My family and I had to up and move with little time to find a suitable place to call home. In my area it's very expensive! Finding an affordable three bedroom home that would accept a dog (pit-bull) and a cat felt impossible. Then I came across Support Pets. After some research, I realized Bandit and Chica aren't just our pets. They are much more than that. As a family, we shouldn't have to choose between them or a new place to call home. They are the ones that make anywhere we go "home". Support Pets made it possible. We got approved for a new apartment. Yes, they had a breed restriction policy but it didn't matter. Super easy to fill everything out and everything is explained clearly. Only downside is that it does not meet my state's requirements of a 30 day doctor-patient established relationship. Something I wish I googled prior to paying. Unaware if the company is aware of it (they should be) as there was nothing stated after supplying my address.

My cat, Cinder, has been registered and certified as an ESA for 3 years. This was an easy process to renew and it something that gives me peace. I know that I am covered and can keep my baby with me, to help me stay calm and in control. I like the other benefits that are offered through this process, like Vet access for questions. I'm sorry, but I am very disappointed in the amount of fees you have for everything! I thought my initial fee would cover the vest and it did not. AFTER I was roped into paying for a subscription that EXPIRES after a year, you heckled me with one fee after another. Then, when I was approved, I still had to pay another fee for the vest. I'm VERY DISSATISFIED!

ESA letters are valid for 12 months from the issue date, and accessories like vests are separate items available only to customers with a valid current ESA letter from Support Pets. Costs were not mentioned upfront and it was one charge/offer after another. I felt like after I paid the initial fee I was done. But, more fees/options were presented and made me feel as if I did care about myself or my pet if I didn't select them and pay more. Also, I did not know this was an annual renewal type thing. I thought it was one and done. You really need to do better of fully disclosing your fees/services upfront and not trying to swindle pet owners. I am really irritated by all of this.
Using this company was very easy going and straightforward, having my dog cared for and be able to travel with me without issues is very important to me
