They deserve zero stars.I purchased the flowers on the right to be delivered to my friend's celebration of life. It was a day late and they assured me the flowers and vase would be exactly what I purchased. The flowers on the left is what they delivered! They look like maybe 30 dollars worth of flowers! No babies breath,no square vase and dark roses! So disappointed. Never buy from these people! They are a complete rip off!
On 01/29/2023 I ordered flowers from them to be delivered on o1/31/2023. If you want flowers do not order from them. I ordered three days in advance for my mother in law's funeral and the day of delivery they sent a text saying they had trouble with their wholesaler and couldn't fulfill the order?! They spoke to me a day before to confirm info about the order and said nothing about wholesaler problems. So they aren't reliable! They left me without flowers for the funeral and had to scramble and order someone else and pay extra for rush delivery, plus I have to wait 3-5 business days for money reimbursement! That's just bad service! If you want flowers, order from someone else! I know I will never use them, again!

And then called to check status on Monday which was the day of the funeral. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The people were foreign speaking and I could not understand them. The funeral was at 2:00 PM. I was assured the flowers were being prepared and would be delivered on time. The charge was 240.68. When we arrived at the church at 1:00 PM there were no flowers there from our whole family to my sister and her daughters for her husbands funeral. I immediately called back and again I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The lady came back and said she was sorry to inform me that the flowers could not be delivered that day. She asked me if there was another day or time that she could deliver this spray for a different service date. REALLY? THIS WAS FOR A FUNERAL. How many dates do you have for a funeral? I was so furious and upset. Then I had to get off the phone to attend the funeral service. After it was over, I had to call back again to try and get my refund. I was placed on hold for the third time for over 10 minutes. It was not an easy task. I even called my credit card company to let them know it was bogus charge. I will not rate this company. They are absolutely a disgrace and should not be allowed to even have a website. Such important events and they can't follow through is just pitiful. I hope everyone will read this and not ever order from these people again.
I don't write reviews, but I'm ticked. The Daisy a Day bouquet looked great on the website. What was delivered looked nothing like the advertised product. They were out of gerbera daisies (ok, that happens), offered to use yellow roses instead, then proceeded to skip the roses altogether and used a lot of greens as filler. Spent good money on something I could have picked up at a grocery store. Wishing I'd read the reviews before I called to place an order. There will not be a next time.
This business does not deserve one star. I ordered flowers as a birthday gift for my mom. My mom is in her 60's and no one has ever sent her flowers. I wanted to "wow" her, and chose a gorgeous arrangement from the Terry's Florist website. The arrangement that she receive was nothing like the photo or website description. The flowers weren't the ones advertised and the colors weren't the same. The arrangement was very small compared to what was advertised. I could have purchased a nicer arrangement for $10 from the grocery store. I reached out to the company hoping they would make an effort to make things right. They offered me a 25% refund, and said they would note my feedback... I'm not sure how this company is still in business. I run a small business and I would be out of business if I treated my clients in this manner. They should be ashamed of their customer service and their shady business practices. I'm attaching a photos of what I received and what I ordered from their website.
Do not order anything from this absolutely horrible terrible company. They obviously do not care at all for their customers, not even for their grieving customers.
Ordered this for my sisters birthday. The arrangement came with no orchids at all and 5 days early! Emailed to complain and they just said look at the policy flowers can be in and out of season. I think if something is called "orchids" then they should have at least have one flower in arrangement that the name is after. The first photo is what I thought I ordered and the 2nd one is what she received. This company will just do whatever they want no matter what the description of their flowers are or the picture.
Delivered flowers not what I ordered. Never called the person I sent the flowers to to let them know they would be coming. Just left them outside the door. Never emailed me as they said to let me know flowers were delivered. I was out of state. Keep away!
My daughter ordered a bday bouquet for me. Delivery instructions were ignored, I was not notified of the delivery, and the unprotected flowers spent the night in the open air with temps in the 30s in Westchester, NY. The Las Vegas customer service offered nothing. The bouquet itself offered no clue as to the local florist that filled and delivered the order (a sub-par bouquet at best).
I ordered a premium bouquet for a sick relative and what showed up amounts to a $10 grocery store purchase. It looked nothing like the photos and the quantities we're about 1/4 of the deluxe bouquet. $100 for 4 roses and some baby's breath? Horrible customer service, not interested in rectifying the situation or offering any sort of refund or credit. Avoid at all costs!
