It's been 2 weeks since I ordered my package and although I've received an order confirmation, my package hasn't shipped yet. It's an international package so I expect DHL shipping to take a while but it still has yet to be processed and leave the warehouse in the country of origin. In response to my concerns Sundae Muse replied that "Unfortunately, we are running a few days behind in getting orders out." I understand international dispatching is out of their control but it's crazy to wait that long for packing and shipping on their part.
Terrible customer service and method of running a business. Still no tracking number 2 weeks after placing order. I have now missed my event that I was supposed to wear this to as well as had no options provided by their customer service team to resolve the issue.
I just want my money back and they can keep the dress.

I placed an order from Sundae Muse, as I needed a dress for a wedding. I placed The order so it had 3 weeks to organise something else if it wasn't suited to me. I placed the order with express shipping it's now been 8 days since ordering and they still haven't not shipped the item. I contacted them as I am getting a bit worried. They were quick to respond which I appreciate however I was told they were moving warehouses and there was a delay in shipping. This was not stated at the time of ordering which I said to them and asked when would they return to dispatching items and if it would not arrive before the wedding I would need to cancel my order. They told me they would not cancel my order once it had been confirmed even though they are not providing the express shipping as it's not express if it takes 2-3 weeks for dispatch and it was not stated on there website before ordering or they did not contact me to let me know once I had ordered.

Ordered a dress express shipping last Monday for an event on Saturday. The item still hasn't been shipped 1 week later. Asked for a refund as I had to purchase a different dress and was told they were unable to do refunds once order has been placed.

I purchased a dress for my gender reveal party and was reliant on the fact that there was the option for express shipping. It has been exactly a week since my purchase and the order still has not been dispatched. I contacted customer service mid last week to see if there was anything they could do to arrange for it to arrive on time, and if not, to see if they could provide me with a refund since I would not be able to have it for the event, the response was essentially "we are having delays in warehouse dispatch" and "we can't provide you with a refund due to policy". The fact that a refund cannot even be provided when the dress is still sitting with them is just ridiculous. Still awaiting a dispatch update as of today.

I have written to them multiple times, 3 times via instagram and once via email and their answers are apologies or excuses as "We are almost back on track". I paid for express shipping which is not worth it at all. Ooh. And they haven't sent my dresses, but I do have received 3 emails asking me to rate my purchase and my experience... well, let me tell you WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
It's so bad I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible so I give you a one.

Their website advertises fast and free delivery but it is far from that. I ordered on Fri 12th and noticed it said international delivery within 6 days of dispatch. I sent an email to ask how long it would take to dispatch to which they gave me no information, just that they would let me know. I have followed up twice since then and they have given me the same response. It is really poor customer service, you should be able to give customers an expected delivery time, and if there are delays escalate this with their warehouse. Overall, beautiful clothes but customer service and delivery are poor so probably wouldn't buy from here again.

Slow delivery. I did have to email for a update and was told they are behind in their orders. I do understand at this time that there is delay but still have no tracking number no trace of order. If you are to order from this site please give plenty of time for delivery.

I made an order over a week ago now and paid £11 for express shipping (thinking that the dress would arrive within a week). I am still yet to receive an email telling me that my order has been dispatched and every time I contact the customer services I don't get much of a response other than "we will let you know when your order has been dispatched". Starting to think I may have been scammed…

Do not use this company. I ordered two dresses for a wedding on the 3rd Feb. They never shipped my order and still have not shipped and no one can explain why or whats happened. Jonah from the email customer service they have is super rude and saying he is the only manager and that they have no contact number to contact so I provided my number and they still refuse to call to discuss the matter, He then cancelled my order without my confirmation and confirmed they will only give me a gift card, why would I want to order from here again after the rude replies I got and how long I have been waiting for an order. Stick to Hello Molly or SHOWPO because these guys are the worst. Worst customer service experience ever I am so annoyed with it all. It has been a disgrace.

Answer: I had ordered £200 worth of clothes here and they had came it perfect time and in perfect condition. The quality was amazing and the clothes looked exactly how they did in the picture.
