Please do not waste your time or money on this place. I made an order a week before Mother's Day this year and at 4:45pm on the Friday before Mother's Day they sent me a text and cancelled my order. Very unprofessional. Sent a text really. I will never call them again. They don't deserve a 1 star.
If I could give zero stars I would. My friend went through a traumatic miscarriage and I ordered flowers for when she got home from the hospital. They were guaranteed next day delivery. I checked in with my friends husband when I hadn't heard from the company that they were delivered. He said they hadn't received anything. Not a single email, text or call providing any updates. The next morning (12 hours after anticipated delivery) I sent a message to their customer service asking for an update. Someone called me in the early hours of the following morning (more than 24 hours after anticipated delivery) from a spam number. When I checked my voicemail the next morning someone with a heavy accent informed me that they were sorry but there was a supplier issue and they didn't have the flowers so they couldn't deliver them and that I would be receiving a refund. If they didn't have the flowers in stock then why would they be selling them for next day delivery? When I ordered the bouquet and they knew they had a deadline, why didn't they call and offer a substitution, even if it was at a higher cost? Instead, they said nothing and only reached out the day after they were expected to be delivered because I contacted them. The charge posted to my credit card, even though they told me they were refunding it. I had to dispute it with Amex who fortunately gave me my money back. This company continues to send me emails trying to get my business even after I've unsubscribed. Horrible experience, will never give them another chance.

The first time I used them (yes, I went back twice) I ordered birthday flowers for my son in L.A. I never received ANY sort of email confirmation, receipt, tracking info, nothing. So, I called to make sure my order was even received (annoying) and the first gal that answered was clearly driving with the windows down, kids in the back and my inquiry about my flowers was just too much for her, so we got "disconnected'. Called back, got my order confirmed and this time CS Gal promised it would be delivered on time and sure enough, it was! Pool side in fact, where my son was hanging out! And they WERE beautiful. Thats where the good stuff ends. Mother's Day rolls around... They are bombarding me with texts to order again at 40% off (which it's not) by that Monday to get to the recipient on time for Mother's Day. So, I ordered again but this time I forgot to follow up because once again no confirmation, email, no nothing. Saturday delivery came and went. Sunday, I call. Customer service man informs me that they canceled my order because of an influx of orders they could not fulfil. BOO HOO FOR YOU! NOT MY PROBLEM. But CS Man acted like I should care about how busy THEY ARE. Started getting upset with ME that I was so upset that they waited to call me a day AFTER my delivery was scheduled to inform me of their incompetence! And get this, I'm pretty sure CS Man didn't care that my mom didn't receive a Mother's Day gift.

