I emailed support because my confirmation email I received said the wrong dogs name. I was assured that the correct dogs name would be on my ESA documentation. When I got approved and received my documentation, it was still wrong. So when I emailed again, it got corrected promptly, but was still a bit frustrating.

They keep emailing the same quetions over and over and than saying it will come in 24 to 48 hours than they send another email saying they will cancel if this is not filled out and I do it again. I'm going to call my bank in the moring this is obvisouly a fradulant site.

New customer. Not sure of service yet. Filling out the enrollment info was easy, acceptance was fast. Video's with total services explained very well.
I am moving into a different apartment, one that requires $500 pet fee per pet. This is a large sum of money to be non-refundable. It was either pay the fee or re-home my cat, my best buddy. A friend told me about Support Pets and I applied. It was so easy and 3 days later, I had my documents, gave them to the apartment and now my best friend can live with me! I would recommend the yearly automatic renewal that is available.
