I ordered flowers for my Dads birthday. I wanted to surprise him! The flowers straight up never came, I called 3 times and after 7pm they just said they would call me the next day. I demanded a refunded and they just kept saying they would call ( which they have not) 80 dollars gone. Stay away it ruined my whole day, stressed me out, and defeated the purpose of sending flowers.
AWFUL DON'T DO IT - SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I'm not sure how they are allowed to be in business! I ordered flowers after our friends lost a loved one. Thought I was supporting a LOCAL florist and doing a good thing. Flowers never arrived. Now three days later I am still trying to get them to send the flowers... Any time I call trying to check in on a previous order no one answers the phone... Then when I call to place an order someone answers almost immediately. I asked if this person can check on an order for me... She sounded mad. Told me someone would call me back at some point in the day. NOT HAPPY AT ALL AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My coworkers and I purchased "beautiful in blue" sympathy bouquet for our boss that lost her mom. Flowers looked nothing like the advertisement. Even email confirmation stated the deluxe bouquet would be as shown in photo - big, amazing blue flowers. Our bouquet looked gray and very sad. Extremely disappointed that we were not contacted for substitutions if no blue flowers were available. Do not purchase from.
No one was at home when flowers were delivered. Left them in freezing snow outside even though there was a note from another florist already on the door that they left their flowers next door so they wouldn't freeze.
Placed order on Sat. The 15th requested delivery to funeral home on the 17th was told since no visitation there they would send as a priority to the church before viewing on the 18th at 10 AM. I again requested that they reach out to funeral home to see if could send 17th so was there for family viewing as other plants were there never done. At 9:25 on the 18th still was not at church called on hold forever was finally told enroute no reason why delay. Arrived at 9:40 name on card was mispelled even though I had spelled everything a number of times and no bow which the picture showed and it was even on the order. Totally dissatisfied all I could get was a sorry. Will never use or recommend I feel more than a $10.00 refund is appropriate but was told no.
Last week was Admin Appreciation Week, so we pooled money amongst the 6th grade teachers to buy our admin lunch and got flowers for our principal and grade-level AP. Our principal's flowers were delivered on time and were lovely, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars, but our AP never received hers.
We called Terry's the following afternoon to find out when her flowers would be arriving, figuring there had been a timing issue, and were informed that there were supply issues and our order had been refunded. At NO point did they communicate this to us until WE called THEM. We would have been happy to trust them to put together something else at a comparable price, but were never given the option.
When we called and found out our order had been canceled, we asked if they could put something else together at a comparable price and deliver it. We were told no, because "a lot of their flowers are getting brown."
I'm sorry, but when someone has paid you a not-unsubstantial amount of money (we did pay for an upgraded bouquet) and puts their faith in you to have something where and when it is promised, this is completely unacceptable. Every effort should have been made to fulfill our purchase, even if it wasn't exactly what we ordered. We now have to spend more time to find another location and choose another arrangement to send to our AP, who will be receiving it more than a week late due to impending weather and anticipated closing.
This was a hugely disappointing experience with terrible customer service.
Terry's Florist advertises itself under the wrong name. The honest name should be Bait and Switch Florist. I found them on the interest as a florist providing deliveries in N. Branford CT. Only if you carefully search their web page do you find on the very bottom of their page in small print that they are in Las Vegas. They do not send receipts on orders placed. It was not apparent that they add a $15 ++ handling fee to go along with their "free delivery." I paid for two large balloons to go with the plant, but only one was delivered. They also posted on their web page that orders placed before 2:00 PM will receive a 40% discount. I placed my order the day before the delivery date and was charge the full amount listed plus the 10% handling fee. I sent an email cancelling my order once I received notification from my credit card company about the outrageous total charge. Of course, no one at Terry's Florist is capable of reading email messages. Terry's Florist has added new meaning to Las Vegas being Sin City. I urge potential customers to stay clear of them
We placed a big order total of 4 spread for my mother's funeral weeks prior to services.
Day of delivery (1) day prior to service we were told that ALL orders were cancelled with NO NOTIFICATION and the staff was not apologetic at all.
If you can't fill the order why even accepted, it to begin with and then expect a grieving family 1 day before service to now find a company to arrangement 4 spray and a coffin spray.
WORST SERVICE EVER DO NOT USE THEM B/C THEY WILL CARELESS ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
According to the website, flowers can be delivered in a day, etc. etc. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone choosing and ordering flowers for my daughter's birthday. About 1/2 hour later I got a call saying they had no stock and cancelled my order. I was really mad, especially as this is a work day and I don't have alot of time to spend on the phone. I spoke to both a man and a woman, and she told me it was unexpected and told me to call TeleFlora. I can hardly see why you wouldn't know you had no flowers when you opened the shop, and then proceed to take an order. Totally unprofessional and would not recommend.
I've had a death in the family and I live halfway across the country, I unfortunately cannot be there for the services. I ordered a plant to be sent for the services which is a day from today. I got a call today and said they do not have the supply so cannot fill my order. Instead of offering a replacement since the funeral is tomorrow, they just canceled it and issued a refund which I wont get for 3 days. So now I have to scramble around last minute for something to be sent today. First and last time using this company.
This business is a third party rip off.
They did not follow delivery instructions, messed up order and when told about it, did nothing! Couldn't even be bothered to call back.

