I placed an order this morning at 9am to have flowers delivered to my daughter for her birthday which is TODAY. I just called to check the status and they proceed to tell me that the arrangement can't be delivered until tomorrow or the next day! No one called me earlier in the day so that I could make alternate arrangements! I'm so incredibly MAD - what a terrible terrible terrible way to conduct your business! THIS IS A SCAM - YOU'LL GET A CALL CENTER PERSON SOUNDING LIKE THEY ARE FROM SOME ASIAN COUNTRY!

Worst Florist ever!

We ordered flowers for a funeral. Two days later Terrys Florist calls to tells us they had to cancel the order. We then asked to tell us what flowers they could get, and we chose an arrangement from that group. Two days later they called and canceled that order too. Now it is a day and a half before the service, and we are looking for flowers. We would NEVER recommend Terrys Florist.

Don't bother!

The same-day delivery never showed up. No communication; 2 days later charge went through. I called and called to reach customer support, but after 15 minutes on hold, I got hung up on, said sorry, and to call later. Now having to dispute with the Credit card company. Save yourself the hassle.

Use local florists instead

My bad for being sucked in by a Google search for flowers in a specific town. (Should have done Yelp first). This call center is based in Las Vegas. Communication was poor. $16 service charge not explained. Was told the online photo came without a vase and needed to upgrade order to get one. What was pictured and what was delivered very different. Not a sunflower in sight.
I thought I was ordering local. My bad and so is this rip off phone center.

Poor - poor - poor. Got message from them - they couldn't do next day delivery as promised, then they didn't have the flowers and would have to change to an Easter Lily ($90 total with delivery) then cancellation after the promised delivery time. What? They promise to refund my money - we will see.
Disillusioned at best.

Horrible Company

I ordered flowers for an employee appreciation gift. I picked the company because the website said it guarantees delivery. Well by 230pm nothing had arrived so I called customer service and that was a horrible experience...long wait times, long hold times and 3 representatives later and still not resolution. So I contacted them by email, asking to deliver the next day in the morning. Next day.no flowers and at almost noon they called me to say they are cancelling my order and refunding it because they can't deliver the flowers! I guess their store out here isn't responding to their calls so they can't even find out what happened or if they even have flowers available to deliver. (the email I sent was at 4:41pm Arizona time on Thursday 4/6/23...if you look at the email it shows significantly different timestamps, there customer service is not in the US).

I placed an order two days ago for an Easter bouquet delivery today (Friday). It's 1:00 on Friday afternoon and I was just notified that my order could not be fulfilled due to supply chain issues. It's obviously too late to place another order. It's hard to believe that the florist just now noticed that they wouldn't have flowers for Easter. I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered flowers at 9:00am for same day delivery. At 3:00 pm told me could not deliver until the next day. Called me so late could not get another Florist to deliver. Was Mother In Law's 88 birthday. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST - They advertise 45 minute deliver...NOT TRUE.

Worst EVER (SUCKS)

Ordered flowers for my mother in law's funeral 3 days prior to the service. Day of the service, flowers were never delivered. When I called, no one answered. 2 days later I got hold of them, they claimed "due to supply issues, they could not fulfill." No phone call, no email, no contact and they had all my information.
After exploding I let them know, due to my job, my phone is on my person 24/7 so now they suck and they are liars. I highly do not recommend this company and in fact stay very clear of them, there is a place reserved in HELL for them and their time will come!

Scammed. Totally

Went to Warren's florist and they had no purple. Went online and only used Terry's because they said they were in Bridgton. We have some new boutiques and thought they might be in one. Pink was mentioned as a under no circumstances use. Flower differences okay.NOT COLOR. So when Warren's flowers delivered these they knew it would not be acceptable. They will be donated.

Canceled order

A good friend had her mom pass away and I ordered flowers from her co-workers to be delivered 4/3 or 4/4. When I found out that the flowers never got there, I called Terry's and was told the order was cancelled and our $68.00 was refunded. No one could tell me why the order was cancelled. This is very frustrating as this family was in a time of need and we tried to support them from 3 hrs away and had this happen. I will not use this florist again as this is very unprofessional.

DON'T USE TERRY'S FLORIST

Unfortunately these reviews don't show when you search for local flower shops. They are absolutely terrible. Their website says Family owned and operated and they show up as a local flower shop but they aren't. They have no control over their drivers and delivery. They falsely show lower prices and free shipping and then add a service fee! My delivery still hasn't arrived! I was on hold forever and then the customer service representative hung up on me.

Horrible experience

I ordered flowers in the am. it guaranteed same day delivery which is what i needed for a special occasion. I got no less than 5 messages asking for clarification and follow up. And then they called asking if it could be delivered another day! Then i was on hold forever waiting for a refund and i let my family member down who i wanted to make feel special. Never again.

Arrangement wasn't even close to the picture I ordered. I ordered a premium display and paid $160 and it was the smallest display at the funeral. Very poor quality. Worst of all, the arrangement arrived late for the visitation.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Total Fraud and they don't care that we are unhappy with our order. Im usually good about reading reviews first, except this time. Wanted to find a local company in a small town, and thought I had. NOPE! Instead a total scam business. Paid $70 for some flowers that look are from the side of the road and the leaves even have brown spots.

Lied to me

Spent 15 mins ordering flower from the girl who said she was a florist in Lebanon, Ind. Found out later that she was actually was in Denton, Tx. Called back 10 mins later and cancelled my order because the supplier could not get them for her ""Flower shop". Blatantly lied to me about everything! Asked if they could send the flowers tomorrow said "No, couldn't do it"! No apologizes what so ever, want to talk to her boss, Claimed there is no boss. Just lied about everything, DO NOT USE this company! They are terrible I will never use them again! I hope they refund my money! Sad way to run a business lying about being a local business.

It was opening night for my niece's first theatrical debut. I was so happy to order flowers from Terry's the day before with their promise that they would deliver the flowers sometime in the afternoon the next day (scheduled). I payed for the roses and was assured the flowers would be there. I received a call the next day after 430pm and VANESSA of Terry's Florist informed me that the flowers would NOT be delivered. She offered little to no explanation and did not feel the urgency to explain the situation. She mentioned something about running into a "surprise" which she refused to elaborate on. I asked to speak to a manager. She placed me on hold. Then she came back and forth on the phone with intermittent hold periods, trying to find out if she was able to put me in touch with the manager (who I was told was in the store at that time). I asked Vanessa to give me the name of the manager. Vanessa refused to do so and the manager would also not come to the phone. Vanessa assured me that the flowers would be delivered on Monday instead. I said okay, deliver the flowers on Monday please---but I want a call from the manager. No one called me back. Today (Monday), I receive another call to say that they won't be delivering the flowers today---AGAIN! What is this nonsense. This is the WORST customer experience I have had in a very long time. This is very, very bad. I want a call from this company---manager or owner and I want an explanation about what happened. Not to mention, I was promised and email confirming a refund---no such email has arrived yet. I am furious. This was a big disappointment to me and to my niece.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a funeral from 1-3pm a day in advance. I spoke with someone, not just an online order. They emailed me the same day AFTER THE WAKE AND FUNERAL WERE OVER that they weren't able to fulfill my order and I'll be getting a refund. Called in upset and the lady had zero compassion or competence and said "well u got your refund". Bad experience!
