I ordered a $80 succulent arrangement and what arrived was tiny, half-dead and pathetic. I was so embarrassed by what was delivered to my great-aunt. When I sent the company a picture of what was delivered and requested a solution they refunded me $18. I am infuriated!
Ordered flowers for a funeral -they were suppose to deliver yesterday. Just got a call they didn't have flowers to do it. The funeral is in 30 minutes- no way to reorder elsewhere. Beware of this place!
After my wife bought me a potted arrangement of succulants and a box of chocolates, for over $100, a delivery driver pulled up in a broken down vehicle and left what appeared to be a Home Depot $10.00 succulant arrangement haphazardly dropped into a cheap gift box. Since this was a Anniversary gift, my wife was angry beyond belief. We got the old "we are reviewing this" email, and by phone they acted like they could not speak english, so we are now contesting the charge on our credit card. Beyond awful and a complete scam…why are these companies continually allowed to operate ripping people off?
0 Stars. Wish I had read the reviews first. Flowers ordered Thursday AM. I called at 4PM to check status. I was told the flowers were out for delivery. The next morning I was told the flowers had been delivered Thursday at 6:45PM but they had not been delivered. The flowers finally arrived late on Friday. So what is the $15 service fee for? They lie about deliveries. I do not know if the flowers are nice.
I ordered a bouquet for my brother's funeral from what was portrayed as a local florist. I paid $214 for a "deluxe" bouquet and a $10 grocery store or less was delivered. What a rotten scam!

Ordered flowers for a birthday gift. Took about an hour deciding what arrangement would best suit my needs. After finding the perfect flowers, vase, and colors I submitted my order. At the checkout it offered me a teddy bear for an additional $19.99. Sure why not bears are her favorite.
The day comes to receive the flowers and bear for her birthday. The delivery driver drops them off and they look nothing like the website. If I didn't know any better the flowers looked liked someone threw them together in the van and had all the windows down on a windy day!
To say it was an awful arrangement would be an understatement. To add to the disaster there was no bear delivered.
I was charged $112.00 for flowers and a bear and only got some flowers with weeds.
I called the service number where I had to send them photos of what I received.
There solution was they will credit me $10.00 for the inconvenience and that they were sorry.
My suggestion would be to never order from them I would just show up empty handed before bring a gift from this company

This is THE WORST company ever! I ordered a beautiful, huge flower arrangement and a card and a balloon for my nephew ($127 including delivery) and was promised the flowers, card and balloon would be delivered by 6pm that day. I received notification that the arrangement, card and balloon had been delivered. So, since I didn't get a call from my Sister, which she ALWAYS calls to thank me and let me know when flowers have been delivered and found out that NOTHING had been delivered! So I called Terry's customer service and they argued with me that the flowers had been delivered, when they had not. I kept calling and calling to find out WHEN they were planning on making the delivery and FINALLY around 8pm something was left at my Sister's front door. The delivery person did not ring the bell. My Sister only knew something was left because they have a Ring. There was NO card, NO balloon and the flowers that were left on the doorstep was a tiny, little vase with a flower and some greens that looked like they were cut from someone's yard and placed in the vase. I sent pictures to Terry's as requested and they refused to deliver the flowers I ordered or give me a FULL refund. They offered me a refund of $20 and change! I had to dispute the charges with my credit card and my credit card company gave me my money back immediately. I did not even have to wait, because they could see how ridiculous it was that Terry's thought what they delivered was worth any amount of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a scam/rip off! They are so not professional!
Now I know why everybody gives this farce of a company a 1! Thousands of people think this place is crap and they are right! Paid $133 for funeral flowers that were to be displayed on the alter. What an embarrassment! It was horrible so I made sure to tell everyone where that piece of crap came from! My next review will go to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company!
My flower order was wrong flowers, wrong pot, wilted flowers within 24 hours; complained to company and the refunded 30 of my 80 dollars despite their failure to get great flowers to my mom for her 80th! They will not discuss this minimal refund further. Horrible business model. Do not order from here.
This place is nothing but a joke! I ordered flowers on 9-15-2022 to be delivered on my anniversary on 10-4-2022! OVER!% DAYS IN ADVANCE! The flowers never showed. Ruined my anniversary surprise. These people are terrible and I should have seen the reviews first. Seems like everyone thinks they're awful! You guys should be shut down.
I, like many others here, thought that I was buying flowers from a local florist in the town to which they were to be delivered. That was not the case. Before I had to deal with any of the non-delivery/ customer service nightmares many others faced, I cancelled the order. I have been watching my credit card app like a hawk since I got the email confirming the order was cancelled. Sure enough that same day a reversal showed pending. Then, 4 days later, odd PayPal charges and reversals started showing on the app. Four $1 charges with reversals. I, however, do not not use PayPal so it was not a legit transaction. It was a scammer testing my card. The only online purchase I have made with this brand new card was to Terry's Florist. Every other transaction has been a bill pay from my Apple Wallet, so yeah. Some shady stuff going on. You've been warned. Steer clear of this business.

I recently ordered an arrangement for my sisters funeral. It was suppose to be roses with a tall beautiful porcelain angel with long hair like my sisters and had gold along the sleeves and wings. My sister collected angels and I wanted this keepsake for her husband. Instead, what they sent was an ugly brown box holding the flowers with an ugly fat cross and an angel that looked like the hobbit and wasn't even visible. It was pushed down into the flowers. I was burying my sister and to see the ugly arrangement they had sent was even more upsetting. No where on their site does it say there might be substitutions. I ordered this arrangement specifically for the roses and beautiful angel. We tried calling them to see if they would do something to rectify this but all they did was put my husband on hold for almost half an hour and had nothing but excuses. The flowers I ordered for my beloved sister was not even close to being represented on their site. They have poor customer service if you get any one on the phone to begin with. When we called they asked if we had a picture of the flowers they sent. Who at a funeral stops to take pictures of flowers when you are overwrought with grief? Please do yourself a favor and forget this place. Losing my sister was hard enough or losing anyone's family member. Apparently these people shouldn't be in the business of flowers because they have no compassion for the loss of your loved one if they can allow this to happen and not come clean about the fact they messed up and do something besides throwing a few dollars back to you. This place should be shut down or investigated at the very least. Hopefully our review will prevent someone else from being burned by this place. If I could I wouldn't even give these people 1 star.!... Jane W.
Ordered twice from them on items that say same day shipping. Both times i rec. A message less than 24 hours before delivery that they wont be fulfilling the order.

I ordered flowers yesterday and they were supposed to be delivered today. They were not. What's worse is that there is a $15.99 service charge (for what?) tacked on to the cost of the floral arrangement.
I placed an order online over a week ago to have flowers delivered for my mother in laws birthday. The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered I get this email:

I wish I saw these reviews before I placed the order. It is 2:30pm at my destination and there is NO WAY I can now get replacement flowers. I can only assume they are about to go our of business after reading all these reviews.
You order one arrangement and they send something completely different. A complete disappointment. Find another florist!
Ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance for our anniversary and also called a couple days before delivery to make sure they had right day and time and I sit and waited all day for them and they never showed I called and they made it as it was not a big deal! I would definitely not recommend them to anyone!
Placed my order and paid. Was promised delivery next day. Next day at 1:30 p.m. they said they could not fill my order - they were out of flowers. Cut-off for that day started ending at 2 p.m.; did they not know they were running out of flowers in the morning? That would have given me a chance to order from someone else yet that day. Flowers were delayed when they didn't have to be. I did get a full refund and to their credit it came through the same day my order was cancelled. One star.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
