I live out of State and ordered flowers from their website for a delivery in North Kingstown, RI. I selected a bouquet and asked for same day delivery. I was told it would be delivered, the listed price was $59.99 but they immediately charged my cc $90. I noticed that they did not have an actual location of their store so called them back and asked them. They made up some address and when I checked it out it was bogus. They then told me that it would NOT be delivered today due to supply chain issue, I asked what other flowers they had in stock and they told me that they were completely out of stock. I cancelled my order but they said they could not credit my cc for another day or more. So I notified my CC. They will deal with the company.
First off I placed my order for SAME DAY delivery before 8am online. The florist called me at 11am to make sure where the flowers were going. Like okay cool they will deliver them soon. The recipient works in the school system and they have set hours 8-2:30. I receive another call at 1:30 stating they just realized they don't have the flowers in stock today! They had the audacity to ask if tomorrow would be okay to deliver! Ummm no! I want my refund and I better get it!
I called a week in advance to place an order for a special birthday for my daughter in law. I was promised my order would be complete and delivered on time. The morning of delivery I was contacted for a substitution, which I ok'd. Then I was called back not 20 minutes later asking if my order could be delivered TOMORROW! My daughter in law's birthday is today, not tomorrow! I immediately contacted Morrison's Flowers & Gifts and they were happy to fulfill my order. Do not order from Terry's.
They are terrible. I called and ordered flowers for a der friend from 3 people. Theycontacted me one hour before the service to say they had supply issues. Too late to make other arrangements. They also lied and said they were in the town where the funeral was. They should not be in business.
Company is a scam! Do not use. Placed order for delivery yesterday. They called back said they could not deliver. Offered $5 credit to deliver today. Half way through the day they called and said they could not deliver today. No concern. No sincere apology, just a matter of factly "we will not be delivering your order." No substitute was offered. Will NEVER use again!
We order the plant for my mother in law's birthday. The day it was supposed to be delivered I received a text message from Joseph saying that the warehouse was unable to deliver flowers, which I didn't even order flowers I ordered a plant. He's very sorry but he will be refunding my money. That does me a lot of good the day of her birthday. Beware stay away! Terrible business! They FAILED!
Flowers never delivered-called multiple times with no answer. Finally got an email response the day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered and was told their wholesaler never delivered their order. Would have been nice to know this the day the order was supposed to be delivered vs. me having to chase it down. At least I could have made alternative arrangements from another florist vs. missing the event for which the flowers were intended!
I am so disappointed with this company. I was ordering flowers for my uncle's funeral that was out of state and I was not able to attend. They contacted me AFTER the funeral to let me know the flowers were NOT delivered that they had a supply issue. I don't get a do-over! He will only have one funeral. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM. AND I'M STILL WATING FOR MY REFUND AND NEVER GOT THE FLOWERS.
Very poor communication. Repeatedly misled me about what was possible/likely with respect to delivery. Did not deliver with appropriate card and then lied about it. They advertise "day of delivery" and I opted for the following day, figuring that if they were advertising honestly that this would not be an issue or that they would communicate with me appropriately if it was not possible. They only called me the day after they said they would deliver to try to fix errors and never contacted me to confirm delivery. (I had to follow up/get information from grieving family members to get answers and then call Terry's Florist again.) Overall, an unnecessarily stressful experience I especially did not need in light of the funeral the flowers were for. The lack of empathy for why timing mattered and why I was requesting honest communication was striking.
Got a call the morning of the service say they needed to change the arrangement, never arrived. They offered to REDELIVER... To a funeral! POOR POOR SERVICE!
Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, and when they were not delivered I called for status and they said not done but want to deliver tomorrow instead. That's ridiculous cuz it's no longer her birthday. TERRIBLE service!
This is a fake company operating out of India. They don't deliver, pretend to try again but don't, put you on hold a dozen times indefinitely. Promised a refund, never happened. Had to call the bank and block the payment.

This company does not even deserve a 1 rating. Ordered flowers for a funeral being held on a Saturday and was told there would be no problem getting them delivered. They had my email and phone number. Did not hear anything from them so I assumed the flowers were delivered. On the Monday after the funeral I got a call asking if they could deliver the flowers to a home address because they were not delivered to the funeral. If there was a problem I would have cancelled the order and gotten them elsewhere! Very unreliable service! Do not use this florist!
I ordered flowers for delivery. They confirmed, took payment. I called the next day to confirm they would be delivered and they said they would go out later that day. 2 hours later I get a call that they are cancelling the order due to supply chain issues.

The Business name fooled me into thinking this was a local florist. Not so. It's just a scam mill sending orders online for cheap substitute flower arrangements which vaguely resemble the online photos promised, to unskilled local shops. I'm grateful that the local arm of the scam actually did deliver some flowers but those were embarrassing. True to the scam, the phone number listed on their website connects directly to a Medical Alert scammer who reads from a script and refuses to acknowledge my objection to her attempt to sell me the Medical Alert system.
I was surprised when the email I sent was acknowledged but of course demanded photos of the flowers they sent. I just consider this an attempt to burden the customer and delay or eliminate any customer service. Finally, the insult of a $10 refund on the $100 flower order was ludicrous. Given the option to refund the entire amount or expect a AmEx chargeback, they rapidly refunded the order entirely and I haven't seen any charges on my charge card.
No "delivery fee" but a $15 SERVICE fee when you start to check out. Stick with a local florist. I knew it didn't look right with their 800 toll-free number and a Vegas address. My wife got the flowers, but they were nothing special. I should have read these reviews, but took a gamble.
