I sent flowers to a friend for her birthday. Ordered the deluxe arrangement on the website. It showed up completely wrong AND full of carnations. The buds fell off the next day. Just contacted them and they are refunding me $23.74 for a $120.00 arrangement. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Below is what I ordered vs what was delivered
I ordered large bouquet of roses for a big birthday celebration. My job was to provide the centerpiece. Was extremely embarrassed when I arrived and there was NOTHING! Called customer service who said they would get back to me. DID NOT EVEN CALL! Called next day and was told they were investigating. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!
Terry's Florist had a picture of a $75.00 succulent that I ordered for my sister in Arizona. Total cost with handling etc $96.00 A local florist sent an overgrown succulent, too small for the dish, not even close to the picture on the website. When I called they said Terry's Florist only sent them $50.00 for the succulent. I've called and emailed and was told by Terry's customer service they'll refund $22.49! Seriously the worst experience I've had with a florist. DO NOT USE THEM!
Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at her school on Friday. Called and after a lengthy hold was told they would be delivered next day. This would be AT A SCHOOL ON A SATURDAY! After another lengthy hold, I got a refund. I was under the impression I was calling a local florist. This is a large corporate entity, not a local business. DISAPPOINTED!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Flowers I ordered never arrived at the funeral service. Received a text message an hour before the service and when I spoke with an employee, he asked if the flowers could be delivered to the home because they were not going to have the flowers ready for the funeral despite me ordering them in ample time. Delivering them to any other location besides the funeral was not an option. Customer service was horrendous and this company appears to be a scam. I spent over $200 and was told I would receive a refund but never received notification via a receipt that a refund was given so now I will have to contact my credit card company to stop payment.
I and the receiptant were happy with the plant basket. Substitution was used on a few plants which we did NOT mind at all, but the plant tags with names was not included. When we asked for the names of the plants sent, (so we could care for them), we got the run around in multiple emails, then they said to call and still we got the same description as online. After doing my own research I found the names. Their reply was see the policy. Ridge,poor customer service, would NOT order from them again!
The flowers that were delivered were pitiful. I would have done better with grocery store flowers and a mason jar. Four of the flowers that are pictured in their ad weren't even in the arrangement. The substitution was a couple of stems of daisies. How are these folks still in business?!
This company is a joke and I do not recommend. They offer same day delivery and my flowers were never delivered. Should've known it was a scam. Customer service is terrible and they'll not uphold their Return Policy.
Recently placed a delivery order. The day delivery was to be made, received a phone message at end of day that order could not be filled due to supply issues and order was cancelled. Order should not have been accepted if there was no stock supply. No substitute arrangement was offered.
Could not deliver as promised, no refunds regardless, awful service, put on hold for a long time then hung up on repeatedly. Very hard to understand their reps. I would never order from them again.
This is very disappointing. You lost your credibility for your business about "same day" delivery. I compared so many online order florists and chose you because I liked the design of that arrangement. I filled out all the information clearly including recipient's name, cemetery address and service hour 11:00 am.
We didn't get the flower for the service. No one called me before 11:00am. After the service around 1:30pm I found a missed call from you during the service that called at 11:30am. I called back at 1:30pm and confirmed all the information with you and the gentleman told me now it is out for delivery. So I asked my folks to wait at cemetery for the delivery. But at 2:30pm a lady called me to tell me you can not deliver today but earliest delivery will be tomorrow. She apologized for this so-called "confusion" instead of admitting is is a "terrible mistake" or "loss of your business credibility". What is the point for our today's service if you deliver tomorrow? Who will come back again for a flower delivery? Sure I cancelled my order. But we were bumped around by your company if you call yourself a "company". So far I didn't get email confirmation for the cancellation as you promised to send.
The lady I talked to at 2:30 saying "she didn't want to take me too much time" so she hanged up my call although I insisted I need taking time to get this explained.
I called back several times. You either told me no one else I can talk about this issue or put me on hold forever. After I finally talked to A lady Leanna who wanted to listen, I understand that it was because you were short of supply. But I could have a flower for today's service from tons of other floral stores if you noticed me earlier. It is a dear family I wanted to send flower during the service but there was no flower from me, and I asked them to wait for flower because you told me It was out for delivery at 1:30, and then let them know there will be no flower because you told me an hour later.
If you can feel and think as customers feel and think you will understand why I was so upset!
I need to go out tonight to order flower and send it to their home for my sincere apologies.

I thought I was ordering from a florist in the town of a family member in the hospital yesterday morning. In Google ads, it said free same day delivery (delivery was free as it turns out, but there was an $18 service charge). The arrangement was not delivered yesterday. I got an incomplete text message asking for permission (end of sentence so don't know what the request was). An email indicated that they were waiting for a supply delivery. So I presumed they would delivered the next day (today). I asked that they deliver ASAP, and to let me know when it was delivered. Still nothing, so I called and they said it was set to be delivered today and they'd let me know when the driver dropped the flowers off. I asked if they actually had a storefront in Easely SC, and they replied that they had a warehouse there. From online reviews, it appears I have to worry that the flowers will actually be what I ordered as many people have complained that the actual deliveries bear little resemblance to the pictures of what they ordered. Lesson learned - find a florist with a street address!
Today they called me and tell me that they deliver my order but the newer one came with my birthday flowers.

Will take your order, guarantee certain things like the type of flowers and delivery date, then call the next day to say they have no flowers and they can't deliver. 2 day later they delivered a bouquet, not even close to the arrangement that was ordered.

Specifically ordered a plant garden from a picture on their Website marked "Available Now". Please see attached pictures of order vs what was actually delivered. Contacted them to correct the order. Was told that they would refund $14.99 but since order was successfully delivered they would not be able to honor the original order with the correct flowers. Flowers delivered were askew in the planter, planter was not plain and color we had ordered. There were three small plants in the planter they delivered which looked like they were on their last leg. Just an awful experience since we were trying to honor a friend's outstanding accomplishment with a gift. First picture below is what was delivered, second picture was what was ordered.
Worst service I have ever received. They were supposed to deliver an arrangement to my good friends funeral. They had 2 days to deliver these flowers and did NOT! I wouldn't recommend this company at all, for anything.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
