My floral order was placed three days prior to the delivery date. I called on day of delivery to confirm my order would be delivered. I received a text message at 8:28 pm at night stating "sorry we were unable to fill your order". This company should not be in business!
Did a search for local florist on Google and they came up, place the order online. The next day they called to verify some information which was my first worry, why would a local florist need to verify the address. Then I asked where they are located and was told New Jersey, that's odd since that's not where I was searching. Also never got the email confirmation they said they sent. It took 9 phone calls (many where they just hung up on me), refusing to be put on hold and telling them I was filing a complaint with my credit card and anywhere else I could to have the order canceled. I also told them I will be watching my credit card and if it's charged I am coming after them.
Ordered a $197 wreath for close friends funeral. Received a receipt. Was not delivered as agreed! So painful for us!
When contacted, " supply issues". Had all of my phone contact, but did not call to give me another option for flowers to be delivered. Would never recommend using this florist. Extremely unprofessional. Waiting for refund.
Ordered a beautiful Christmas arrangement. My sister received awful flowers. #2 is what I wanted, See # 1 and 3 (both sides) is what my sister received. A few tiny evergreen leaves, 1 bunch of berries, not evenly arranged and arrangement looks like a 10 year old made it. Has Hydrangea in it-not Christmasy at all! 2 pinecones-1 lousy pinecone on each side. I am not happy and will never use Terry's again. 12/21/2022 update: Terry's responded to an email requesting a refund and refunded half of the price of the flowers. Still won't do business with them ever again.
They did not send what I ordered. Different containers. Different flowers in one. Different plants in another. Do not use them. It's a con. Not worth a portion of money charged. First pics are what they sent. Second is what was online pics. Nothing alike. Was for a funeral. Shame on them
This service should not be allowed to advertise their product. This is a floral company claiming to deliver same day flowers and instead, all they do is take your money and don't answer their phones! Scam!
I ordered from this company because they advertise as if local. I am heartsick to learn this is completely fraudulent. The bouquet came from a local Shaws grocery store. This bouquet I ordered was a gift my father wants to present to his oncologist. It means so much to my very ill, 86 year old father. That these low, insensitive, horrible people prey on others is inexcusable. My father has lead this beautiful, pure life always giving from his heart. Tainted by these vicious opportunists. Below on the left is what I ordered. On the right is what I got.
Ordered a $50 arrangement of flowers for my friend's birthday to be delivered to her house. They were ordered Thursday morning intended for delivery on Friday afternoon. A delivery attempt wasn't made until Saturday evening and my friend was not at home to receive them, so they were put back on the truck. If you call customer service for updates, expect to wait 15 minutes on hold before talking to someone. They aren't open on Sundays, so I didn't hear anything from them until Monday afternoon, when the rep told me that my order was no longer on the truck, and wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. I told her to just cancel the order and give me a refund. You are much better off going straight to a local florist or supermarket to buy a nice arrangement than try to use this company. I should have done my research.
This does not seem to be a legitimate business! I ordered early on 12/17/2022 in the am for same day delivery. Then got a call after 4 pm that they had supply issues and could not deliver for 2 more days. They left. Message. I never spoke to a live person. Tried emailing with no success. I'm gonna report fraud on my credit card!
I ordered a square base (see screen shot) arrangement with beautiful flowers. I got a long base vase arrangement with a repulsive smell. Within minutes I put them in the trash. The flowers were old and disgusting. The total was $69 and when I ask for my money back they are refunding me $10. The service fee was STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I spent all day calling this florist and being placed on hold. The continued to assure me my flowers were going to be delivered before 4:00. I called again at 3:45 to be told I would need to wait until tomorrow because supplies had not been received. Obviously during the prior calls in which I was told the flowers were on the truck, I was being lied too. I am not sure if this florist is just incompetent or if they have something against the lgbt community but don't use them!
Here's what I paid 140$ for …. And what I got. I'm so embarrassed this was for my BFF mom that passed away.
Claimed to be local which they aren't. Did not deliver when they promised. Never answered their phone. What a total sham. Give your money to REAL small, local businesses.
