I have booked my Booking for 2 adult+1child but after Booking confirmation page was seen as 2 adult.It is totally technical problem of website but agent request 30usd for amendment.No any charge differences between 2adlt and 2+1. So what my reason should be to enter 2 iso 2+1
At the end od chatting of agent, she sent me smilely face. What a indifferent relation.

These people stole from me. I have been dealing with this since 6/4/21. Give me my money now. Do not use this Snaptravel. Its a scam. I wouldn't give them a 1.

So I try to book a hotel with the Snapchat will. And instead when I went to go confirm the booking it gave me a message error it took my $120 off my bank account and then because of it said error on it and didn't confirm anything I wouldn't stay at another hotel not find different come to find out that you guys did not give me my money back. Are you confirm it said something era and the money was taken off my thing and hours later come to find out that money was never put back on my card you guys never confirmed the booking. This is the only proof you snaptravel gave me. So now you took my money

While booking, the advertisement stated in big bold blue letters, "FREE CANCELATION". I didn't plan on canceling, however the day of our booking my wife woke up sick. I called Snaptravel customer service to cancel my reservation. They said my reservation is non-refundable. I informed them that the ad stated "FREE CANCELATION", she said, "I understand the ad said free cancelation, but you should have read the cancelation policy which states non-refundable. I said, why would I read the cancelation policy when the ad states "free cancelation." I said, "I would like to speak to her manager please." She hung up on me.

B_*******. They don't actually get any hotel reservations, they only pretend too. Go ahead and try it, they'll charge your credit card and then they'll either cancel it before you show up at the hotel (and they'll blame the hotel), or they'll let you arrive at the hotel which of course will explain to you that there actually isn't any reservation. THEN they'll give you some money in "Credits" to use towards a future reservation. That's also a fraud. I fell for it and I booked another hotel after they cancelled my first hotel, using $20 bucks in "Credits"+ $406.65 in real money on my credit card. I got wise and called the 2nd hotel and guess what, they had no record of my reservation cause there WASN'T ANY RESERVATION. So I cancelled it on Snaptravel and I received an email stating my credit card would be refunded. But there was no refund. I complained to them via text chat, because of course they're ppl are located offshore so they'll steer you to the text chat, which must be cheaper than phone calls. Go ahead and call that number, and get a real person on the line, you'll know right away where they are, it's a big country in the south pacific and their English is a little different. They told me I couldn't get a refund because I used their credits when I booked the 2nd reservation. Problem is that NO hotel actually works with them. I called so many darn hotels in Orlando today and sure enough not one of them works with Snaptravel. They all have contracts with Expedia, Priceline etc etc. l but not with Snaptravel. Snaptravel credits are worthless, and designed only to be used as a reason to deny you a refund after you re-book a hotel. Genius huh? Eventually a federal prosecutor or a state DA will notice and they will be shut down.

We’re sorry that you have that perception about our service, nonetheless we want to clarify why you were refunded in credits.
When you cancelled your first reservation, booked on 01 Jul 2021, you had chosen the option to receive the refund in credits instead of cash, so that is why the refund was issued in this matter. Then, you have used those credits to make a second booking, the same day. When you, then, also cancelled that second reservation, the payment method, which was credits, were refunded back to your account. We understand that you might have intended to do otherwise.
We have now removed the credits and refunded via Paypal.

We look forward to having the chance to serve you in the future.

I booked through this company and when I tried to check in at the hotel they had no record of one of my reservations. When I tried to follow up with SnapTravel they did nothing to fix or resolve the issue. I think they are a scam company.

Switch and Bait Company. If you see any SnapTravel cheap prices on google. Your wasting your time. Do not use them! Customer service reads from scripts and copy & paste type of company. Their excuse for false advertisement is dynamics in pricing. Which I was in the hotel lobby. Once you have clicked on them, the prices changed. The only thing you'll receive is a next day $20 credit for a $109 room. Not worth it folks

Mit Abstand das unseriöseste inkompetenteste Team was mir je untergekommen ist.
1. Jedes mal ein anderer Mitarbeiter im Chat wo keiner weiß was Sache ist und man sich ständig wiederholt.
2. habe das Cosmopolitan Hotel für eine Nacht nutzen wollen (22.06.2021-23.06.2021). Das wie ich in Erfahrung gebracht habe bei einem persönlichen Besuch schon längere Zeit Corona bedingt geschlossen war! Wie kommt dann ein solches Angebot in diesem Zeitraum zu Stande?
3. Wurde kurz nach der Geldüberweisung und
Buchungsbestätigung in ein anderes Hotel vertröstet. Ich solle warten auf Rückmeldung entschuldigten sie.
4. bis zum heutigen Tag der Abreise 23.06.2021 wird sich entschuldigt dass das TEAM (was wahrscheinlich aus Bots besteht) noch etwas Zeit benötige sich um die Hotelreservierung in einem anderen Hotel zu kümmern.
5. Zwischenzeitlich bekam ich eine Mail das mir mein Geld nicht zurückerstattet werden kann da ich die Buchungsdaten schon bestätigt hatte.
6. Im Gesamten hatte ich also weder das Hotel was ich wollte noch überhaupt irgend eine andere Art von Unterkunft die mir angeboten wurde. Keine Rückerstattung. Höhere Kosten durch kurzfristige Hotelsuche in der Innenstadt. Meine Zeit wurde verschwendet durch 100 verschiedene emails. Kein entspannter Aufenthalt mit viel Ärger statt Relaxen und Wellness.

Have stay in Best Western Drumheller Alberta... deal with Snaptravel was $157 per night. Actual price for room in Hotel (when we check out) was $133!

