I wish I read these reviews before i placed an order, My daughter inlaw just got her BSN in Nursing and wanted to surprise her with an arrangement of flowers and some balloons, received a call that due to supply issue and the quality of flowers that arrived today they weren't good, ok - was told can send something else ok that is fine what will you send? Well I'm not sure as I am not the florist well my order was just under a $100 so I want to know what is comparable well I don't know- I would like to speak with the florist or manager - I can't transfer you they are busy, maybe someone will can call you later... or i refund your money- ok then just refund my money- in approximately 3-5 business you will see your Refund- WHAT? Hold my funds hostage because they can't deliver or give me a comparable product or let me speak with someone or have someone call me back- Maybe is not an answer. I understand due to supply shortages, etc. everyone is experiencing issue but seriously, if you have an employee call with the news they can't deliver what you ordered at least have some answers and options that are available or make yourself available to discuss what you have or can do.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST! Flowers do not get delivered! I had called 3 times, first time they had told me flowers were delivered and it was a lie, I placed another call and I was told they were sorry for the misunderstanding. 3rd called and I got hanged up on the third called 3 hours later and nothing was delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST! YOU WILL GET DISSAPOINTED!
Ordered flowers for a funeral on a Tuesday and spoke directly with them on the same day. Then on the day of delivery they call to say the cross that should have been in the arrangement was not available! Would I like an angel instead. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THAT IS WAY I PURCHASED THE ARRANGEMENT TO BEGIN WITH! VERY UNHAPPY WITH Terry's Florist and will NEVER use them again or refer someone to them! AWF
They did not deliver the flower arrangement. Their phone service is beyond horrible. Don't trust them if they say they will refind your money. Be prepared to dispute charges.
I lived in Canada and tried to place an order last Jan 7 for a sympathy flowers for a family In Glendale Ca. I talked to Janine whom I find nice and friendly. She made the transaction gave my CC and all the details that she needed. Gave her instruction on how to deliver the flowers and we ended nice. After 30 minutes she phoned to say is it ok to deliver the flower at 9am the next day Jan 8, so I said no worries as long as it will be delivered and the phone the recipient before delivering and she said yes sure.
Saturday gone, Sunday gone and I started wondering if our family had received something because we havent received any acknowledment that it was received.
Monday Jan 10 I phoned Teryy's Florist talked to a gentlemen and inquired about my order and said they havent receive any order and that my card got declined while when I was talking to Janine she said all is good.
The gentleman said she will ask Janine to phone me back and Monday passed by no phone call from janine.
Today Jan 11 I phoned to follow up and talked to christine and said she will ask Janine to call me back because she is busy and no phone call has been received. And christine said she will escalate the situation to the manager.

The order has been made. Credit card has been charged. Why not just deliver the said flowers so no more phone call tagging. Dont do this. I am asking for a flower delivery. If you have done your part this is not supposed to happen. I JUST WANTED TO MAKE A FAMILY HAPPY IN TIMES THAT SOMEONE DIED AND THIS ORDER HAD MADE ME REALLY MAD.
Twice now DAY RUINED! Called first thing in the morning told "no problem" next day delivery they call LATE the day flowers were to arrive and said "sorry, supply chain issue". Accidently used them a second time (there is a local Terry's Floral) and same dang issue. Called first thing in morning told 'no problem for same day delivery) then they call LATE IN THE DAY and say 'supply chain issue' we can't deliver. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't let someone's day go by unrecognized. Terry's Florist is the WORST and they don't care.
Flowers were not delivered. Got the run around when I called; had to contact my credit card issuer to cancel payment. Shame on them!

In addition, I asked for a picture of the funeral arrangement before it was sent out. They said afterwards that they were "too busy". I'm so embarrassed by what they sent!
Please an order with them. 3 hours later was informed that they ran out of flowers. I wasn't talking with someone at the shop but with someone on the other side of the country. Very disappointing!
I have ordered flowers twice from them and both times they never delivered the flowers. I did get my money back but I wanted to have flowers delivered to someone in a rest home for their birthday and Christmas. Never happened!

