I ordered an oil filter connector 25'th of March. I got a receipt saying that I would receive shipping info 4 business days later.
I wrote to them 8'th of April asking for a tracking number. They said I should wait up to 2 days for the info.
I wrote again 19'th of April and they still haven't managed to send a simple oil filter connector.
So I can't recommend buying from them if you want your wares. My order #******* is still pending as of today.

I ordered my part based on the part# from the old one( Heat shield on 2010 dodge caliber)Tasca contacted me a couple days later and said I ordered the wrong part so they corrected it and gave back the. 47 difference. This also changed the delivery date. I was then emailed a few days later and told the part had to be special ordered so it would take a little longer. A few days later, I got an email saying it was now on the way. A few days later... I get it and upon opening the box, I could clearly see that what they changed it to, was the incorrect part for my car. I have since called all day, every day for the past 3 days now to get what I need to send it back for the right one or a refund. The phone plays music in your ear till it just eventually disconnected EVERYTIME. My emails are not getting a response although it's the same emails where me and them communicated back and forth previously regarding this same part. There is a certain amount of time to get parts exchanged/ refunded but no one from Tasca has contacted me at all despite several emails and attempts that have been made on my part. They even have comments turned off on all of their social media. I feel very taken advantage of because they are in RI and I'm in MO or I would just visit in person. I WILL NOT stop making the truth known EVERYWHERE I CAN, EVERYDAY, TILL THEY MAKE IT RIGHT tho. I'll also make it known just how long it took to get it corrected. My true rating for Tascaparts.com right now is negative 0... not for them messing up but for how it's being handled. Sometimes it's not about the mishap as much as it is about the handling of the mishap, and for this... TASCAPARTS.COM gets an F. Now... back to TRYING to get assistance to correct THEIR MISTAKE.
I was very lucky to actually get ahold of somebody, it took me three days of emails and 3 30 minute calls to finally get help.
I ordered some parts from them for more than a week with no confirmation they got the full amount trying to reach them by emails and calling them with no response!
Paid $120 for overnight shipping and received an email saying it would be overnighted in 3 to 5 days after they received it. So I tried to cancel the order. 6 emails and 2 unanswered calls. I got nothing. This is tantamount to thievery in my book and my shop will never do business with this site again.
I can't seem to get anyone to answer an email and the phone number just goes to busy. Not sure what I have to do to get someone to tell my where my order is and when it will ship. Slow is one thing just not answering emails and the phone are another. This will be the last time I order from this company.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with the "customer service manager" Matt most of the day. He seems to be the only person there to answer the phone. I ordered back on the 30th of November and didn't receive the parts until the 20th of December with no tracking updates. After that we spoke with Tasca and we're assured it was a Usps glitch and that over the holidays they get backed up. Understandable so we gave them another try. We placed an order on the 7th of February and got a shipment notification on the 10th that a label has been created. Since then, no updates no tracking etc. called and spoke to Matt, cannot return now that we are 20 days in, can't ship it back when it comes in as there will be a restocking fee, no options but to wait. I have been repeatedly hung up on, told I cannot speak to anyone higher, he doesn't feel like giving me more information or names above him I can speak to. It's just down right rude customer service. I have no options but to hope 20+ days later I might receive my parts. To make matters worse I was told it was my fault as I chose Usps when there wasn't an option to choose. No response, no resolution and horrible customer service. Beware of this. Latest order number is *******.
I am very satisfied with Tasca Parts, everything I ordered was also sent. Since my order was quite large, you had to wait for certain parts, but then when everything was complete I had the delivery to Switzerland within 3 days. Top! I recommend Tasca Parts to everyone.
I brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls on Jan. 4. Today, Jan 12th, the parts that were SUPPOSED to be fixed last week broke down. I could not shift or start my vehicle leaving me left stranded in Boston. Thanks AAA for towing my car back to Tasca!

Paid $8.33 for a clip to hold my windshield wiper arm to the motor and the shipping was $10.57 for a little 3oz clip! I ordered it on 10/17/20 and it took until 10/30/20 to receive it! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS AGAIN!

24th of Sep tember I ordered some parts to Corvette.The status is still "in-progress" (order #*******).
I call theme since one week and each time I have different story and answer.
Maybe they have some kind of "List of lies" for the customer, because 2 days ago the package was ready and they waited for the logistic operator. But today I received information on hot-line that they have all items and the operator will contact with the logistic menager to prepare the package for shipment.
It looks that I have to find fellow lawyers from my LinkedIn network in US to investigate what is going on and to get my money back or the goods comply with the order (and no damage)...

I ordered some small stuff from Tasca Ford for my F-150. Their search engine is easy to use. That's apparently their only good point. Package was delivered with only 1 out of 3 items. Reached out to them. Crickets. Reached out again and was told that they'd forward my concern to the Ford team. Crickets. Glad it was only small items. Won't ever buy again. I'll just use their lookup and buy elsewhere.

I have sent many emails and have had no contact.
These people never answer the phone or responds to emails about anything. I have tried for about 4 days of calling and no human ever answers. I wanted to cancel my order before it ever ships if it ever ships. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YPU EILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
Ordered parts online and waited almost 2 weeks for confirmation of order never received confirmation so I tried to call no answer and I tried for 5 days to get through to them. So I tried emails and never got a response parts order status was processing all this time. I finally sent three cancellation emails and never received a response but noticed today the order status was changed to cancelled, never did receive anything from them about the order. Very poor customer service. They say its because of the virus but I have ordered from other OEM part houses and never had this much trouble.