I ordered 2 arrangements 2 weeks in advance for Mother's Day with a Saturday delivery. The day they were to have been delivered, I received a text that they could not fulfil the order due to a "technical issue". When I called I was told they were out of flowers, blaming their supplier. I was issued a refund, but even speaking with the shop, there was never an apology or "is there anything we can do to make it up?" VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't trust them.
Cancelled my order the night before with no way to make it up for mothers day. Dont give them your money - they should be out of business.
I ordered a large, expensive funeral arrangement on May 10th to be delivered the early afternoon of May 12th (a funeral home that was in the same town). I just received an email today (May 16th) that said there was a "glitch" in their computer system and they were refunding my order. When I called to find out what happend, I was told that the "flowers" never arrived to the flower shop so the order couldn't be sent. I think they lost the order and came up with the lame email excuse. I am so furious!
I placed the order on April 28 for delivery on May 12, and on May 16 they're just now informing of "system problems" and the order & payment have been canceled. According to Google, this business is permanently closed - in which case, it's fraudulent to maintain a business website!.
Who sends a text to say they have cancelled the Mother's Day order at 3pm the day before Mother's Day, well Terrys Florist does and blamed it on a "technical glitch". Sorry not buying it and will never order through them again. Untrustworthy!
My brother-in-law passed away and lives out of town so I coudn't be there. I picked a peace lily from Terry's Florist since the services were going to be in Highland and close by. They delivered a peace lily with ZERO lilies! Not a one! For $80! I sent them pictures and complained as I was devastated that this was my family thinks I cared enough to send. They told me they can't guarantee what they deliver, sent me some BS link with this language and didn't do a thing!
Save yourself the hassle of being let down after ordering from this company. We ordered Mother's Day flowers a week in advance from them, and they were scheduled to arrive that Saturday. After they didn't arrive Saturday, we spent 8 hours on the following Sunday trying to get in touch with them via phone call - No luck. We were finally able to get ahold of them on Monday, only for them to say "Oh, yeah. We canceled that order. Sorry." with NO NOTICE - No phone call, no email, no text message. Nothing - And they didn't even issue a refund to us. What an interesting and illegal way to run a business. When I asked what they would be doing to resolve the issue, they said "We're sorry, there's nothing that we can do since the order was canceled" when I wasn't the one who canceled the order. I asked to speak to a manager and the gentleman said "Sorry, there's no managers on site and we can't get ahold of them so that's not possible." He then just stopped speaking, went through 5 minutes of silence and him not responding to my questions, and then he hung up on me. Wish I could make this up. DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. WITH. THESE. PEOPLE.
They canceled my wife's Mother's day flowers delivery on the day they were supposed to be delivered. They had no remorse at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Huge disappointment.
I was lead to believe that this was a local florist - I had actually used them in the past. I put an early order in for Mother's Day flowers and was stunned that they didn't arrive and no attempt to call me before hand. Once I reached them on Monday they said my order was cancelled due to supply side management issues. I asked "don't you think you should have called me so I could order from another florist". There response was that they texted my which is a complete fabrication. This is not a local office it is a conglomeration of many fictitious companies. When you call, with a concern it is an overseas call center responding with nothing but a canned script to read. Now they tell me I have to wait 3-5 days for a credit card refund. Stay away - this is a bad way to get embarrass when you need flowers to be delivered by a certain date.
Ordered a week and a half in advance. Never got delivered! Said they sent a cancelation text the day they should have been delivered, but I never received it. Called them and some call center said they will issue a refund and aren't located in the city I ordered them for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This is a SCAM company. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were never delivered. They marketed themselves as a local florist and they are NOT local. I called at their first opening (they are closed on the weekend) on Monday morning and they let me know they had cancelled the order. I NEVER got an email telling me it was cancelled and I'm not even sure if I'll get a refund. Very agitated. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
This company called me the day of delivery (5/13) to tell my they cannot deliver my order and had to cancel it because their "supplier" had an "issue" and that they had ZERO flowers to and ALL of their Mother's Day orders had to be cancelled. These pictures certaintly do not look like ZERO flowers. Absolute WORST florist and company stay away.

I placed an order online 6 days before Mother's day and selected a delivery day one day before Mother's Day.
Today is Mother's Day and I talked to my mother and she informed me that nothing was delivered.
I called and talked to someone from Terrys Florist on Mother's Day to check the status of my order and I was informed that my order has been cancelled because Terry's Florist could not fill the order along with thousands of other orders. Unfortunately, Terry's florist has not reached out to communicate to me (the customer) that my order has been cancelled.
I live in Colorado and my Mother lives in Sun City West, AZ. I specifically searched for what appeared to be a reputable florist in Sun City West because I always look to support the local businesses first.
I am speechless to learn that Terry's Florist cancelled my order on the day it was supposed to be delivered and Terry's Florist did not inform me they were cancelling my order. I will never do business again with Terry's Florist. I support the small businesses in America, however, I will not support Terry's Florist because their customer service is extremely inadequate.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on the day before Mother's Day. I ordered the arrangement 5 days prior to delivery. I received a call at 5:08 pm tonight, they were supposed to be delivered today. I was told that they could not fill my order. I asked if they could send something else and was told no. I asked why I was not called sooner, so I could make other arrangements and was told that they should have called me, but they were waiting on their supplier. I was also told they were processing a refund, but have not received any confirmation of that yet. Do not use them.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
