It was fast and easy to get my pet certified. I just hope my apartment complex accepts it.
I don't like that we have to pay yearly to get it renewed though. That is a big cost then. It should be one and done for the life of the pet.

I have Huntington's Disease and just had to move to a bigger city and along with that move came a new landlord. We were able to get an accommodation for my two dogs after registering them with the ESA through Support Pets. Also, customer support even added BOTH dogs to the certification which you just can't beat honestly. Thank you so much, we will never be able to show our gratitude for the service your company does! Max has been me service animal for 6 years, as well as my ESA for 3, and i just got another rottie to be my TRUE ESA. My previous rottie, Phoenix, passed away at 2½ years from cancer. So Remington is now going to take the reigns and take over for her. SUPPORT PETS made this process so easy to complete, and within 24 hours, I had my answer on both of my dogs.