I am in Florida and wanted to send my niece flowers for her birthday. Looking on-line, Terrys made it sound like they were located in the town where my niece lives. Boy was I dupped! Order placed on 1/13/22 to be delivered on 1/14 because I knew they would be home. As of 4:30PM-no delivery. Contacted Terry's who stated "they were delivered at 4:07 PM". Called Terry's and spoke to someone who said they WERE delivered. I went back and forth until 7:00PM when the girl at Terry's, Niqua, said she would let her supervisor know and they would contact me. I called my credit card co and they said the order was pending and to call them back once the charge goes through and they will dispute.
Here it is Sunday, 1/16 and nothing... until 3:00PM when I received a pic of the delivered flowers from my niece. YIKES! They sucked. Looked nothing like the pic I ordered, not even close. I ordered Lavender and White flowers and they delivered a vase with a couple of not-quite-dead-yet orange roses thrown in the vase with some purple mums and a couple sprigs of lavender. I was mortified.
I sent a pic of what I ordered and what was delivered to Terry's and they responded that as per their ordering contract, they may substitute at any time. The person must have been color blind! They also said they would credit me half. BFD! This business must be stopped ASAP.

Would give NO stars if I could. Googled "flower shops in Castle Rock, CO" to send my sister an arrangement for her 50th birthday. Ordered a beautiful, premium bouquet two days in advance. $80 with hidden service fee of $15.99 that popped up at checkout, which was irritating but I thought "oh well" and paid it anyway- she's worth it! The day they were to be delivered, they texted and called me at 3:30 in the afternoon and left me several voicemails over the course of 5 minutes while I wasn't available to answer my phone. They said they didn't have the flowers in stock that I had ordered and weren't getting a truck until later in the week so they would either have to deliver a "Designer's Choice" bouquet or wait to deliver later in the week. They also said that I would need to call back WITHIN 15 MINUTES to let them know because they were "about to make their last delivery to that area for the day". I called back and of course, got no answer. I responded to their text and told them to cancel the order and refund my money so that I would have written proof for my bank to dispute the charge. I wouldn't have even been that upset, (except that they waited until 3:30 on delivery day and gave me 15 minutes to respond) but then I looked into them more and found ALL of these scam reports, so now I'm BIG MAD. I had to text my sister and tell her at 4pm "Happy birthday-I swear I sent you flowers " So disappointing.
TDLR; TERRY'S FLORIST IS A TOTAL SCAM AND WILL SHOW UP IN ANY CITY YOU GOOGLE FOR FLOWERS. DON'T FALL FOR IT!
I purchased flowers in 1/4/22 that cost 712.00 for my father in laws funeral. They charged my card the same day. They never delivered them for His funeral on the 15th. The tried saying they ran out of Inventory when I finally got through. Ok how about call me or send an email so I can make other arrangements? After looking into terrys florist on line today I have come to find out they are complete scammers. Will charge you and you will never hear from them again! I am personally going to sue them for this… they messed with the wrong girl. I am an attorney and I will go through the end of the earth to make sure they pay for what they did today. They are disgusting scammers!
Funeral bouquet not delivered to same town as florist, WHY!?! Ordered bouquet on Tuesday for delivery on Friday by 2pm. They did call and make a counter offer. But it was too little too late. Promised refund... we'll see.
Do NOT do business with this company. They are horrible. I ordered flowers on a tuesday for a funeral on Sunday. On Monday evening AFTER the funeral they called stating they couldn't make the delivery and could the delivery go to the home instead. Of course I said yes. Duh. I already paid for them! So now Tuesday evening they called stating they were having "supply issues" and could they substitute some of the flowers. I of course said yes and asked if they would go out to my friend today. The lady responded no because I (as in me the customer) have already went past the 2pm guarantee cut off time. They'll go out first thing tomorrow. I was assured they'd be beautiful and loaded up with flowers. So here I am thinking she got her flowers on Wednesday and it's all good. Yesterday I needed to call her just to check on her, asked if she liked the flowers when she stated she never received any. It was in the late evening and of course they're closed so this morning I called. "Oh yeah, so sorry, we're having supply issues,. We'll get those out as soon as possible". I understand supply issues. The entire world is having supply issues. But no phone call? No nothing? That's the least they could've done. I'm absolutely furious! Never ever do business with them! They're horrible. Oh yeah... I'll be getting a refund in 10-15 business days! As@#ho)÷s!

I ordered 2 flowers for a funeral service. The flowers were delivered but not as ordered. They sent Thanksgiving baskets to a funeral service. They would not take my complaint. I sent them pictures. 1 basket was $99 the other $59 but they were both the same size. They offered me $14.50 for the mistake. They were rude and inconsiderate. I guess they thought I wouldn't make the service and see the flowered. Horrible.
I ordered for my daughters 25th today, first she told me the arrangement was more than they listed on site, then she all the audden found it when I quoted the website, then they never even delivered the arrangement! They suck! It was my daughters 25th and I will absolutely make sure they get the worst review on every site I can post! Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
