I ordered a simple peace lily plant for a funeral on October 18th in Elgin, TX for about $60. They called me on October 19th at 10 am to confirm the name of the deceased and said that everything was good to go and my plant would be delivered. At almost 12 pm (approx. 2hrs. Later), someone else from their company called to tell me that they were out of stock and could not make the delivery. The visitation was about to start at noon and now I had no florist. Why wasn't this discovered when I was called the first time? Why wasn't I offered something else? Looking at some of the other reviews, I wish that I had researched them more.

NEVER EVER USE THIS FLORIST! YOU have now been warned. I ordered a funeral Spray Bouquet costing $164 for my father funeral. One hour past delivery time at the funeral home, I called to check on the delivery. It was at that time, that I was told that due to Supply chain issues they would not be delivering. Excuse me? Why did they not call me? Why did they not send something? Why did they not have another local florist deliver? Here is the response that I received:

Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately, due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order. Please be advised that this order has been canceled on our end and your payment will be voided. Please expect your charges to drop and hit your account within 24-48 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. First they emailed (no call) to switch my order from what was advertised to what they had in stock. I had no choice but to accept. Then they let me know they could not do a same day delivery. I ordered 4 days ago and the funeral home is right up the street. NO DELIVERY till the day after the service? TERRIBLE!

I PURCHASED A PLANT TO BE DELIVERED TO THE FRIEND DUE TO A DEATH IN THE FAMILY AND THEY NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING! They canceled the charge and NEVER NOTIFIED ME THAT THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED! When I called customer service they gave me a bunch of hooey about "supply" issues! When I asked if they would be willing to make it up to me by sending the flowers in keeping with "Good customer service" the woman said that the truck was gone for the day and that they were having supply chain issues! Don't buy from these people they were completely careless and my friend was in dire need of comfort and left feeling like I didn't give a care because of them!

Horrible!

First off, they said our flowers were "In-Stock". Placed the order and got a message they were not available. Had to get a substitute over the phone sight un-seen. I have no record if they were delivered. Will have to make a phone call because the website is the absolute worst I have ever seen!

They did not deliver the arrangement! Terrys canceled the order without a call, text or email! I am so embarrassed that my best friend didn't get her gift! On top of it all I won't get my refund for 5 days. Disgusting behavior!

Terry's assured me it was a "local and family-owned business" operating in the town I wished to place an order when, in fact, they're a national, and nationally incompetent, outrageously dishonest flower delivery service. It's a stretch to call Terry's a flower delivery service, however, because while they claim to "sell," flowers, they don't actually "deliver" them. In my case: I paid for flowers, got a series of calls and texts asking to change virtually every flower in the order, and then finally a call that there was a "flower shortage" and delivery wasn't possible. We'll see if the promised refund materializes. Avoid this company; they are disgraceful.

We ordered online to have them sent to my mother-n-law for her birthday 10/18/22. Apparently they don't read or follow instructions that was written ''I wrote please leave at front door. '' they called my husband multiple times at work asking to verify the address and didn't leave bouquet. I contacted them 10/19/22 to verify if the arrangements were delivered and they still were not, their reply was they were notified on short notice of shipment delay. I asked if there can be a partial refund or something and was told No. I am not to pleased with their form of communication nor how they handled this situation. I do not recommend.

Ordered an almost 200 dollar funeral arrangement. They sent what looked like a cheap, poorly made grocery store bouquet with a few old roses in it. Embarrassing and upsetting. Company offered a 25 dollar refund. Credit card can't dispute it because I didn't try to return the product... funeral flowers.
Absolute scam, these people are criminal.

I ordered flowers for a friend in a nursing home and while they charged my credit card they did not deliver.
When I spoke to a representative (thinking it was the local Terry's shop), she tried to tell me she was the local shop. I asked what city she was in then and she said Las Vegas. Um, yeah, that's not local. She then told me that they were having a high call volume and that's why the call was routed to LV. Yeah, the little local shop doesn't have a call center.
I called my credit card immediately and explained and was refunded. I also called the REAL Terry's shop and they said they hear this a lot and usually this company will not refund your money but instead a store credit.
Do NOT order flowers from this call center, it's a hoax!

