but would follow up later that day. No follow up. I called back. " Wanting to be reasonable, I said, OK, delivery on Monday is fine. I was then contacted by someone late afternoon Monday to tell me the delivery had not been made and the flowers I'd chosen would not be available. So, moral of the story, if you want a florist who doesn't come up with the flowers you order, doesn't deliver when delivery is promised, and doesn't communicate with you properly about the mess, go with these guys! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've encountered in a very long time.

Terry's Florist happily took my money over the phone then failed to deliver my order. When I contacted them all I got was the runaround and BS. AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
