After finally getting the forms fixed, I applied for a new apartment and the pet screening software flagged the forms as unauthentic. I have no doctor number or information to provide them. They also informed me doing questionnaires online and then paying for forms after are never legit so you all should change your advertising as it's misleading and wastes peoples money.

I just paid yesterday for the protection. Got an email saying it was ready, but when I click the link it says that it was expired already. Is this a scam?
The process was fast, easy and relatively inexpensive. There only thing I didn't like was the constant emails that followed trying to get me to buy a bunch of unnecessary items. All I needed was paperwork.
I got 10 times as many emails about buying extra items that I wasn't sure if I needed or not. It was not made clear that in order to receive my certificate I did not need to purchase these items.

I have really enjoyed my experience overall. My paper work arrived fast with no problem at all. I did have a promblem with ordering Lily's vest with the purchase not wanting to go through and then when it finally did I was charged twice. My charge card company just informed me today. So, I don't know how that will go. I also have not gotten the ID card, waiting to see if it comes with the vest. My biggest complaint is the phone number given still dies not give you a live person to talk with.
