I didn't realize the amount of information necessary for a renewal.
Plus there was a discount that should have been $87.00 instead of $97.00 so I'm not sure what went wrong with that part of the process.
That said I appreciate everything and am thankful for the help getting me through the process.

The customer service team got back to me within 24 hours when I had a question, and I received my cats' ESA documents within 24 hours too! I also appreciate how affordable it was to register both of my cats. I was able to get both registered together for 1 fee. I would definitely recommend support pets to anyone looking to get their pets registered as ESA pets.

I was told that you would fill out specific landlord forms and as soon as I sent one in it was denied and not filled out. It's frustrating to spend the money on this site to receive everything and then have to go elsewhere and spend the money again to actually receive what I need.
