These people obviously love dogs. Welfare of the animal is their top priority. They were very helpful and communicative through the entire process. Our Pup showed up healthy and in great spirits. I recommend the pampered ground delivery. It takes a bit longer but it greatly minimizes trauma to the puppy. We are delighted.
From the very first communication all the way through delivery, our experience was excellent. Everyone we spoke with was helpful, thorough, and responsive. All of our questions were answered, and we always felt informed throughout the process. We are absolutely in love with our new puppies and couldn't be happier with the experience overall. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Pawrade. Pam was super responsive to all of our inquiries and provided additional photos and videos to help us with our decision and Emily helped walk us through the logistics once we purchased our little guy. We felt taken care of and informed throughout the process. I think they try to ensure you have realistic expectations for the delivery timeframe and that there can be delays so the communications stated we would receive him in 2-3 days, given the distance, but we ended up getting him within 24 hours of his departure date. So that was a pleasant surprise! Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would work with Pawrade again.

The people at Pawrade helped me from the very beginning of my search for a new puppy. I was so grateful for the information they shared. I was especially impressed by the concierge service. My puppy arrived at my front door at 9pm with her tail wagging and full of pep and kisses. Mike who brought her from Ohio to my front door in Western NY did a great job. She did very well with the long drive. She ran around playfully -eating and drinking water. I put her in her new bed in her crate after a couple of hours and she slept peacefully through her first night. My Vet said she was a healthy puppy who was clearly well cared for. He was impressed with all of the health information I was provided.

The reason it was successful is because you had a phone number on your website when I googled Boston terrier before trying your website. I tried another one good dog spent two hours answering questions. Page by page tried to put a down payment on. It wouldn't go through, but it worked out for the best that's for sure fate
It was straight forward, no hassles, once we received our puppy she was healthy and excited to meet us. We've had her for 5 days now and she quickly became the center of attention not just from us, but from our two other dogs as well. Would highly recommend gives you many more options than just local breeders. If you are looking for a certain type of dog, you have many more options using a service like this.

I just bought a Boston Terrier through Pawrade from a breeder in Michigan. I live in Guatemala and only had a week to travel to pick her up. Emily helped me figure out the way to accmplish it. They shipped my puppy to me in Miami, they let me track the delivery and she arrived excited and in perfect health, cleaned up and fed. My puppy is perfect, even a little pre-trained which is incredible. I do recommend them!
