This is the third remote I've had to buy, this year, I have a Hisense Smart TV the Netflicks button on the remote just stops working after a while.
Item when posted, did not have my street address, just name/suburb/state. Post Office rang me and confirmed my full address and posted item. Excellent Post Office service. Don't know what happened to Laser posting, as my full address was automatically given with payment service. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I placed this order after coming across an ad on my tablet. I usually shop on my laptop, easier to navigate and see the next steps in ordering and paying. Bit messy but got there. Delivery was quick. The date of my order was early January, 2026.

Really easy with uiseful reminders that i had items in my cart
Laser did not send me the original item I paid for through JBHIFI marketplace. A refund did not replace for the item I had paid for. Hence, the matter is with the ACCC now.

You guys ripped me off when I purchased an item through JBHIFI marketplace. You guys did not send me the correct item and then refused to do so. Hence, I have reported this matter to ACCC.
Fast delivery, despite the Christmas disruptions. It took a moment to work out how to set the location for sunrise/sunset triggering, but once that was sorted everything worked as it should. The smart switches are surprisingly feature-rich for the price.

Ordered a blu-ray player including 3m hdmi cable and large button remote. Website is easy to use, payment by paypal, included delivery, what more could you ask for. My order was quickly despatched, arriving 2 days later in good condition. Player works well, glad I bought the extra remote as the supplied remote is difficult to operate.

Easy to navigate online store. 3 options provided for shipping, however none gave date ranges for expected delivery. Being near Christmas we selected the most expensive 'StarTrack Express" option to ensure the quickest delivery time. Item arrived 21/12/2025, 9 days after being ordered on 21/12/2025. Just in time for Christmas.

When I called the company after my remote broke I was given clear instructions on how to purchase a new one. The website was easy to navigate and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the replacement was. Despite how close to Christmas we are the new remote arrived very quickly in pristine condition. Would definitely recommend this company
