I wish I would have found these reviews before I purchased. Ordered a beautiful arrangement on their website. Paid for the premium order. What my mom received was pathetic. For almost $100, I at least expected more than a $20 bouquet of flowers. I understand flowers delivered have a certain premium attached but this was ridiculous. Of course they did nothing to correct it. Very disappointed.
Wanted to send an exotic plant, they sent a fall agreement! Contacted them and was told to send an email in with photos and order info. They can back and said sorry, here's $20 off your credit card bill! WTF, no I want he correct arrangement sent, not $20. Called customer service a 2nd time. Was told to send another email into service at Terrysflorist.com for them to review again! Sounds like they would rather give me the run around then make the order correct. Below are photos is what I order, and what arrived for the funeral.
Please, please don't utilize this company. I chose them because they are in the same town where I work and I needed same day delivery. I figured that it would make it very simple and guarantee delivery. My order never arrived and when I called they were not apologetic, but displayed an attitude that it was not a big deal. I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp before ordering. I'm not one to take the time to post on yelp or any other website, but my experience was so horrible that I had to.

These jerks canceled my grandpa's funeral floral arrangement 4 hours before it was set to deliver and held my payment so I couldn't order replacements.

I ordered some roses for my granddaughter for a special day, they assured it would be delivered that day but it didn't happen, I called first thing the following day, and their response no one was home. My grandson was there as well and assured they never came, I called back and wanted to talk to a supervisor, that was not granted, according to them they are out of New Jersey and they just take orders, I believe they are a front for Terrys Florist in Newberg. My recommendation never use them or trust them. Bad and dishonest place to do business.
I ordered some roses and had them sent to my friend and I received a call from Terrys and they said nevermind disregard this call so all day I had asked my friend did she receive them and she said no so I called terrys and they kept saying they waiting on the driver to say they have been delivered then they told me it will be 24hrs and I still haven't heard from them. I call now and I get no answer I emailed them and they said they was delivered and they didn't never come so when I asked for a refund they told me it's no refunds available because I never ordered anything but the money was taken from my bank account. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this company

I ordered a premium bouquet ($65) that was pictured and described as all pink/purple roses and flowers with queen anne's lace and a raffia tie around the vase. What my recipient received was a bunch of random flowers in every color, with no fillers save one fern frond, haphazardly stuck in a $2 vase, no bow or tie. Although I got free shipping, with tax and their $16 service fee, I paid $86 for something a 5 yr old would have picked from the garden. Reading all the negative reviews too late---I'm not even going to bother with the aggravation of contacting them.
I should have done a review check on this florist when ordering a plant for my daughter for her birthday, everything stated in everyone's review is exactly what I experienced, no shame on the person running the whatever you want to call this "want a be florist"... Shame on them for bad business practices and not caring enough to deliver quality products to their customers and they come back with a bogus policy they do not state when placing your order and taking your money... Save yourself the headache and do not order anything from this business, if anything they should be shut down...
Ordered flowers for $80 18 to delivered to my daughter, who lives in Johnstown same as Terry's Florist, and find out they were never delivered. Just called them and was told that they were cancelled and I was left a voice mail and sent a text message. Never received either! BUT I did receive a confirmation email and an email this morning asking me how was my flower delivery. Can't answered because they were never delivered! So much for trying to support local business!
Do not waste your time. I planned for something nice for my daughter and ordered an arrangement first thing in the morning. At 3:30 received a text they don't have the flowers and will not be doing the delivery. No offer for a replacement. Turned something that was supposed to be nice into a horrible experience. This place is a SCAM
I ordered big sunflowers, a new baby boy balloon and a stuffed animal bear! They delivered cheap carnations of Valentine's dog stuffed animal and a balloon with a star on it and then would not do anything to rectify the situation! They stated they are local florist which is evidently a lie!
We called this number to order flowers to be delivered about 25 miles from our home, 2 weeks before the delivery date. Three days before they were to be delivered, we got a call saying that our order was voided because they did not have the flowers. The call came from Nevada. We are in PA. We realized that when we dialed this local number, we were hooked up to a national answering service that appears to be in Nevada.
Poor poor poor. Why did it take 5 days to figure out that they could not do our order? Apparently, technology scores a big fat zero.
Stick with your local businesses and make sure they are really local when you call. If you want personal service, make sure that you are speaking to a local person who can be held accountable and deal with you to your face.
I ordered flowers for a funeral service one week before the service. They confirmed my order. I was not able to be in attendance for the service. I get a call 29 minutes after the service started that they wouldn't be able to complete the order. Gee, would have been nice to tell me that before the service so I could get a florist to make the arrangement. How awful and disappointing.
I have to agree with most of these negative reviews. I ordered my mother-in-law a bouquet of all Peruvian Lillies. What was delivered was a few carnations with a ton of filler. So disappointing. I spent $80 in total and received a lame $15 refund. What I really wanted was the actual flowers I ordered. Do not recommend this florist. Terrible!
HORRIBLE COMPANY - BEWARE. WOULD NOT GIVE 40% OFF ORDER YESTERDAY, THEN DELVIERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER, WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES. THINK THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBL, AND NOTICE NO REVIEW SECTION HERE ON FACEBOOK. BEWARE!
They lied-stated they had a shop on 15th/Main in the town I sent flowers to & said truck tipped over.
I am so disappointed in this company. I received text messages for 3 days saying we will deliver tomorrow. As I was not in a hurry, I said OK. On the 4th day I received a text saying they could not deliver my order and that I would be receiving a refund. We will see about that. If they couldn't fulfill my order then they should have just said so and I could have gone elsewhere.
