It was easy to apply for ESA documentation and to get approved. However, you're required to watch a RIDICULOUSLY long marketing video (2+ hours) just to access your documents, and then you get absoutely peppered with marketing emails trying to get you to buy additional products. I would not go through this company again, specifically as a result of being forced to endure the hours-long video in order to access my documents. Who has time for that?!

For me being human I would keep it nice and short to say speechless... response back was on time quicker than I expected there was an issue with my order that I mistake had ordered two things by mistake and I explained and I provided all the info that they asked for and I was refunded sooner than what the pre recorded thing said. I have 2 dogs and both are my buddies and help me with my dementia and being anxious whether at home or traveling with my wife. My dementia is really scary but I know they will never let me be alone

A little confused, I didn't get a call from a dr for my esa letter. I don't know what you sent was enough for the apartment complex I'm trying to rent in. They need a dr note saying why I'm approved for esa pets

Process was super simple and direct, only thing I didn't like was that you select have to select cat vs dog, and then are required to input a dog breed into a drop down menu. I only have a cat, and I don't love that on official documents it refers to him as a "Cat (chihuahua)" besides that process is easy and I really appreciated the ease of use.
