These people are NOT local. They scam you into believing that they are, and then rip you off. Get a local name directly from yelp, but do NOT do business with these $#*!s. I ordered 3 bouquets and only one got delivered.
I chose the florist as it advertised ‘same day delivery'. Yet, the same day I ordered the flowers, they called to say they wouldn't be able to deliver until the next day. I agreed to that and assumed that they would follow through. After several days, and I hadn't heard from the recipient, I emailed Terry's and asked if they had delivered? The answer was ‘no'. It seems there is a total disregard for the for the recipient and the customer. They could have called or emailed - but they didn't. I gave them one star as they don't allow for zero stars. And I'm heartbroken for failing to provide flowers to the recepient.
The flowers I got weren't even the colors that they were supposed to be. I live out of town and these were delivered for a memorial. I got a picture sent to me and was so disappointed in what I saw.
My brother passed away so my mother ordered flowers from Terry's florist which actually shows up in google as a local florist. She ordered a urn centerpiece and a spray. The funeral was at 11:00 and as of 10:30 still no flowers and no call. My mom called them at 10:30 and held for over 20 minutes to only be told that the driver was in a car accident. Well this is a small town and there was no accidents. This place is a scam! They are not local and they should be taken off of google and investigated based off of other reviews that I have read.
Ordered flowers for a funeral on a Fri. Then this lack luster company called me to confirm the shipping in which I contacted the funeral home to make arrangements after they said they could not reach them and someone answered on my first attempt. They had till Sunday at noon to fulfill it. Mad arrangements for delivery and thought everything was all set. Later yhat afternoon on Sat they informed me that due to supply issues the couldnt fulfill the order. You got to be kidding me. What a joke. Piss poor service and they shouldn't be in business. Don't advertise something that you can't do. Made me look like a $#*! and if I could spit in there faces I would. I hope there business fails and they all suffer for what they did to me. DO NOT USE!
BEWARE! When you call to place an order you'll be taking to the overseas agents!
I sent my dying aunt flowers from Terry's to only have them fidget to put who they were from! They TOTALLY forgot to put my name in the card! It was a mystery to my family until it was brought up at a later date!

I called this morning to order flowers and gave my card information to them they charged my card and then called and said they can not deliver the flowers. They sit behind a desk and call a florist to do the work! I do not recommend them!
Saw a beautiful bouquet of various colored flowers pictured, got a gas station red roses bouquet delivered for my mother's birthday. One can accept some minor variations, but not a completely overpriced and different low budget arrangement. I won't even bother to complain because I see the reviews. AVOID TERRYS FLORIST AT ALL COSTS!
We ordered an arrangement from this company and had several issues. They advertise 40% and same day delivery if order is placed before 2pm. We did not receive the discount and the flowers were not delivered. We contacted them twice and they guaranteed they would be delivered that day. We then went into a holiday weekend and when I contacted them again on Monday, they said they attempted delivery on Saturday. The recipient checked her Ring Camera and it did not show anyone with a flower delivery. Terry's Florist wanted to deliver on Monday, but we requested a refund because it was too late. We will not order from them again.
Ordered flowers for my Mothers 80th birthday. By the time the service fees were added etc, came out close to $90. Not only was she sent flowers that looked nothing like what I ordered, they died the next day. I've called and emailed for over two weeks now and all they do is ignore you.

Worst experience ever you should be ashamed of your business. You charged 75 dollars and a 24 dollar delivery fee that was 3 miles from your shop to a funeral home and the arrangement had 3 flowers and all greens. I kinda blame myself I should have read the reviews
I Ordered for my moms 85th birthday. First pic is what I ordered. 2nd pic is what she got. Even the balloon was wrong. Couldn't be more angry that this is what they consider substitution.
I ran a Google search looking for a local florist to delivery flowers for my wife's birthday. Their company came up a home based locally owned florist. This is very misleading as when I called, they are not. They are a large company in NJ, far from me on the West Coast. Secondly, when I placed the order early in the morning to have it delivered that day, they called me late in the afternoon to tell me they couldn't deliver that day and offered to deliver on Saturday. My wife's office is closed Saturday. They offered then to deliver Monday. I initially asked what are they going to do to make me a happy customer such as reduce the rate, waive the delivery fee or something else, all the person on the phone could say over and over is the delivery was set for Monday. I cancelled the order after he was not listening to me.
BEWARE! This business advertises themselves as a "local" florist. That is not the case. They call local florists to buy/deliver. At least the 1-800 and other national florists identify themselves as such!
My order was in by 10am est with a promise of delivery that day. At 7pm est, received a call that the delivery truck for flowers had not arrived so delivery would be made the next day. After questioning this several times, I was guaranteed that they would be there. The next day after 4pm est nothing so I called again and asked what was going on. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes so that they could call their "delivery man", was told he could not be reached but the flowers were definitely in the truck and would be delivered on that day, Saturday. NOTHING! I finally received a note from them after I wrote an email (they were closed on Sunday) saying they would "investigate". Sent an immediate email on Sunday asking to refund the order and followed up with a phone call to cancel the order with a full refund. Called them on Monday and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and finally got a confirmation that the order was cancelled.
Don't put yourself through this! This company should be out of business. Go elsewhere!
I ordered an arrangement with a plant on the morning of 11/20/21 to be delivered for a funeral visitation on 11/22/21 at 5pm totaling $94. They said the plant was in stock, however they were out of the bases they used to put them in. He said they could make a ceramic pot work so we agreed to go that route. We get a phone call today 6 hours before delivery stating they couldn't deliver because they didn't have the plants. I asked why they said it was in stock on Saturday but not now. He said it was expiring so they had to be sold or thrown away on 11/21. How does a living house plant expire!? I asked if there was anything they could do to get some type of arrangement there for a grieving family and he said no. Luckily we found another shop who was close by with plants in stock and able to deliver on time. A big shout out to flowers by Faith in whitesboro TX for coming through for us.
I ordered a plant on 11/18/21 and was promised delivery on the 11/20/21 for a funeral. What a disappointment! They never came EMBARRASSED and will never use this service again!
Ordered flowers for our uncles funeral which were never delivered. When I placed the order she checked to make sure they could provide the arrangement that we chose, and assured me it was available. She checked to make sure they could deliver at the time they needed to be delivered by, and assured me of this delivery time. On the day of the funeral she called 10 minutes before the funeral to say they didn't have the flowers and wouldn't be making the delivery. Ridiculous way to run a business that says they have been serving their community for 20 years.
I ordered flowers for delivery and was called at noon to let me know that the order will be late and they can call to get a delivery change or refund me. They said they would contact me with information and they never called. I called them a few hours later and was told that they would not refund me, would not let me speak to a manager. She kept talking over me and refusing to process the request. She just kept saying we will see in 24 hours. I am out $80 and had absolutely no help and am very frustrated.
