We were excited to support local and ordered flowers for our friend who was grieving. We selected the beautiful arrangement with lilies called "A Day at the Beach," paying extra so it would look like the photo: "Deluxe (As Shown) $69.99" is what the site says. What my friend got, the other image of flowers on a wooden table, doesn't have a single lily or look anything like the arrangement that was advertised. I wrote to Terry's Florist letting them know I was disappointed in the bouquet, but they never responded to me. I would have appreciated them saying that they were out of certain flowers or would need to substitute others, or just giving me the option to choose a different bouquet. At least my friend loved the flowers and didn't know what she was supposed to be receiving. I will not order from them again. If you like an image on the site, just know that you may be buying something totally different.
Ordered flowers for a funeral. AFTER service started, received a notice that the flowers I ordered wouldn't be delivered. Their service is horrible!
As a former florist with 10 years experience, I would never recommend this business. I placed an order online for my sister's birthday to be delivered to a local business not far away. They proceeded to blow up my phone with messages saying they were out of stock with addons and the flowers presented in the bouquet. They sent multiple texts which I replied to but they continued to call me. I tried calling them back as I was in a work meeting and kept getting routed to voice mail. After all of this, the flowers were not delivered until after 5pm when my sister had already left for the day. I received a picture of the flowers this morning and the value was just not there. Over $100 and it was basically half dozen roses in a small vase. Go elsewhere friends. This place is not worth your time
Prices are misleading. The price of the basic package is shown with the picture of the deluxe package (the deluxe package costs $10 more than the basic package). No description or picture is given for the basic package, so I hesitated to purchase the basic not knowing how it would differ from what was pictured. Delivery is listed as "Free!" but little mention is made of the $15 service fee until checkout. The recipient of the flowers I purchased was very pleased, but the flowers she received did not fully resemble the picture on the website and included a different vase than what I ordered. Wish I would've read these reviews before making my purchase.
Ordered and paid for flowers only to find out they could not fill the order. They charged my credit card knowing they did not have any flowers.
Don't buy flowers for any hospital from this scam site. They take your money, then don't deliver the flowers. If you call their "help" line they leave you on hold for 45 minutes, then hang up. When you call back, and do get a person, they lie to you about calling back with an answer. It has been one week since the non-delivery, no call and still a charge on my credit card. Scam site.
The first time I used this florist, sending flowers to a friend, they arrived after 11pm... I now wanted to send flowers for Christmas, they advertise products available, but next day, claim they had to cancel order due to no products, still no credit back on card. DO NOT use this business.
My order came late but arrived ok. Here is my story, I wanted to give local Surprise, AZ business rather than ordering via Amazon. So, then I called Thursday 3PM to check status and confirm address but told they were out for delivery until 7PM. She told me that she could not reach the driver but promised to call me back. I panicked because they had the wrong address. But they delivered and all is good! Thank you!
My sister passed away and I ordered a casket spray and a large arrangement for her funeral. I chose Terrys because I liked their website, and they were super helpful on the phone. It was only after ordering that I went to the online reviews and I started to panic! There are many bad reviews including a better business bureau rating. I was so afraid I had messed up on about the only thing I HAD to get right. My sisters funeral. I was imagining no flowers no casket spray for her-I wanted to cry and I felt like a fool for not checking the reviews first. Not knowing what to do I came clean with my daughters and told them what had happened. They called Terrys and asked about the reviews and several other questions about their operation. The had the same opinion as I when they got off the phone. They were professional and helpful.
Sure enough on the day of my sisters funeral her flowers arrived early. They did a beautiful job and both orders looked far nicer than the pictures on the website. I was so pleased.
Now it's true that these reviews are very valuable to us consumers because we usually are going in kind of blind. But once a bad review is made, that customer can say or do whatever he/she feels like doing right down to a fraudulent BBB review. In this case, don't let yourself be fooled by the fraudulent bad reviews for this company. I am a real life customer and I can assure you they are not true.

We ordered a premium bouquet for over $109.00 ( found out that they sent the order to a local florist but only sent $75.00). It was nothing like what was ordered. Customer service just sent their "policy" of substitution and availability. Rip-Off.
Disappointing. Difficult to get on phone, difficult to place order, unreliable delivery. Stay away!
I had used this business about 4 years ago, and they did very well. Something has gone seriously wrong in recent years, and I wish I had checked the reviews. The order was taken & processed efficiently, but the confirmation email indicated (to my surprise) that it was incomplete (?). The link I checked on to complete the order just took me to their home page. A call reassured me that all was well. Then 4 days later (today, 12/20/2021) - the day before my floral gift was to be delivered - they called to tell me that it could not be done because their supplier was not able to meet their needs. At least I am supposed to get a refund. Now I have to find a replacement at the last minute. Color me gone - which is what Terry's florist should be.
Guess my bad for not reading these accurate reviews. Im in Florida and love to support local businesses. First was informed due to weather conditions couldn't deliver next day. Which i was completely fine with. But I personally think a toddler could have put together a better bouquet. They really false advertise on their site. I also understand seasonal flowers but seriously then add flowers to at least make the bouquet look good. Big leaves added just doesn't cut it for me. They refunded a portion of the cost and made sure to attach their policies. DONT USE THEM... WASTED MONEY!
Would give ½ a star if possible. Spent $197 on a sympathy wreath. Tried to contact them, sat on hold for 15 minutes only to be disconnected by the rep who was going to help me. Called again and left a message that was never returned. The wreath was terrible. Not even close to what I ordered and a complete rip off. As you can see in the pictures, what I ordered had roses, lillies, etc, and was very full. What I received was a handful of carnations and greenery. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I live out of state and I just saw a picture of the flowers; they are not what I ordered and I do not consider 4 roses and a couple of carnations the Bloom Envy Bouquet (Premium). I am definitely going to post this fact with the picture of what I ordered and what they delivered everywhere I can!

My stepmother in Arkansas suddenly died, and I wanted to send flowers. After accepting my order, they called me the next day and claimed they had no flowers. I had to find a new place in the town, I found Patricia's Petals, who not only claimed no affiliation with Terry's, but put me on hold to see if they had the flowers in stock, just like Terry's. But both places are liars, they are the same company, in Red Bank, New Jersey, both did not have the flowers after claiming to, and getting my card info. And both took the money out of my account, but claimed they couldn't get it back in quickly. I ended up not getting to send any flowers, because both wasted what precious time I had to get this done. Three days were gone for nothing, and as you know in the event of a sudden death, it is all the time you have to take care of business. Shame on you crooks for preying on people at their weakest. Do not bother with either place, they are lying crooks, and will take what little precious time you have and use it up so you cannot send the proper condolences that you need too. Now I have to explain to my dad and apologize to him for something I did not do. Shame on you and Patricia's for being vultures in people, s most vulnerable time.

Answer: Scam - product received not as shown. Uses COVID 19 as the reason for poor quality product at a shocking price.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
