I've contacted twice and still haven't received anything but an email to print out papers. No vests, certificates, ID, nothing else has come. Beginning to think this is not real.
I got my documents within the first 48 hours of my request and I appreciate the timely manner but there is a LOT of messages from multiple numbers AND emails on top of that, personally thats overwhelming but I appreciate the care they're showing me.

After receiving the email that my ESA documents were approved and sent, the link sent me to the website saying that my documents were expired and needed to be renewed. I emailed customer service with my issue and they were able to directly send my documents via email within 24 hours.

I was under the impression when I ordered the ESA for Hopper that for the money I sent (over $100), that everything, his vest, leash, and tag were included, but I have yet to receive them. When I got, my documents, there were links to get them, but they wanted even more money. What gives?

Paid for everything and I will be honest I did recive the documents paid like 135 up front then a few days later paid 93 dollars or so for the documents now less the a week after receiving the documents they are wanting me to pay 135 to renew my documents that by my understanding are "valid" for a year

My experience with Support Pets was good. I went through filling out the forms, watching the video then getting my docs. My family and I had to up and move with little time to find a suitable place to call home. In my area it's very expensive! Finding an affordable three bedroom home that would accept a dog (pit-bull) and a cat felt impossible. Then I came across Support Pets. Super easy to fill everything out and everything is explained clearly. Only downside is that it does not meet my state's requirements of a 30 day doctor-patient established relationship. Something I wish I googled prior to paying. Unaware if the company is aware of it (they should be) as there was nothing stated after supplying my address.