Ordered flowers for my wife's Birthday. They had no problem charging my credit card for flowers they didn't have. I received a text the day they were supposed to be delivered, that said the flowers were still not in stock. No notifications prior too, so I could make other arrangements. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THESE $#*!-HATS AT ALL. Do yourself a favor and pick up flowers locally and hope these turds go out of business for poor service.
Placed a same day order for them just to call me back right before business close and say they couldn't do it and might not be able to the next day. Thinking that I might not be a le to get anyone to do it that day I said OK to try and deliver the next day. (storm coming) I found Cheryls flowers and she was great to deliver within 2 hours! I called them back to cancel and ask for my money back and I was put on hold FORVER, hung up and called back and am still on the phone have been for almost 30 minutes. They didn't even give me an order number and are having trouble finding the order even though they ahve ALL of my information and ALL of the recipients info. The main beef I have is why tell me same day and the girl who called me back said that SHE WAS the florist and with the storm coming in could not risk delivery. I found out they aren't even a true florist, they just broker deals to local florists? She point blank lied! DO NOT do business with them!
Funeral for a relative was Tuesday, January 3,2022 on Monday I ordered in the morning. I was told they could not get it to the church on time for Tuesday but they offered to deliver it on Monday afternoon instead. It was a basket, Blooms and Butterflies, no arranging to do, just put plants in basket, hot glue on a ribbon and a couple butterflies. I told the rep I had been in the industry and understood if purple was not available, another color would be fine. Just make it match. I get a call on Tuesday, 1 hour before the service that they could not fulfill the order due to lack of product. I was given about 2 seconds to respond, when they said I would be refunded in 3-5 days. Then they hung up. You decide if this is good service or not. I ordered online,
Like everyone else on here, I stupidly did not read reviews first. I ordered flowers online for a loved ones birthday which was the next day. Online it said they would be delivering it the day i needed it delivered, on their actual birthday. I received the confirmation email saying it would be delivered on the date requested. The next day arrives and goes by. I hear nothing from the recipient, my girlfriend who is out of town that she had received any surprise delivery. I receive nothing from Terrys indicating the delivery had or had not been made. I call terrys, too late, they close at 5. I finally have to ask my girlfriend if she recieved anything. Nope. I call terrys the next morning, customer service puts me on hold for longer than it should take to look up my order on this new technological advance we have called a computer. 8 minutes on hold for her to tell me that they are sorry, but their warehouse didnt have the flowers needed. I say, ummm you have warehouses in every city of America and your own shop where terrys employees pull the flowers from same day. No, you are a middle man, you call a local florist and they make the order and deliver it. I am not that stupid. So what happened then? She fumbles a bit and then thr phone silent for a minute. I ask to transfer me.to a manager, which she claims they cannot do. So she will have one call me back. When, today? Its 9am, youve got all day to call me back. No call back. Thanks terrys for making it appear that i forgot about my loved ones birthday, and for not emailing, calling, texting, sending smoke signals, anything to communicate to me that the your warehouse was out of flowers, so that i could maybe figure something else out. Thanks. Your business will not last long at this rate. Worst business practices ever.
We were visiting from out of state & wanted to surprise my daughter in Kuna, ID with a nice flower arrangement the day we flew home. I went online for the Kuna, ID location 12/28 in the afternoon & saw a beautiful deluxe arrangement(Blushing love) in a purple vase & purple flowers which is my daughter's favorite color & asked it be delivered on 12/29. We were charged a total of $80 & some change for it. No problem we thought. I've worked for several florists & know what $60.00 arrangement is supposed to look like. We never received any communication that there were any issues with the order such as not having the colors, flowers, etc. that I had ordered. The order was finally delivered on 12/31 with the claim that they had tried to deliver it & no answer earlier in the week. I asked my daughter to send me a picture of the arrangement-I was shocked, embarressed & disappointed at what was sent. It had 6 red carnations, 6 roses & some alstrameria & some fern, which is about $30 at most. We could of bought a much nicer arrangement at Albertson's or Costco at half of what we were charged but wanted to surprise her with the delivery. I would never use them again by any means! I wanted to support a local business during the Pandemic but don't like to be ripped off!
This company is absolutely a scam and fraudulent. My mother was a victim of them today she tried canceling the order after I researched it and they kept disconnecting her and did not process refund five minutes after she ordered. Her credit card was charged and we are on the bank reporting the charges right now as fraudulent! We are going to call CBS 2 News, they did a report on them February of 2021 that we found on the internet.
Fraudulent company. I ordered a custom arrangement for a funeral. On my order invoice the company stated that they would deliver the flowers 2 days prior to funeral at my request. When I called on the scheduled day of delivery after being on hold multiple times for a total of 3.5 hours, I was told that the manager called the funeral home and was told that no early deliveries were allowed. I hung up and called the funeral home and they said that is simply NOT true. I called again the next day to Terry's florist to find out where my flowers were, I was told they would be delivered on the day of the funeral. I went back and forth several times asking why couldn't they be delivered the day before. No legitimate answer was given. On the day of the funeral I called again to find out where my flowers were. I was told they were in the truck and ready to be delivered within 15 minutes. Then a few hours later I received an email stating that the flowers had been delivered 2 hours before I had called! After the funeral, I spoke to my friend (it was her mother who passed away) and she told me the arrangement I ordered (supposed to be full of purple orchids) NEVER ARRIVED. She literally sent me a photo of all the arrangements and nothing even close in the pictures. THIS WAS LITERALLY THE WORST CONSUMER EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE---and at such a vulnerable and already very sad time. I disputed the charge of $405.68 with my credit card company and Terry's Florist never even responded to the dispute--I GUESS THEY KNEW THEY WERE FRAUDING ME! Stay Far Far away from this scam company!
Ordered twice from Terry's and they couldn't manage either delivery. I was informed of one canceled ordered but the second was simply canceled without notification. They send an email when you log the order but don't bother with the cancellation notification. But they are apparently happy to keep your money for five days regardless of whether or not they actually live up to their commitment. I won't trust them with my business again. I recommend you don't either.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
