If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered flowers on Wednesday 3-29-23 for same day delivery. Got a call from the florist asking if they could deliver on Thursday. Ok, no problem. Friday 3-31, I asked the recipient if they received the flowers and to my surprise, NO, they did not receive them. I called on Friday, gave them my order number then they left me on hold over 20 mins. Now when I call, no one answers the phone. Dishonest florist. Take your business elsewhere.
I'll start by being positive saying they did call saying they didn't have all the flower colors for my arrangement. Asked if they could do "florist choice" to replace what they didn't have. I told them that was totally fine, but I wanted bright colors. Here is what I ordered, vs what I got. I paid for a deluxe basket ($83 after fees and basically got a standard vase priced at like $35) I genuinely hate to be nasty, but that's unacceptable! This was suppose to be an out of the ordinary brighten my friends day arrangement since her father passed away yesterday. She was happy with the thought, it is pretty. Yet I was highly disappointed with what I paid/expected.
I ordered a premium bouquet for my daughter on the birth of her son. The bouquet was called the Blue and White Brillance. I even upgraded to the premium bouquet. What arrived today looked nothing like the on line picture and more specifically it didn't have one bit of blue in it. I called and they are going to credit me $20.99 Not sure how they came up with that amount and not sure if it actually will be credited to my credit card but find another florist.
They make it seem like they're offering a good deal, "free delivery" and don't show that they add on a $16 "service fee" after you've submitted the order. No way to get in touch with them. The flowers also seemed pretty cheap looking considering I paid $70 with the fee! So frustrating.
Received an order from my sister thru this florist. She paid good money for an arrangement that was no where near what the picture showed. The quality was poor, they were left on my porch with no wrap on it, just exposed to 37 degree weather for a few hours. I didn't even know it was there until she called and asked if I got a delivery. I don't even know what local florist they used, if any because there was no card stating that. Please don't waste your money on this low quality florist.
I ordered flowers for someone on their birthday and received a confirmation email that they would be delivered the same day. At 5:10pm I received a voicemail that due to supply issues they were unable to make the delivery the same day but would the next day. If I had known earlier, I could've tried to find another florist so she would've received them on her birthday AND I asked for a discount since it was their error and she was not receiving them on her birthday and after being on hold for 15 minutes I was told they would take off $5. No thanks! Cancelled that order and someone else got my business. This is not acceptable!
Ordered flowers to be delivered same day. Received an email saying my order was not complete. Called the company, order was complete, but they could not deliver same day, said it would be next day...That was on the 22nd. Still no delivery on the 28th, but cc charged full amount. Call customer service and no one answers.
Would not recommend this service as what they advertise is not what they deliver. I am very disappointed.
I was MORTIFIED when the flowers showed up to my Step Fathers FUNERAL! These flowers were an embarrassment. And they were NOT CHEAP! They were hideous and I could have made a better arrangement going to produce junction for $20! RUN
I was completely dissatisfied with an arrangement I had ordered for my sick mother. I thought they were located on Amelia Island, Florida but that was a lie. They were in New Jersey. I was misled by customer service. It was expensive. 55 dollar for the arrangement and another 15 for delivery plus tax. I have included the pictures. The main problem is that they used the wrong type of vase. Completely different from the picture. Thus that contributed to an arrangement that was nothing like what was ordered. Customer service was apologetic but only offered me a 10 dollar credit. I will never work with them again.
They are terrible! We ordered an arrangement that was shown on the web page for a funeral of a family member and received something totally different! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
Ordered an FTD style basket, discussed price, same day delivery. Florist said that it could be done as pictured and delivered that day. Florist called back, stated did not get supply chain delivery, delivery now tomorrow. Next day, recipient sends photo, I email florist. Note with flowers says "Great Scot". Flowers look nothing like what was promised. Florist states there is clause, they can use any flowers on hand. I remind that Florist agreed to photo. Florist offers $17 refund. More emails, Florist offers complete refund. In 3-5 days. We'll see.
Paid over $80 for a planter for my aunts funeral. Was informed that they had supply issues and couldn't get to visitation, was assured that it would get to the funeral... nope! And no call to get a reputable florist! Don't use this florist!
This is a scam! Paid for flowers that never arrived and I was charged twice. Having to dispute charges.
I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful funeral spray arrangement. After tax and delivery it was almost 200.00. The delivered a small spring bouquet that could have been purchased at a grocery store. They offered only 1/4 refund and refused to provide a cost breakdown of the flowers that were sent. Total bait and switch. Do not waste your money. The first picture is what was ordered the second picture is what was received.

My husband ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. It looked like a local place online (which is what he wanted) and with free delivery. When the order was being placed there was an additional "service fee" tacked on, but at that point he just wanted to get it done and ordered anyhow. Today they called at 3:30pm to say their supplier didn't show, so no flowers and they will refund the money. So it is too late to get anything to her on her birthday and now that I have looked up this business, judging by the reviews & BBB we are in the same boat as everyone else. Do not rush through and order from here thinking it is legit, local, or trustworthy as they are apparently none of those. Now I will wait to see if my money is actually returned. Not sure how this business continues to operate at all.
I ordered two arrangements for my mother-in-law's funeral. The deluxe bouquet and spray I ordered were not at all as pictured. Terry's called me to tell me that they didn't have the flowers as shown, and I okayed replacements, but the arrangements were supposed to be of equal value. The bouquet was a small standard bouquet that looked cheap and nothing at all like what should have been delivered for that price point. The spray looked sloppy, and the crystal cross was hidden, off-kilter in the flowers as opposed to at the top of the stand as shown. I was very disappointed, and at a time like this especially, it was a terrible feeling. I will never order from Terry's again and highly discourage anyone else from trusting them with your business.
I was contacted two days after a funeral that they won't be delivering my flowers for a funeral. Just unbelievable.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
