Total ripoff. Ordered flowers the day before my wife's birthday to be delivered on her birthday - to her work place. I called twice to check on the status of the order. On hold for 15 minutes before being told all operators were busy and to leave a message. Left 2 messages. Never go a call back. Finally responded to the order confirmation email asking for a status. The reply was that they weren't updated when a delivery was made (welcome to 13th century technology) and they would contact me later. Still waiting. Flowers were never delivered. This is partly my fault because I read reviews prior to placing the order that I thought were for this business. Here are the clues I missed when on their website: NO LOCAL ADDRESS, NO LOCAL PHONE NUMBER (just a 1-888 number), NO LOCAL EMAIL ADDRESS. All are red flags that I missed. Had the charge removed from my card and the card shutdown / reissued. I read the correct reviews too late. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!
My boyfriends mom ordered me flowers to be delivered yesterday. She called because they were never delivered. Supposedly they were delivered yesterday at 4:50 but they were delivered to the wrong address. I received a phone call when I was at my grandmas funeral. Of course I couldn't answer. I tried to call back to explain I never got them. On hold over 10 minutes. I will never recommend this company to anyone. As if I don't have enough stress, the company can't even do their job correctly.
That is exactly where my wife placed these flowers after she received them. And the calls immediately made to the company did nothing to correct the problem. And after complaining to my credit card company they send their 6 page document that basically gives them the right to switch beautiful flowers for trash.
Embarrassing, rip off, should be out of business! The premium can fit in one hand. So appalling and horrified. False advertising at its finest!
They promise same day delivery only to call you at the end of the day to let you know they don't have the flowers and push it off two days. Then they call again on Monday when the flowers were supposed to be delivered at 4pm in the afternoon to tell you they have to push it off again. And this was only found out having to contact through Facebook messenger because no one answers the phone. Thankfully they cancelled and refunded. I will not order from them again. Do not recommend.
I ordered flowers for a funeral and like almost everyone here, they never arrived. They told me over the phone that they were located in the city I was having them delivered to which was a lie. When I asked for the address they hung up on me. I asked for cancellation 30 minutes after placing the order and they said it was not their policy…they emailed me that the arrangement had been delivered, but when I told them I knew for a fact that they didn't arrive I was told they were sorry and there had been some confusion. Apparently they didn't deliver them and I would get a credit in 3-5 business days….charge is still pending and I have already been to my bank and been issued s new card. How disappointing. I should have read the reviews first.
This review should be a zero. They called 1 hour before funeral service and said they had no flowers. Who does this to someone who has lost a loved one?
Charged $181 for nothing! It's not even all about the money. This was for a spray of flowers to show love and honor to a great lady. NOTHING was delivered. So sad and disappointed. Such a scam and rip off! Our only hope is to dispute charges to credit card company.
Not local florist! 3 hours after placing an order for same day delivery I received a call from someone who left a message. Could not understand her name and call back number was invalid. I did call the toll free number listed and was disconnected THREE times! Still no resolve! Total scam!
Complete scam. I ordered a premium bouquet to be delivered same day. Never arrived. Called phone number listed. No answer.
Ordered for same day free delivery. They left a message at 5:00 pm saying there was a problem. Called the 800 number several times, no one answered. Finally managed to get through the next day and they told me they had to cancel the order because I hadn't called back. Lesson learned.
Be careful when using this company. I placed an order for my moms birthday on January 3 to be delivered on January 4th. The delivery was never made. I had to call my mom and ask if she got anything (element of surprise ruined)...she did not. I called them to see what happened and was told I would receive a full refund. Today I find out that they are not refunding my money but will try to deliver today. NO today is not her birthday and again the surprise is ruined. Then they tried to say that they attempted delivery yesterday but no one was home...also not true. They (my parents) were home all day and sat on front porch for most of the day because it was nice outside. Interestingly enough when I talked to them last night they said there was no record from the driver of delivery or attempt and now they are saying something different. Buyer beware... Now they will not come to the phone...
I got a text immediately asking if it was ok to substitute. I said yes, provided the substitute flowers are of equal or greater value than what I ordered, and if that's not possible, give me a list of the items you advertise on your website that are actually available. Then they asked me to call them (bad sign). I was on hold forever and then they didn't answer as a business would, just a weird "hello". I abruptly told them to cancel the order and hung up. Followed up with a text to cancel the order. Got two more messages from two more different area codes to call. This is not how a legitimate company operates. I will have no problem getting my money back but I hate that I gave my sensitive personal customer info to these people.

Terrible customer service! I spent $75 on $20 worth of flowers. Unbelievably disappointed! I would leave a negative review if I could! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
What a terrible company. My mother ordered flowers to be delivered for my baby shower. The flowers weren't delivered and when I called I was told the order was cancelled due to lack of supply. Which would've been fine if someone had let my mother know so that she could've ordered something different or ordered from somewhere different. But no one contacted her so my baby shower came and went with no flowers from my mother. Despicable. How hard is it to make a phone call to a customer? Well, I should say, a customer no longer... How awful that a company takes an occasion typically filled with emotion and ruins it for people whether it be a baby shower or a wedding or a funeral. I do not have proof of purchase since I was not the one purchasing the flowers but they were able to locate the order by giving them my mother's last name. So it did exist.
Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. The flowers looked nothing like I ordered and they claim it was comparable value to what I ordered. What a scam. Please please please save your money and order elsewhere
They deserve a negative review. First - they are not local. When I asked if they were from the town that I needed flowers to be delivered in, they lied and said yes. He also tried to upsell to me. They were additament the flowers would be delivered that day. Thank goodness they called back to ask if they could be delivered the next day. I said no, and I wanted a refund. When I asked for their local telephone number, they gave me the number to a construction site. Took 5 days to my refund, at least I got it. DO NOT ORDER from these scammers.
Ordered flowers a week in advance and when the recipient had not receved, 2 days after they were to be delivered, I emailed them. I got a response that my order was canceled! If I had not contacted them I would not have known. Now I wait and see if they credit my card. Never wil I ever use them again.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary, for same day deliver on Monday. End of day comes, no flowers. I receive a call and poorly written text from Terry's that eve stating issues with their system caused the delay. They asked my if I'm ok for delivery tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, another email about system issues, can they come Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I get a message that the delivery person stopped by and banged on my door for 10 mins. Never mind that I have a doorbell and I work from home all day plus security cameras that show no delivery person stopped.
Finally got them on Thursday. They outsource to local florists (poorly I might add). To the owners of Terry's - you deserve to not be in business. Given my, and others, experience with you, I don't expect you to be around much longer.
Horrible business! Ordered flowers for wife's birthday and they were to be delivered on 12/22, got a call at 1735 on the 22nd and was told they couldn't deliver the order. Blamed it on a supply chain issue. They asked to change the delivery to the following Monday. Ruined my surprise for my wife and they acted like it was no big deal! When I made the order two days prior the site showed the arrangement available that day. So my advice is RUN and RUN far away from this business. Go to a reputable florist one that's well known and one that can keep up with what they say they can do!
