PayPal accepted ok, but 6-day-advance order not delivered. NO contact from them. 3 days later, I e-mailed them. Only then did they offer to fill the order 3 more days from then. I replied no. They did credit my refund immediately I will mention.
The flowers I ordered were nothing like what was delivered. The balloon colors were not correct (party had color theme). Customer service sited their right to substitute policy. They refunded $13.24 out of $130 order. I will not order from them again.
I ordered a plant for my Uncle's funeral the day before the service. Terry's put me on hold while they confirmed with the church. I received a SPAM call a couple of hours later with a voice mail to call them back, which I did immediately and no response and no message about any issue with my order. I called an hour before the service when the plant was not there. ( Terry's never called me to let me know) They informed me their supplier could not get the plant in time. ( not my problem nor was this stated the day of order) When I asked for a discount on a $90 order, they offered $5! I cancelled my order and asked for an apology since we had family standing in the church wondering where the plant was. The rep just sat there and did not apologize or respond. I asked for an apology again...no response! WOW...they don't deserve your business. They were not sympathetic, apologetic or willing to find a solution for their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable.
I wish I had found a prior review before ordering through Terry's Florist website. I thought I was doing a good thing by using a small business vs. a corporation. Boy, was I wrong! Flowers delivered looked NOTHING like what I paid for and just like a prior review stated, they use their substitution policy as an excuse. I sent an email and received a $13 refund (have yet to see that on my account). I am also creating a Yelp page to post my review. I have also attached a photo of what I ordered ($73!) vs. what I received.
This website is absolute trash id give it 0 star if possible. They will take your money and nothing that you order will actually be what you order. I ordered a dozen roses for my wife since i am out of town and she got 5 roses in a tiny little vase with a green ball in it. Also i had it scheduled to be delivered on one day and they said due to supply chain it would be the next. Good luck with support on this junk site.
I ordered Enchanted Rose Garden for my mom. What I got would be laughable except I really wanted to send my mom something special. I complained and they sent me " their contract " which I never saw. It states they could replace with equal or better quality.
I'm not one to usually complain. Please see pictures of what I ordered versus what my mom got. It looks like they just bought cheap flowers somewhere and put in a cheap vase. I'm complaining to the BBB.
I ordered a basic birthday bouquet with a balloon to be delivered 3 days later. Numerous text mess and calls request to call them regarding order they never answered phone finally morning of delivery they didn't have flowers to make bouquet no balloons basically stated well put together what we have and add ballon money to flowers. They had three days and still could not complete order. NOT GOOD!
Ordered floral arrangement for a funeral based on example photo on their website. For nearly $100.00 was provided an arrangement that looked like something you could get for $15.00 at your local grocery floral section. When contacted by email they fell back on their "substitution" policy to justify the arrangement not looking anything like what I ordered.

Had I seen the reviews for Terry's Florist, I would have not placed an order with them. But, because I didn't see the reviews prior to my purchase, I ordered flowers from this crap company. I ordered birthday flowers that were displayed on their website and foolishly upgraded the flowers to the "Premium" version. On the delivery date the flowers I ordered were not delivered. I found this out later that night from my friend when I asked if she received the flowers. By noon the next day the flowers still had not been delivered. I called Terry's Florist to see what was going on with the delivery and to cancel the order since they did not deliver on the day I ordered. I spoke to someone who said she needed to call their delivery guy to confirm that the flowers were not delivered the prior day, or that morning and that she would call me back later to confirm the delivery was not made and to cancel the order. As you probably guessed, I never received a call back from her. But, miraculously the flowers were delivered later that afternoon... a day late though! Later that night my friend sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered. The flowers were ok looking; however, they flowers looked nothing like what is advertised on the website and definitely not a premium version. I called the company to complaint about the delivery and the flowers. As you can imagine I receive terrible customer service and they ultimately offered me a $10 refund for the nearly $200 I spent with them. Beware! After my experience with them, I suggest that no one who value their money does business with this company. They are just ripping people off!

I ordered flowers on a Sunday, to be delivered on a Tuesday and they call to cancel the order saying THEY RAN OUT OF FLOWERS!. I asked them if they were an actual florist and they said yes. NOT TRUE! I've never heard of a florist running out of flowers. This is some type of broker...not a florist! TRULY DISAPPOINTED!
Reading these reviews made me realize my only recourse is to vent here and save myself time/frustration by contacting them again. Delivery was not made day before Thanksgiving...probably only got delivered because I contacted them many times to find out what the problem was! Said the order went out...they had to contact the driver...guess he took them home overnight! Definitely not the leaf lined square glass "low stuffed" arrangement I ordered...more like the "freeway" flowers in a mosaic vase. Very disappointed...ordered the "premium" for our granddaughter.
Placed my order at 9:00am, was charged $15.99 service fee that I was completely unaware of until I got my order confirmation. No where in my order summary before I clicked submit was I told about this charge. Then at 3:15pm, I was called and told they wouldn't be able to complete my order due to supply issues. I asked for a refund and was immediately called back and notified that they would now be able to do it. At 5:30p I called to check status. Had no idea that I wasn't ordering local, I was routed to a call center who couldn't even tell me if my order left the shop and was in the delivery van. I asked for a refund, the rep was extremely rude, talked over the top of me, put me on hold and then came back on and said my order has been canceled and I'd be refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. Not only did they not deliver the flowers; when I called to check on them, they told me the shipment for the day had never arrived. If I had not called to check, they would have just kept my money and said nothing and my friend would never have received any flowers! Unbelievable! This place needs to be shut down!
Ordered the Deluxe Autumn Jewel Arrangement that was to contain 3 red roses and 3 sunflowers. Paid the premium price. Received an arrangement with 1 red rose and 2 sunflowers that looked like it was arranged by a child. Totally taken advantage of with it being a long distance order. They add a $15.99 Service Fee for misc 'stuff' on top of the cost of the arrangement. Never again.
This company calls local florists and tells them to just give a list of colors, no type of flower details, not even close to the specific arrangement that you ordered on the site! When you contact them they tell you they can supplement however they choose According to there policies even if isn't what you wanted! You spend $70 you end up with a bouquet that looks like maybe a $30 one. You order Lilly's you get carnations! Terrible company!
On Wednesday November 16,2022 I ordered a military standing floral spray for my brother-in-laws funeral from Terry's Floral in Lodi, CA. I was charged $171.00. The standing spray was to arrive on Thursday November 17th at 11am. On Thursday the day of arrival they sent me an email and said they didn't have enough flowers to make a spray. They offered to make a flower arrangement in a vase. This florist it NOT LEGIT. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are a total joke!