I ordered from this florist yesterday for a special occasion for a friend. I received a phone call in the middle of the work day which I unfortunately missed. I called back as soon as I could (within 30 minutes) and nobody every answered. I called several times prior to their closing time (6:00pm), and left a voice mail, and still nobody returned my call or answered. The next day, when I called, they said there was a supply issue and wanted to replace one of the flowers in the arrangement. When asked if they would refund my delivery fee since it is a day late, they said they would only refund $5 out of a $16 delivery fee. The woman I talked to on the phone was very polite, but the company as a while charges a premium for same day or next day delivery, then if they don't follow through, do nothing for the customer except offer a $5 refund on a $75 order.
Ordered a simple bouquet under $90 for mother in laws bday 2 days ago.
The next day i received an over-the-phone interrogation by a woman who seemed to speak broken English. I only mention this because I thought it was one of those spam calls. It was hard to understand what info she wanted and she kept asking for more and more of my personal info, which made me sketched out. She didn't just confirm the delivery info but she also wanted my personal info. It was odd, to say the least. I've order flowers for 20 years and never had this level of questioning. It was so intense that I debated just asking to cancel.
The following day, today, is moms birthday. Flowers were supposed to be delivered...after all, I completed the interrogation, so I thought everything was fine.
NOPE!
7pm we get a call from a man who speaks VERY broken English with a completely different accent. He sounds middle eastern whereas the prior Lady sounded Asian.
The man keeps asking for specific details about the home so I was forced to put my husband on the phone because it's his childhood home and I don't remember if they have 3 bushes in their front yard or how many steps their porch has.
My husband spends 15 minutes helping guide the man to his mother's home. Then, when the man arrives with the flowers...
The man proceeds to explain to my husband that he is disabled and can't get out of the car, therefore my husband needs to call his mom and tell her to come outside and get the flowers because he can't stand.
Keep in mind, my mother in law is very old. I am not being rude. I am not judging anyone. I am saying she is an old lady who had Parkinsons and is not able to easily bounce out the door and down the steps then down the driveway to gather her delivered gift.
She then had to change out of her nightgown and go outside in the dark (it's pitch black in MI at 7pm in Dec) and get the bouquet from his car.
When she got back in she called her son, my husband, to say she was scared to death and she's now in pain.
WTF! NEVER AGAIN!
I was sending my daughter a bouquet for her birthday and the company never was able to make the delivery for two days, calling to find out the order the call center was staffed with people of broken English and not helpful.
Broken promise delivery time. Generic email with no concern about their failure. I just hope that they did refund my money. That would be the 1st promise that they kept. I should have done my homework first.
I wish I had read these reviews first because I would never have used this company. I ordered a beautiful $159 arrangement on line for a memorial funeral and when I ever saw it I couldn't believe it. It was half the size I expected, the colors were ugly together( not what was on line) and had a big ugly orange bow ( not on advertisement) and I was embarrassed that my family's name was on it. The company told me they could only help me if I sent a picture to investigate. Well that wasn't happening, the arrangement was between the man's ashes being honored and his widow. Such a disappointment, especially when you are sending flowers for someone's remembrance. Looked like we didn't care very much.
Let's just say the whole bouquet of flowers was not what I ordered. The vase was a different color and it was just not great! Paid so much for such a crappy job.
This is beyond ridiculous! Their customer service is horrible. DO NOT PURCHAE YOUR FLOWERS HERE EVER! I called because of their message online stated flower available and ready for delivery same day. I called and placed order at 7:00am. Received a text message around 2pm stating "we have question about your order" called immediately, was put through and automated system and placed on hold for 8 minutes no answer. Left message after calling several times thinking now I've been scammed. I continued to texted and call. Finally received a call back stating they had a wholesale supply problem and they would need to deliver the following Monday. Not happy but agreed. They just texted me again and same thing...cannot deliver until tomorrow, supply problem. Would not discount my order or provide a time for Tuesday's delivery. I canceled my order...no flowers...and I'm sure I'll never receive my refund. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
Answer: Scam - product received not as shown. Uses COVID 19 as the reason for poor quality product at a shocking price.
Answer: Legit but they only send what they want. The descriptions are lies.
Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
Answer: It's a scam, not even based anywhere. It is a call center. I lost 107.77.