Do NOT use this place. I don't think this is a real flower company (notice how they don't have google reviews turned on?) This appears to be some sort of multi-state scam. I am nearly positive they have random people involved in the scam go to a grocery store and choose random bouquets to stuff in a vase (obviously I don't know what they do, but that's what it seems like). The pictures on the websites have to be stock photos. They show up online as being located in multiple states, but you can't tell that from the individual websites. First of all, the flowers are not 'same day delivery.' This is clearly a tactic to get you to choose them over legitimate companies. I ordered flowers for same day for my dad's birthday, and they were just delivered (3 days later). The flowers do not look ANYTHING like what I ordered. The note was hand written, poor grammar, horrible hand writing…just WILD! I also ordered chocolate and balloons and they were not delivered. Which at this point who cares. Guys, don't do it…as other viewers have stated, I'm reporting to BBB.

I ordered a premium arrangement for a dear friend's funeral - what was delivered was NOT even what was order. When I called, they asked if a had a picture of what was delivered - I said who goes to a funeral and takes picture - I was embarrassed as what was delivered and it was NOT even what I ordered. They are HORRIBLE and should be out of business. I learned my lesson to read reviews and normally I do, being distraught at a troubling time and then having this to say I am beyond mad is an understatement. Given the crap they have delivered and all of the reviews below, they should be taking pictured of the horrible arrangements they are delivering.

I will NEVER USE this florist again and I always try to support local small businesses. SHAME ON TERRY'S FLORIST - You all need to go out of business and stop ripping people off!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I ordered flowers several days in advance for a special birthday for a friend. Late on the date of delivery I was asked to substitute the flowers ordered for another bouquet. That was okay. The next message was "we have no flowers due to supplier issues". It was so late on the date of delivery, I was unable to send flowers from another company. This company does not stand by the advertisement of their service. (Same day delivery, 24 hour delivery service). I did receive a full refund, but the company simply does not care they take your order, but does nothing about fulfilling the request. Do not use this company.

I ordered flowers on a Thursday for a Friday delivery. I was contacted by text that their was a delay in the flowers arriving. I was asked if this would be ok. The birthday girl's big day is Sunday so I agreed. NO FLOWERS ARRIVED ON SATURDAY! I am completely embarassed for not getting my dear friend a bday present. I am extremely disappointed. My next stop will be the BBB. This is in Star, Idaho.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Ordered a funeral arrangement on Monday, with a delivery to the funeral home on Friday. Called Friday at noon to let me know that they could not make the arrangement I order, but would make a FLORISTS CHOICE that would be better then what I had ordered. Even went into detail which flowers they would be using on the new arrangement. Then about 3 hours later, a hour before it was suppose to be delivered they called to tell me that could not make the deliver and was sorry! They then proceeded to hang up on me, so I called back. After a 30 minute conversation and multiple "Supply Chain" claims she said she would make sure the arrangement was made and at the funeral home before the funeral, Well she called 5 minutes after the funeral started on Saturday to let me know that they could not make it happen. I told her that she promised to deliver a funeral arrangement to my Grand Mother and that I am 3000 miles away and I could not be there and this was my way of showing support and grief. SHE PROCEEDED TO HANG UP and then would not answer when I called back. Terry's Florist does not care at all about following through with their contracts and have the worst customer support, I will never use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!

This is part of a national phone service that told me they were a local shop. I paid $85 for a specific arrangement and was told both online and on the phone that they had the arrangement I wanted, although they would not provide a picture before delivery. They sent a different arrangement, which I saw later in a picture, and refused to refund my money, saying the fine print allows them to substitute. Repeated emails and calls were met with requests to repeat all my information as they did not send the order ID. A shameful operation. Wish I had read your reviews before I ordered.

Called me 2 days before my event to cancel my order to to lack of flowers! I now have to scramble for my rehersal dinner. Don't you think they should be the ones calling around to find flowers! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I can't believe anyone runs a business like this!

I tried calling to order a bouquet for a friend and the customer service rep was nice but wouldn't match the price shown online. They were charging me $7 more claiming what was online showed standard version but the way it was described standard doesn't come with a vase and the picture had a vase. Then she hung up on me.
