I ordered birthday flowers for my sister and wanted to surprise her. She sent me a picture of the flowers with a thank you but I was the one that was surprised the picture looked nothing like what I ordered the vase was not the same it was full of greenery instead of flowers the picture that I ordered had no Greenery packed full of flowers and I ordered the deluxe for extra charge nearly $100 and I could have picked this up for $20 at the grocery store very disappointed!
My flowers were never delivered and no one ever called to say they weren't delivered. I had to find out from the person who I sent them too that they never received them.
I ordered the Daisy a Day Bouquet, through Terry's Florist, but instead they delivered something entirely different. I had expressed the importance of the yellow and white color so it would brighten up the person who was to receive them (She was dying due to cancer) I was so disappointed and she passed days later. I will NEVER use this company again. How can this company stay in business?!
I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral 4 days ahead of time. The morning of the funeral they contacted me to say they didn't have all the flowers they needed for my order, could they please substitute. I said yes. Three hours before the funeral they contacted me to say they couldn't fill my order at all. I'm hoping they will cancel my payment, but I'm not holding my breath

I placed an order through Terry's to be delivered the following day. On the website it stated it was available for same day delivery. When I spoke with a person at the shop, they told me they could deliver the FUNERAL arrangement the next day. After hanging up the phone, I received another phone call saying they wouldn't be able to deliver prior to the visitation, but would be able to get it there before the service. UNFORTUNATELY the flowers NEVER made it for my loved ones! And they did not call me until 2 HOURS after they were supposed to be delivered to tell me they didn't make it.
#1 - why advertise on your website that your flowers are available the same day?
#2 - WHY take my order if you KNEW you would not be able to make and deliver the arrangement on time?
I had to cancel my order - that was already charged to my card - for a service they couldn't provide, yet advertised for. THIS IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!

When I received a picture of the flowers delivered, I was embarrassed by the quality of the design/arrangement based on the priced paid. It appears as if the flowers were in a box and someone dropped them in a cheap vase and delivered them. I also asked the representative upon ordering if the florist was local and was told twice it was but now see it was not local. Totally misrepresentation!

This alleged florist in Pflugerville, Texas WILL rip you off.
They put adds up on their website but they don't give you what's in the picture. Whoever's getting the flowers don't know that they are getting mostly old flowers, some greens that look like weeds, and very few actual flowers. They don't have the vases shown with the picture and want to sub for some plain clear glass vase but give no credit for what they don't give you. PLUS... the delivery was late and not delivered on time as agreed to. This florist provides such poor service but you'll never know unless you actually see what what sent. Here's an image of what was advertised and another image of the weeds my girlfriend received.

Was looking for a new place for flowers. I am convinced they only delivered them because of my pestering. Order delivered a cheap mishmash to my aunt for her birthday; it was nothing like the picture. See difference between advertised (right) and delivery (left.). Do not use this business. Thanks

Worst business ever! Ordered flowers for a funeral and they claimed they had to cancel it due to supply chain issues. Refunded my money (still hasn''t showed up on my card). Ordered different bouquet and as of this review the bouquet was never received by the family. Left on hold 3 times to the point the call timed out and hung up on me. Will never use them again.
Ordered a $90 bouquet for my adoptive father's funeral. That was the fullest bouquet I could get for that selection. Not only did they send THE WRONG BOUQUET! It was SPARSE and BROWN! I proceeded to message them through FB, and send pictures. They refunded me $20.99 of a $90 order…. Of which was the wrong order anyway. I ordered ROSES, LILIES, and DAISIES…. And I got a sparse bouquet of carnations and lilies! So angry. Not only because I wasted my money, but my family's name was on these disgusting, cheap, sparse, brown flowers at the funeral…. Beside all the beautiful bouquets. Boy did I make the wrong choice! DONT DO IT. I only gave this 1 star, because I couldn't give it ZERO!
Ordered birthday flowers for my daughter in the morning was called back at 12:00 and said they could not do those type of flowers. I picked more flowers at 3:00 I got another phone call saying they were unable to deliver those flowers. They wanted to deliver them Monday I said no. This florist is supposed to be in the same town as my daughter Monticello Iowa. After canceling my other order they told me it would be 5 to 7 days for me to get my money back. The first order was $100 the second order was 75 they're holding on to $175 of mine without Ever Getting flowers stay clear of this company that is if you want flowers. They could not even accommodate me to find enough flowers to get a bouquet together to give to my daughter for her birthday.
We ordered a large funeral arrangement but received a very small arrangement that was embarrassing to our family. I've included what we received vs what we ordered. Our arrangement was the only one in the back of the room on a small table. When I emailed them, because they didn't answer their phone, they said their substitution policy states that all items are subject to availability. You tell me based on the attached photo if that's a comparable substitution. I wish I would've read reviews on this location before using them. I did end up getting a refund for the flowers after numerous back and forth emails but still paid their service fees and tax of $27.19 because I was tired of dealing with them and did receive an arrangement.
This florist claimed it gave free delivery plus guaranteed it would arrive the same day. I ordered online almost $100 worth of flowers for my niece who had just delivered a baby that morning. She is in Jacksonville, FL. I went online and ordered these flowers (and a teddy bear), and they never arrived. The customer service was so poor. I called and literally, it was like they did not care. And kept telling me it would be delivered but would stop by 7pm. They said they could not get in touch with the delivery driver. Well, it was cancelled then I took a look at the reviews. Folks, I do not know why I did not read the reviews, but I didn't, but if I had have, I would not have ordered from this company. They are not reliable, and they do not do what they say they will do. Plus from everything I have read, the arrangements are poorly formed with unhealthy flowers. Do not order from this business. Oh and to boot they take on a SURPRISE $16.95 service fee (which is basically the delivery fee) but tell you there is no delivery fee. So they overcharge you for bad lowers then charge a "service fee" but trust me... you are not getting anything. Save your money.
Wish there were negative stars to give this place! They charged $115 for a funeral arrangement that was missing pieces and did not look like what I paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! First pic is what I ordered second is what was delivered. When I complained they offered 22$ back. Stated I would be giving a bad review and telling everyone I know. Oh here is 10 more dollars credit and that's it. Very very bad service and will never order from them again!

I'm giving 1 star because it's the very least this site will allow. I placed my order online at 8:30 in the morning prior to a funeral service for the next day. Their website offered "same day delivery" for the local city. A couple of hours later I received a voice mail stating they would not be able to deliver that day and that they would have them there by 4pm the following day (funeral service was at 10:45am). So, I called back to cancel & the rep I spoke with said the orders (I placed two of them) had been cancelled. To be sure, I followed up in writing by replying to both my confirmation emails (one for each order) and replied "CANCEL THIS ORDER" immediately after speaking with the customer service rep. A few hours after that, I got another voice mail stating "Your flowers are out for delivery. We cannot cancel these orders." Fast forward 4 hours later, several phone calls to them and being hung up on/calling them back SEVERAL TIMES and a migraine to top it all off, they RELUCTANTLY cancelled the orders. Everyone I spoke with had a foreign accent-I don't think I was speaking with anyone located in the United States. I told them if they did charge my card, I would press credit card fraud charges against them. They did cancel my orders via phone AND email...this was three days ago, and my nerves are still shot from that entire day of being on the phone with them. I WILL NEVER recommend them!

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
