I got my documents but thats really all. The ad makes it seem like you pay 99 and get all these perks. Thats just for the basic stuff approved docs, a pet handle training course(NOT ESA PET TRAINING $400 but you can 50% off), 1 month of vet access, and free first year renewal. Everything else including gear is priced as a additional cost not included with the $99 deal as advertised.
Most days are difficult to manage without my Dayzee, I tend to not leave the house unless she can be by my side. This process has made a difference in our world. She can now accompany in most situations and together we can experience life again.

The process was smooth and really excited for my dog to have the proper documentation so I can travel with her no hassle. I don't like the idea of paying each year to renew a letter for my dog to remain by my side. However, this will have to be a financial sacrifice. I do think the amount of emails before the ESA documents are lot too. Overall, I'm satisfied!

I have been with ESA since I have had my dog Samantha. I have never had a problem with being able to take Samantha with me. I have not flown with her yet.

I submitted my case on a Sunday evening and by the next day (Monday mid-morning), I had received approval and my ESA documents delivered. The process is easy and quick! But I was just so disappointed that at every turn you are sold something more. Yuck. Two stars less from me about this. I mean, I get it. They likely make the most money from upselling on add-ons but still, it was a bit much. As long as you can say no, you'll be fine! Highly recommend this service otherwise!

This business did a really good job on making this progress quick as possible. Within two days i have my approved ESA documents and shipping information for the vest and everything that comes with the kit. Will use in the future if i need to do it for another dog!

Im waiting to see if my apartment complex accepts the letter for full review. I can say its fairly easy and the turnaround tome was fast. Support team has been great so far. Next step is if this is accepted.

Did not get Sky's documents etc till today were due to arrive 10/27 I had cancelled our membership because no one answered my Emails since it has arrived I'll keep it I'll check my credit card not sure if you got paid
