It was straight forward, no hassles, once we received our puppy she was healthy and excited to meet us. We've had her for 5 days now and she quickly became the center of attention not just from us, but from our two other dogs as well. Would highly recommend gives you many more options than just local breeders. If you are looking for a certain type of dog, you have many more options using a service like this.
This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. No hours spent looking for breeders, checking reviews, finding a puppy close to your location. It is all in one spot. The Concierge service and the personnel were professional, knowledgeable and super sweet. They stayed in touch and were happy to answer all of my questions. Definitely the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I just bought a Boston Terrier through Pawrade from a breeder in Michigan. I live in Guatemala and only had a week to travel to pick her up. Emily helped me figure out the way to accmplish it. They shipped my puppy to me in Miami, they let me track the delivery and she arrived excited and in perfect health, cleaned up and fed. My puppy is perfect, even a little pre-trained which is incredible. I do recommend them!

Deciding to increase our family with a new fur baby is not much different than increasing your family with a human baby. Pawrade was there every step of the way once our decision was made. Pawrade was fantastic to work with. Communication was also fantastic. If I had a question, They would always get back to me in a very reasonable time. My Shiba Inu is absolutely adorable, lovable, and gives me so many kisses, if I was ever in need of another puppy, I would definitely go through them again.

The process to find, purchase, and receive my puppy (Scottish Terrier) was outstanding from start to finish. In New York puppy stores are banned and I didn't want a puppy-mill dog. Upon finding my puppy the entire process was smooth with excellent communication between my Pawrade reps and me throughout the process. I told my Vet they should recommend them, as I was so impressed with Pawrade. I highly recommend. Pricing was great, my puppy arrived healthy with all paperwork and vaccinations. Really happy I found Pawrade. This is an honest review. They really were excellent from start to finish. Couldnt be happier!

I had 2 spammers previously, ready to give up, however, so glad this site was an option. Every time I called to ask questions, one of Pawrade's staff members answered them. The process was extremely well organized, and very accommodating.

We could not believe that this little precious puppy existed. She is a mini, poodle, apricot colored and is a real blessing. We got her in good condition. The vet checked her out and said, "we usually don't get quality dogs like this in our kennel." Hannah has brought so much joy to our home already. She is very alert and does well going outside for business. She is not perfect, but awfully, awfully good at that. One could hardly expect more out of a puppy than that. I could only say this much. If we ever lost Hannah we would be heart broken. All of our neighbors come over to see her. They bring their grandkids and the children love Hannah. She is a blessing! Love you forever Hannah