Stealing my money
June 15, 2021

This company is not worth it. I booked a hotel in Quebec city for June 5th but could not travel because of the federal restrictions since I live in Ontario. They canceled the reservation on my behalf and did not refund my money after saying that they will try to contact the hotel. Few days later, I received a text message saying that this cancellation is non refundable and they closed this case. I called the hotel and they sent to both Snaptravel and myself a proof that they did not receive any payment. I called back Snap travel to follow up (to reopen the case) and they hang up on me! I called again and mentioned that this conversation is recorded and now they said they will follow up on this issue. Let's see what happens! PRICELINE is way way way BETTER!

SCAM

They took my money, I got no hotel room. Zero customer service- these guys are complete fraud.

I got to the hotel and there was not adequate parking for me. The hotel cancelled the reservation with Snaptravel. We tried contacting their customer service, but all we (me and the hotel) was send them an email.

They still charged me for the room, and the hotel got nothing since they could not provide service.

COMPLETE THIEVES!

Consumer Beware

Please be aware that SNAPTRAVEL has changed its name to SUPERTRAVEL. It's the same company trying to scam you, but they have now changed their name so that they can continue their scam of offering services they cannot and will not provide. They will charge your credit card, not provide a service and will not provide a refund. Don't waste your money or time. Positive reviews are scam and con reviews.

This past weekend I planned a big trip with a group of us to go to South Beach. I took the red eye from San Diego and when I landed, I called ahead to the hotel I had booked through snaptravel. I asked if I could check in early so I could sleep since I had very little on the flight out. Luckily they said yes!

Unfortunately, when I got there they couldn't find the booking. I immediately messaged snaptravel and they informed me that their travel partners had not pushed the reservation to the hotel. Obviously that was their fault and they attempted to get it connected. I waited and waited through 3-4 agents with snaptravel who just kept thanking me for my patience. Well I ran out of patience somewhere between 7am and 1030am as I sat there in my travel clothes with my luggage and exhausted girlfriend in the lobby.

A snaptravel agent finally gave me two options. One was to have them move me to another property and the other was to go ahead and book my stay separately with the hotel and I would be refunded my money. I asked if they would refund the difference I would have to pay as well and they said yes. Gien that information, I went ahead and purchased at the much higher rate.We can all guess what happened. Yes they refunded me the amount that I paid them, but they refused to compensate me for the money I was out. But for their actions, I could have gotten a much better rate and instead I wasted half the day trying to figure out this situation and then trying to recover some sleep.

Do not trust them. They may not actually book you a room and they will refuse to make it right.

Don't book with them, don't trust any confirmation.
Booking not found at the hotel for discrepancies in the rate.
Based on your binding confirmation reveived, we have traveled today 50 miles to the hotel and waited several hours. And after contacting the urgent care team, they have just cancelled our «non refundable» booking without our consent.
Absolutely not acceptable.

I booked a resort Sheraton Vistana at Orlando for 24th May to 26th May 2021 via Snaptravel.com. When I reached here, I was told by the hotel that they received an email for cancellation from booking.com. So i tried calling snaptravel through whom I booked. They put me on hold for atleast one hour and told me that there is some error on hotel's end, we have it confirmed. After 5-6 calls and waiting for 2 hours, they told me that the booking has been cancelled by their partner company and according to policy it is non refundable and they cannot do anything about it. They apologized and hung up. I suffered a lot because I couldnt get a good hotel at the moment. This is unacceptable. They said we cannot return your money back since that isn't allowed by the company policy. SNAPTRAVEL IS A FRAUD. NEVER BOOK THEOUGH IT. They may give you lower prices a few times but they will compensate for it from you.

I booked a hotel in anchorage via snaptravel and upon arriving there were hypodermic needles in the parkinglot. Inside the hotel there was a drunk unconscious man sleeping in the lobby covered in vomit. A woman stumbled in and slept there as well. It was a very unsafe place to say the least. Several calls with Snaptraveles customer service resulted in a few very incinsere automated emails and no refund.

Ordinarily i would not ask for a refund when cancelling a booking but when they allow customers to book in an unsafe location they should own their mistake. The hotel said they would cancel our reservation free of charge so we know that snaptravel is just keeping that money for themselves. I will never book with them again.

Scammers

I want to give the zero star. They are pathetic site I recommend people don't use this site at all. If you want to spoil your trip you can definitely book from them. I have never experienced in my life like that. They are horrible I booked my hotel four days back when today I reached hotel they told we don't have any bookings. We two small kids with us. After that we started talking with the pathetic Coustomer service too they put us on calls for four hours. Highly not recommend. Protect your community by reporting this fraud scams, and bad business. Practices. I am going to do that for sure.

They entered the dates wrong for my hotel and refuse to refund the money. I will not receive the hotel they've promised since I won't be anywhere near the area. They say it's nonrefundable but that is not what I actually clicked. Others have had this problem as seen with the Better Business Bureau

Never book a flight with Snap Travel, they are a fraudulent company. I booked a flight with Snap Travel paid with a CC, my flight was cancelled which I was never informed of because the airline didn't have my email I found out they booked the flight with company Aeroplan "miles" which is illegal, you can NOT "sell" miles. After talking with the airline they cancelled the booking because it was booked illegally with company miles. I left a review I was contacted by Snap Travel to please take down the review they would book another flight, which they did "again" with miles! I talked to the airlines and was told that the flight was flagged fraudulent on their end. I would have been at the airport, "denied" boarding for an international flight with "2" dogs if I had not checked on the reservation. If you booked a flight with Snap Travel, contact the airlines and make sure the flight was not booked with miles, they are making a lot of money taking cash and paying with miles, in my case the flight was $880 they paid CD$70 for the flight which was reflected in the booking. I have since disputed the charge and booked my flight through the airline directly.