Not who they say they are. Google uses your location, then Terry's Florist pops up as being local. Nothing showed up but charged my CC. No confirmation email either. Try finding their address so you could go in and order….you can't as there is no address.
Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Flowers didn't get delivered, nor was I told that what I wanted wasn't in stock. They called: I called back and was on hold.3 times. The NEXT day, they call to tell me.sorry, we don't have that stock...maybe tomorrow...NO! YOU ALREADY MISSED THE BIRTHDAY. I told them to find a similar arrangement...she said ok...maybe deliver today.I said NO...you WILL deliver today!

I wish I had read these reviews first! I ordered a beautiful purple floral bouquet for a recent death in the family & the first review I just read said it perfectly…no matter what you order they just send what they want! I was so disappointed at the flowers my daughter got, they looked nothing like I ordered, & when I contacted them with my displeasure they said their policy states they can make substitutions. They offered me a $12 credit which doesn't even cover the fee on a charge of $58. I wanted to use a local small business but integrated future I will stay with a well known, reputable company.my advise us to select a more reliable florist.
Person who took my order misspelled recipient's name on the card even after I repeated the spelling several times. Tried calling customer serviced, get placed on hold forever. Never delivered the flowers and claimed they can't fulfill order. Owner never available to take call personally. Horrible experience and will never use them again.
Terry's Florist in Georgetown Tx- I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend for her 93rd birthday. At 3 in the afternoon of the delivery day Terry's calls me to tell me they are out of a flower in the flowers I ordered and want to substitute it for another but deliver it the following day. Had they called in the morning, I would not have a problem with that. Calling at 3 in the afternoon to say deliver tomorrow is unacceptable. I will NEVER use this company again and strongly suggest anyone out there that is considering it, save yourself and pick another florist!
I placed an order for an arrangement that showed as "available" on the website. I received confirmation that the delivery was to happen by close of business the same day. I placed the order in the morning and later that afternoon I received a text indicating there was a supply chain issue and the order could not be completed...I would have gladly ordered a different arrangement or even from another florist if necessary. This was to be part of a birthday surprise for my niece. Had Terry's florist been upfront about their issues to begin with, I would have explored other options. But as it turned out, they didn't even give me time to order from another florist since they notified me so late in the day. Not a great way to run a business. If you can't fill the order, say so upfront! This was an extremely disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend Terry's Florist AT ALL!
I ordered flowers day before delivery thankfully I called to make sure they were being delivered and sure enough they were not. I was told they won't go out till Monday when they needed delivered on Saturday and money would take 3-5 business day to get back to me. Worst place ever please don't waste your time or hold up your money
I ordered the All My Love bouquet and had it delivered. The delivery was great and on time, and the flowers and vase were beautiful. I was very dissatisfied with the size of the bouquet. On the website it looked a lot bigger, and when I saw them in person, I was very surprised with how small they were. I paid $90.00, which I didn't mind, until I saw what my $90.00 got me! Never again! My proof of purchase is the money you withdrew from my credit card!
This is not a local company. A third party florist will deliver a bouquet that is NOT what you ordered! I am supposedly getting a small refund from them for a $75 bouquet that was not delivered on time for a friend's birthday. Do not waste your MONEY! They should be SHUT DOWN! See the attached pictures! The one titled "Eternal Grace Spray" is what I actually ordered. It is beautifully pictured and described. It is supposed to have an 11 inch crystal cross KEEPSAKE on top. This is the only reason I ordered it. I always order funeral flowers that have a keepsake with religious significance. I paid $285 for this beautiful arrangement.
I called the day ahead of time to confirm it would be there and asked specifically if they had made any substitutions and specifically asked about the cross. I was told that YES, it would be there, they had confirmed with the funeral home and that no, there were no substitutions and YES, the crystal cross was included.
The other picture is entitled "Crap they delivered". It is NOT even close to the same spray. It is much smaller and smooshed up. This had poorly died blue mums, then some white ones, no pretty lilies, NO CRYSTAL cross, just a wooden dollar store cross pick that said sympathy, one dying hydrangea, and drooping roses. It was DISGUSTING. I was MORTIFIED!
