Ordered flowers at 10am for same day deliver, local to them, and they called at 3pm and said they were canceling the order... TOO LATE to order anywhere else. VERY bad business! They said they didn't get their flower shipment for the day but I didn't order flowers, I ordered a plant!
My organization ordered a floral spray for funeral of the past president of our organization. THE FLOWERS NEVER SHOWED UP. We got a message saying that their inventory was low and they could not fulfill the order AFTER THE FUNERAL. This is beyond unacceptable! If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. So disappointing to show that much disrespect. Had they notified us in time, we could have ordered the flowers from someone else. TERRIBLE!
I ordered 2 deluxe arrangements, one for my mom, one for my aunt who's husband had passed away. They switched the arrangements and cards! Then the arrangements were skimpy and not what I paid for. The flower switch and the quality of the arrangements were embarassing!

Where do I start...1. Don't fall for the "delivered next day" unless you realize it will be the end of the next day. My mom got her flowers after 8pm the next day. She was already asleep and didn't see them till the day after. 2. The quality of the flowers is subpar for the price you have to pay $50 each one. I even ordered the deluxe which meant $10 extra. 3. For them to be a local florist why do they have a 1-888 number? These are all things I should have checked before placing an order. I just can't express how disappointed I am. I could have gone to a grocery store and done a lot better than what they did.
Placed online order at 9:30 AM for same-day delivery of fall bouquet. Delivered at 2:00 PM. Flowers are very fresh - beautifully displayed in the vase. Great fragrance. Love the fall colored baby's breath! Great job under such short notice. Everything is as advertised on the website. Five stars from us!
My mom ordered flowers to be delivered - they were delivered on the wrong date and were totally wilted. When we called they said they were "checking into it" but didn't issue a refund. Don't order from them.
First off, they advertise 40% off when the flowers are priced completely normal like any place. They also advertise same day delivery, and I confirmed that as I was placing the order. Then within the next hour I get an email that they cannot deliver same day. The next day I get an email they they not only are delivery a day late, but would like my permission to use other flowers then the bouquet I picked out. This is *******% false advertising and a horrible company, $70 for NOTHING I paid for.
Ordered flowers for wife's birthday 1st thing because they claim to be local and same delivery. Two hours later they called stating they wanted to deliver them the next day due to shortages. Never ordered before frome them and never will again. Scam!

I ordered 7 centerpieces and 2 flower arrangements 1 month ago for my daughter-in-law's baby shower which was last weekend. It was my main contribution. I confirmed delivery address and delivery time (11am) the day before the shower. I called at 11:20am and 'Angel' guaranteed that the 'Driver is on their way'. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me but could give me zero helpful information - eta, driver phone number, even which town the flowers were coming from. Exasperating. I waited and waited outside the venue until finally, when guests started showing up, went inside to see the beautiful tables with big empty spaces in the center. So embarrassing but thank goodness her family was so sweet. I got creative at the last minute and set up Childrens books as centerpieces but I had already sweat through my clothes at that point, haha. A few hours later I received a text message that the supplier does not have flowers and they are unable to fulfill my order. Can you believe it? Inexcusable, but it appears that this is some sort of robot site that has zero care for anything except quick $. I only hope the karma finds its way through the internet to the person who is benefitting from this. Bad bad juju
Do not give this company your money. Your hard earned money. They will not deliver the flowers on time and the customer service is either India or Pakistan. Trust me. This is not a local florist and they would do a terrible job.
Ordered flowers two days in advance for a local funeral service. They called the day of the funeral (after if was over) and told me they could not deliver due to supply chain issues but they would deliver to the home of the family. I agreed as they also promised to upgrade the bouquet. I got a call the next day saying they would not be able to deliver to the house due to supply chain issues. Seems like this company was very dishonest in both situations. I am very disappointed that we were unable to have our order fulfilled to support our friend who is in mourning.
Same as everyone else here. Ordered a "premium" blue and white arrangement with Balloons and chocolates. What i recieved looked like a grocery store arrangement done by a child. After many complaints I managed a 27 dollar refund. Not bad for a 135 dollar purchase. Oh and the person who delivered it smoked enough that the flowers smelled of smoke. Buy a rose from a bum on the corner, you will get a superior product.
These losers with never deliver what you paid for. I paid 100 bucks for 4 roses and like 5 other $#*! flowers that weren't even what I paid for. I'd like to punch these people in the $#*!. I'm a Veteran and a member of American Legion. One of our Legionnaires past away and when I google florist, Terry's Florist came up 1st. Order on Tuesday for Friday delivery, had a hard time talking w/ the lady, had to respell everything. Then on Thursday I get a Text and an Email stating that due to Supply Chain issues, that they would not be able to fulfill my order.(glad they did let me know) So I was able to find a local florist that will be able to help me. When dealing with Funeral's you have to use common sense and be helpful.
I ordered a stand for my uncle's funeral approximately 2 days prior to the funeral. They called 20 minutes before the funeral was to begin to tell me they were canceling the order because they did not have the products meaning not the flowers. It was too late to order anything else and have it there on time. And all they could say is I'm so sorry. However they called me the day before to tell me they could not guarantee it would make it there before 9:00 a.m. I don't know why they didn't tell me at that point in time they didn't have the product. So unprofessional, this wasn't a get well soon or congratulations on your baby that could come at a different time It was a funeral! I would give zero stars if it was an option
I ordered a bouquet for my granddaughter of yellow and white flowers in a glass vase. Got another flower added and put in a tin that said welcome friends. Not appropriate for my granddaughter at all. They told me it takes up to 48 hours to investigate to reach a verdict. I said it clearly isn't debatable as its not what I ordered. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered flowers for a funeral - and today the day of delivery was told their truck did not come in with flowers and they cannot deliver any for the funeral service - I am stuck with not being able to find another florists at this late date to deliver anything for our dear friend and her funeral. So upsetting DO NOT ORDER from this florist -- offered nothing at all --
If I could give them zero stars I would. They guaranteed same day delivery, I paid for same day delivery- it has been more than 48 hours and my flowers have not been delivered yet. I understand supply chain issues but that means you should not offer same day delivery if you cannot make that happen. But the big kicker was the lack of customer service and communication. They did not call me to let me know they would not be delivered the first day missed, the second day missed- they let me know at 6:30PM and at that point, what was I going to do about it? ALL WHILE they offered me an $8 discount. They do not care about their customers or the recipient of their product. DO NOT USE THEM.
Company reports that they can deliver to any zip code. You enter the zip code first when placing an order and they supposedly check to make sure they can deliver. That's not what happened at all. This company will take your money and then not deliver to the recipient. You will get a text saying that there was a supply issue and they should refund your money in 24 hours. Should? Will? Why take my money if you can't provide the service to the area? Called customer service and the employee put me on hold four separate times, did not attempt to resolve the issue, did not offer a substitute product. If you don't have a vendor or way to provide the service stop advertising and claiming that you can.
