I ordered a box of pink roses for daughter inlaw for my first grandaughters birth and received a box of all different carnations and other flowers. It may have cost them 3.00 to put together and I paid 70. They would not take them back and deliver what I ordered. They stated it was a "successful delivery". It was not successful if it was not what I ordered or paid for! This business is a fraud! See any similarity in the photos below?
I ordered and paid for same day delivery. It didn't happen. So the next day I waited and it still wasn't delivered in the afternoon so I reached out to them and they told me they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered. Horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Also no one ever contacted me to let me know that you would be substituting my order, At the time of the order, I was assured this order would be fine, no problems. I connected with these folks to deliver a simple bouquet to a funeral service the next day. I received a call 2 hours before the delivery time to inform me they were unable to complete delivery on time. In my world you make a promise, take the money then you deliver. Absolute shambles.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers to surprise my daughter at work and make her feel special because I couldn't be with her on her birthday. I called at noon and was told "they were out for delivery". As of 9:00 am the following day still no flowers.

I recently placed two orders for flowers. One for my anniversary arrived a week early and the second was for Valentine's Day and it arrived the day after. The flowers were beautiful, but the service diminished the effect. I advised them of my concern and was informed they had a "sliding delivery service" or as long as they came within a couple days that was OK. I think NOT.
They are rude and very unprofessional. This company needs a complete overhaul. How do you run out of flowers and wait until the end of the day to inform your customers
I honestly had no choice but to give them a star to post this review - in my opinion they should receive NO STARS. I had placed an order for a birthday flower delivery for my mother. I was ensured that the flowers would be delivered on the specified date and even contacted the florist by email to double check. They told me it would be delivered and once the driver delivers, they would send me an update. Fast forward the day after - the flowers were not delivered - I've had to call multiple times and email them as well. They finally were able to give me an answer - at first the answer was they didn't have proof of delivery from their driver, so they were issuing a full refund. I told them I would still like the delivery made to which they responded with they a low product stock, so they were not able to complete the order. Nothing else was offered to remedy the situation. Had someone told me the truth that they simply didn't have product to complete the order in the first place, I would have found another florist to get the job done. Bottom line - don't waste your time ordering from this place, they have horrible customer service, and they have little empathy for orders un-fulfilled. Definitely look into other florists!

I ordered a full bouquet "PREMIUM" (not Basic, nor Delux size) to be sent to my friend for her birthday. My friend send me a picture to thank me for the flowers (it's a gift so she doesn't know what she supposed to get) and when I saw the picture of the flowers I was Deeply Dissatisfied Shocked and Disappointed!
They are such a disgrace and thiefs.
They said they would return $19 which still makes no difference what's however on what I've ordered. And was told to read the part on substitutions, when the ones who should really read so is themselves! Because what they delivered wasn't even close to the same quality nor better.

Thinking I was going to send a beautiful bouquet to my wife for Valentine's Day, I place my order on Feb. 6th anticipating a huge rush for deliveries on the 14th. The site misleads you into believing you're ordering from a local florist (my bad!). They indicate free delivery, but once credit card was run and I printed receipt, a "service charge" of $15.99 as well as a $9.99 delivery charge were tacked onto the order. Flowers never arrived and when I inquired about order, received a canned email response that they were "checking into it". I disputed the charge and hope others will be aware of these pathetic scammers!

Last night received a call that they are running behind and the orders will be delivered today. Well received a text at noon V. Day telling me they cant fulfill the order I will be getting a refund.

I ordered WEEKS ago to ensure that I would have flowers, balloons, and chocolates delivered to my loved one at work to make her feel special on Valentine's Day. Then TODAY, Valentine's Day, I get an email at 12:39pm stating that they're unable to deliver my order because of issues with stock? What the actual F? You have one job, literally ONE JOB! On the biggest flower giving day of the year and you not only failed, but you left me high and dry with no option for getting flowers delivered today. Don't shop here. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Costco and buy flowers there.
I ordered flowers 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time (1/27) and get told on the day of delivery (2/14) that they were unable to make the delivery that day because "They are busy and have a lot of orders" 2 1/2 weeks, really? To add insult to injury I was also told that since they couldn't make the delivery as promised they would not charge my card. Funny since they charged it on the day I ordered the flowers 1/27 and it cleared my bank on 2/2. Stay far away from these shysters. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

The WORST i ordered for a sympathy of the passing of my infant niece to my sister AN all purple flower NO OTHER COLOR arrangement in a tall clear vase called Perfectly PURPLE Bouquet for 84$ which is the color we honor my Niece with in the family on her anniversary as we did at her funeral...instead they sent a short Valentines arrangement in a square RED vase with white red an 2 purple flowers in and when i complained how wrong the arrangement is they said sorry for the inconvenience heres 10$ have a nice day! WTF! I just wanted them t send the CORRECT flowers but nope they dont care! NEVER EVER USE THEM the worst NO STARS! Seriously stay away they dont care they just take your money and thats it.
