I understand that things happen, and your supplier didn't show up, but Id bought and paid for flowers 2 days before the funeral. Your advertising said
"Available Today!" If your flowers weren't going to be there, you should have pulled something together rather than leave us with NO flowers. There wasn't sufficient time for us to even get an arrangement for the following morning. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from your establishment again.

My best friend died in Rockville,Md and living in Fl I wanted to send sympathy flowers to his wife with a nice note and instead the foreign people who took the order wrote misspelled words. Honestly, if it's possible I'd write a 0 star review. We paid $54.00 + fees for what looked like a sloppy arrangement. Highly disappointed as we order the arrangement for a funeral. I swear the flowers were more depressing than the funeral itself.
I ordered a bouquet for my sister & was told it would be delivered the same day. The flowers never showed up, and I had to call the next day to find out what happened. The man on the phone told me it was a "supply issue," and they went ahead and canceled my order without even telling me! Get your $#*! together, Terry's. You're an embarrassment.
I ordered flowers to a residence, they couldn't deliver that day. When I called they explained this then said they'd deliver the next day. I got another call the arrangement I wanted wasn't available. Told me they'd send pics, I received none. Called back a day later, they said they delivered to a funeral home. Huh? Don't order from here
If could zero i would for stars First off the website doesn't even day they are literally in Shaws second off I ordered flowers online before they even open up, my girlfriend was home all day, 130 roll around nothing no text from my girlfriend saying thanks. I call them they said it was delivered at 2pm strange...I get home I pull up and their was the flowers I spent almost 80$ on sitting on my front stairs. Took a pic and immediately called them. They apologized up and down, I asked what's the point of taking the recipients info? And not to mention they could have been stolen! Bad bad bad do not buy from them
I ordered an $80 bouquet for my sister-in-law's 80th birthday she never received the flowers although Terry's flowers called me three times today verifying information will get my money back through my bank but I will never ever recommend them to anyone
When I saw what they sent my wife after spending $100 for a "beautiful" arrangement I almost vomited. If I could I would have put 0 stars.
I don't mind them substituting, but I paid extra to have a nice full professional looking bouquet. The one that was sent was scraggly and wilted. I had asked for a photo to be texted before delivery. They refused. They advertised free delivery but did not mention $15 service fee. It's a surprise that you get with the bill.
Liars. They are not local. I paid extra for deluxe. Look what they sent. Tried to get a hold of them on phone. Was on hold for hours. The are in Las Vegas! Buyer beware! I could have bought these cheap roses at Kroger for $20-$25. GARBAGE!
********I wanted to update my review by stating the business refunded my full invoice. I appreciated that they gave me back my money but that was not my intent. I would have preferred to have had the arrangement that I saw on their website sent to my aunt. I am sure she would have gladly given them back what she received. Unfortunately, my stars will not change. When I called them it should have been handled at that moment.
I am so disappointed in the service (product) we received for my uncle's funeral. I wanted to use a local florist vs an online floral business as I thought the product would be better. My mistake. AND another mistake, I did not look at reviews. I usually do but did not this time. The first image is what was received and the second image is from the website. It is NOT the same product. If the first image was listed on the website I would have purchased it. I reached out to *******@terrysflorist.com to let them know I was not pleased with what they delivered. The end response (after supervisors met and discussed the issue) is to offer me a $10 refund. The arrangement that was received is still not worth $49.99. And second, I was not looking for a refund but for the actual item to be delivered to my aunt. I am sure she would give them back what she received. It saddens me businesses do a "bait and switch". By the way, I told them to keep their $10 as they must need it! The Better Business Bureau should be contacted. Moral of the story: sell the product you list.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. They never showed up. Luckily, I attended the funeral so I could check to see if the flowers arrived. I called Terry's and they assured me the flowers were delivered. The funeral home did not have them. Two phone calls later and with much insistence, they promised a refund. Still waiting. Steer clear!
Ordered a deluxe arrangement for my mother's birthday the day before. Was told it would arrive today on her birthday February 3rd. By 2:00 p.m. it had not arrived so I called the 800 number and finally spoke with someone who researched it and said that it was out for delivery. My 6:00 p.m. the arrangement had still not arrived so I called again and was told that the arrangement had been delivered an hour earlier. I informed them it did not arrive as I lived at the same location. Upon further research the customer service representative informed me that there was an error and the arrangement was still out for delivery. They informed me that it could be as late as 8:00 p.m. All of this was acceptable except for the fact that when the arrangement arrived (about 8:30pm), it was nowhere near what had been advertised and it did not come from "Terry's Florist" but instead another florist in an adjacent town. I basically paid $80 for what would probably be $25 at a supermarket. The pictures I've attached are one from the website showing what I should have gotten and the actual arrangement I received.
I wish I could give them a zero star review, however they did make the delivery on time. And that's the only good comment I can make.
What was delivered for a 40th b.d. Celebration for my daughter, looked like something that was thrown together in a garage, with whatever they could find!

They rip you off, do not deliver flowers and take your credit card info. Everyone knows this and has complained to Google who takes their business which is another crime.

I ordered from Terry's Flowers, not realizing that they weren't in the same city as the friend I was sending flowers to. After a few days and phone calls, my friend received the flowers, and sent a picture. There were 5 -6 flowers and a little greenery in a bud vase. I paid $75 for what, online, looked like a beautiful bouquet. What my friend received was nothing like the picture online! It was only then that I looked at the reviews, which were mostly terrible. I guess I learned my lesson: make sure the florist is actually in the city you think it is, or order through your own florist. I'd give zero stars if I could!
Placed order and then called and said they did not have the flowers for the arrangement I wanted. Not delivered on the day promised. Claim it will be a premium arrangement. Waiting to get picture from aunt and see what it looks like. I should have checked reviews first! Says local and hand arranged and delivered. These companies should be shut down.
I ordered a floral arrangement on 02/01/2023 for same day service. I ordered it before noon and was told it would be delivered on time. I received a call an hour later and the customer service representative said they had supply chain and delivery issues. They assured me that the flowers would be delivered by 12:00 P.M. on 02/02/2023. I never received a confirmation about the delivery.
I called them and was on hold for about 15 minutes before an operator answered and mentioned that it was delivered at 4:30 P.M. I had specifically asked if the floral arrangement would be delivered before the service. But it was not delivered in a timely manner. I was told I'd get s call back the next working day - 02/03. A little too late.
