The K9 Training Institute is a social impact organization that was formed to improve the relationship that dog owners around the world have with their pets.
We teach a large number of dog owners every year on the very best ways to train their dogs based on our own research on animal behavior.
We are especially passionate about training rescued dogs and giving them a second chance at finding a loving and caring family.
The company has garnered a positive reputation for its effective dog training techniques, with many customers noting significant improvements in their pets' behavior through the provided resources. The training methods, emphasizing operant conditioning and practical strategies, resonate well with users, fostering a sense of joy in the training process. However, a recurring concern is the affordability of the programs, as several customers express difficulty in accessing paid resources due to financial constraints. Overall, the company is viewed favorably for its informative content and supportive approach, yet it may benefit from exploring more accessible pricing options to enhance customer satisfaction.

The advice is priceless. Ziggie is now walking beside instead of pulling me along on the walk. Just now to instill the same with her sister Lillie. One at a time works best.
Great videos of how to train our dogs in different areas. I will be applying this training to my dog as she grows.
As I am in Australia, your converted $ price to the membership is too expensive for me, I'm sure it's worth it but I don't work so have to be careful.
Keep up the good work.

So far my experience with training my dog with your tips and suggestions has been great. Mind you my dog is super hardheaded but so far she's doing good
Aprendi muchos conceptos que desconocia.
Well done, easy to follow, applicable and presented at a speed that allows note taking etc. I am using what I learned with Sofia now. I'll evaluate the results and decide whether to go on to the masterclass.
Are you sure I can't give 10/10?
Regards,
- Mark and Sofia
I had an older rescue in 2023. Unfortunately, I did not have the time or the knowledge offered in your videos to work with this sweet black German Shepherd. She couldn't handle loud noises, attacked all other dogs (big & small) pinning them down to the ground in a neck hold with her mouth, obviously trained with food, became overly excited when certain people visited, and would run outside to our parked vehicles and jump up on them scratching the new paint job on both. Humane Society insisted on giving her pharmaceutical drugs to calm her down. We tried safer natural alternatives for her nerves due to heart palpitations caused by the drugs, but we were at a loss for all the other issues. Using your techniques would have enabled us to train her properly. I would not have made the difficult decision to return her to the Humane Society. :(
I work with Junior Handlers. Since I have kids ageing out at 18 and joining at age 9 all the time, it's nice to have occasional reminders of what my younger kids ( and their parents) may have missed from the ongoing curriculum. Proper Nutrition and grooming is an integral part of getting a dog ready for the show ring but is easily overlooked in training sessions. Your hints help me to remember to add these crucial elements to our weekly training meetings.
I learned better how to handle my new puppy from listening to the free workshop video. I still want to learn more to resolve some issues with nipping. I would highly recommend this course.
Lo poco q pude ver es provechoso y se aprende algo para enseñar a nuestro 🐶
We don't get our Greater Swiss Mtn. Puppy until the end of Feb., but I wanted to get started learning about the breed and training that would be unique for this breed. I am very pleased with the detailed information and tips that K9 is providing and plan to continue with them through her training. Well done, K9. You are exceptional.
El concepto que yo tenía respecto al mundo del adiestramiento, a cambiado mucho con respecto a su sistema.
I am so thrilled I found the K9 Training Institute! The told me things about what my dog Rusty needed from me. We are first time dog owners and love our Rusty so much. However, there were things going on that we did not understand. He was chewing on things, barking and jumping on people. K9 Training Institute helped up understand what his behavior was about. They have given us the tools to help us and Rusty. We really want to give him the best home and us a great companion for our empty nest home.
Just from the on line video I watched I picked up and some of their ways - and they worked!
I'm seriously considering buying the whole program.
My experience so far has been great. I am sure that with your method I will be able to train my dog in the most efficient way.
Really enjoyed the tips especially about giving a dog work to do when someone rings the door bell. I am working on it with my dog Prayer. He is a rescue and we have had him 3 days. It is going to take a little time
Very interested in doing this training course, especially as it'll work on all my dogs regardless of breeds, ages. Appreciate correspondence via emails🙏🐾🐶💞
I learned that you don't need treats all the time to get your dogs to listen. I also learned that you should give your dogs good good dog food.to keep them healthy. And brush their teeth regularly because it will help keep bacteria from spreading germs making them sick..
I have not had a puppy for many years, I have had great luck with Bichpoo rescues who were perfect gentlemen in the house. The breed is perfect for me, but they are not easy to find in rescue shelters. Do I decided to buy from a breeder.
A week into having my new pup, Dugal, I found and purchased the program and have been learning a lot, putting into practice what I have read…I've had Dugal for 2 weeks, he is 12 weeks old…today only two accidents in the house and 5 successes outside. He is just now starting to go to the door when he feels the need, but if not caught soon enough…
I feel a confidence in being able to successfully train him that I definitely lacked the day I brought him home. Thank you so much!
All your presentations are imformative but I am looking for specific help with a 2 1/2 year old dog that was the last of a 32 dog hoarder. Buddy will hug anyone who can "catch" him for "hours" but will run away from everyone once put down. He will lay in the recliner with my wife, sleep in our bed at night but will not come to either of us on command nor take treats from our hands.
I truly enjoyed learning some new ways to teach my Niyah girl. The video is very interesting and informative. Thanks so much. Hopefully we can find away to pay for the whole program.
