Placed an order on Monday for Tuesday delivery. On Tuesday, was told they were waiting on supplies, but promised Wednesday delivery. No delivery on Wednesday but said they would check with driver and get back to me. No call and no flowers delivered (despite their claims to the contrary). This place is horrible! Avoid them!
This business is a scam. Over 500 pictures of examples of the scam. There is no florist in any state. They operate out of Las Vegas but act like they are a local florist in every major and minor city. The "arrangement" sent to my daughter was an abomination and nothing like what i ordered. Look at the photos from over 500 other people who got scammed. Report this business to the FBI. A SCAM.
Today is Wednesday and she still has not received her flowers.
Had to call twice. 1st time I pressed 2 for an order already placed. After 7 minutes I hung up. Called back and pressed one for new order. After being placed on hold for for a while they took my order number and said they would contact the delivery person and update me when they found out what happened. Are you kidding, I'll never order from here again. I should have read the reviews 1st.
I flew out of state to take care of my dying father. I was going to be gone on my daughters 8th birthday and felt horrible. I ordered her flowers, balloons and a stuffed animal and the order never arrived. I called them and they said I had cancelled my order. That NEVER happened. I demanded a full refund and told them they ruined my daughters birthday. No apology. They hung up on me instead. I should have read the other reviews that said the very same thing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I paid $74 with fees for a beautiful boutique for my mother in law for her birthday. What she received wasn't even close! They refuse to resend the flowers i actually ordered saying that their policy is they can substitute the flowers that you actually order based on their website

I'd give them a -5 if possible! I had two funerals I needed flowers for, they were promised to be delivered that day, the day of the funeral I was notified that they had issues with the arrangements but could be delivered the next day! I was furious! Then the following day they call and tell me they won't have the flowers and I will be getting a full refund?! How does that help me? Then I find out there not even in the state I'm calling from but in New Jersey? What the heck?! What kind of shady business are they running!?
Wouldn't rate at all because they never even delivered the flower to the church. Not a call or anything. When we did call them All they said was they didn't have supplies to do flowers. Pretty bad when you disrespect the dead.
I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday (Left) and she received (right). They aren't even close.
When I called about it they sent the terms saying substitutions could be make and I'm OK with substitutions if they are cut flowers like I ordered. And their terms state it would be substituted with like flowers or higher. This is not what happened.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my daughters 21st Birthday and it was mostly green stems and cheap flowers and scarce looking. The arrangement looked cheap and like an amateur put it together. Also ordered a balloon to go with it and no balloon was sent. My fault for not looking at previous reviews first. Do not use this site for flowers in Billings, Montana. I could have arranged a better flower bouquet! I got the first bouquet below, but ordered the second - I ordered Deluxe as shown.
Ordered flowers for same day delivery, or for next day. Flowers never arrived. After not receiving a thank you from the person I was sending to, I inquired. They said they had not received them. 2 days after placing the order, I received an email saying they were cancelling my order. I would have never ordered from them based on previous reviews, but I had no other choice. I would give zero stars if I could.
It doesn't get worse than this! The company claimed their "supplier" could not deliver the flowers on the day of my Grandmothers funeral! How DISGUSTING IS THIS!
This place acts like total scammers. First they said they would be late, then next day because they ran out of flowers, then their "delivery driver was sick" so no delivery. There is something very wrong with this business. And cust svs sounds like it is out of country.
I wish I could offer zero stars to Terry's Florist. I bought a Day in the Sun deluxe. It was delivered in a timely manner, but WAS NOT at all close to what was advertised. I could walk into a florist and pay $30 for what they charged me over $70 for. After contacting the company via email, they offered a $15 credit which was not close to what I should have been refunded. Terry's Florist is scam that operates a "bait and switch" flower business. Take your $ elsewhere!
I would give them ZERO stars if i could. When i called i asked are you here in Lincoln and I was told yes we deliver in Lincoln, I should have picked up on that one right away. So here is my big mistake Aug 31st I ordered flowers to be delivered Sept 1st for a 95 year old lady. Sept 2nd they call me and tell me there was a mix up and the flowers had not been delivered and they would be refunding my money, which they did refund my money but I told them I still wanted them to deliver the flowers, but they said they wouldn't do that. I like to deal with LOCALS in the area and they are not local. Make sure you don't make my mistake and believe what they say, I wish I would have asked what their address was here in Lincoln. THEY SUCK!
Got roses. They called next day, out of the color i ordered. Settled for different. They arrived in full bloom, pedals fell off the next day. Would not refund my money. Stay the hell away from these dishonest florist.

I ordered flowers for a funeral of a relative, and scheduled it to be delivered for the funeral, On a Saturday. It wasn't until Monday that they informed me that they didn't have the flowers in their warehouse and could not deliver them.

I ordered flowers on 8-16-22 for them to be delivered on 8-30-22. They called me at 2:36pm on 8-30-22 stating that delivery could not be made due to not having a driver. I wonder how in the world you have no driver. Call late so that I could not order from another place to have flowers delivered for a birthday. You have just ruined a birthday! Never again will I order from this place. Please look for another florist!
Ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday... to be delivered on her birthday. The day after her birthday i get a text saying they are having issues with their supplier. So flowers were not delivered until 3 days later. AND it was not what I ordered.
During the days after they were supposed to be ordered I texted the owner back asking if the flowers had been delivered and received no response.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
