Bought a couple dresses June 2021 they all were super cheap and did not fit properly at all - just awkward. As many reviews have stated this company does not issue refunds so I was emailed 2 gift cards. I figured I could purchase some accessories e.g. hair clips because you can't mess this up... Well it's been 2 years now and they still have pretty much all the same clothing and do not update their website. My theory now is they sell clothes issue gift cards and no one every uses the darn gift cards because they do not add new things to their website and theres no sizes available?! I have over $150 to spend and just really want to get rid of these gift cards!
A beautiful shop with pleasant counsellors. Order was delivered quickly, dispatched on a pre-determined day, a day later it was at the branch. Good quality product, I recommend it. Thank you for your responsibility
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Customer service comes off like they are nice, but they are passive aggressive and rude. I ordered a dress for my bridal shower and paid for expedited shipping for it all for it not to come on time. I returned it, had to pay to return it then ordered another dress in smaller size as the first dress I ordered was too big. Now the smaller size was too small even thought I only went down one size from an 8 to a 6. I emailed them hoping they would work with me as I did not want to pay again to return this item as their sizes are inconsistent. I now have spent 50 dollars on shipping and returns. I asked them to please let me just return the item for free and have them take the 10 dollars off my store credit instead of paying an extra 10 to return it. They ignored questions I had in emails and answered with passive aggressive responses. I finally decided to return the item and just pay for the return fee, I was 2 days passed the 30 days and they refused to make an exception and allow me to return it despite the previous conversations we had. I would never order from here again due to the customer service. Also the sizing of the dresses are super inconsistent.

My experience with Sundae Muse was excellent! The size fit me very well, as I could see it in US sizing. When I wrote through email to them, they always answered very fast, even with the time hour difference. I loved ordering from here!

Don't bother with this store, use your money elsewhere. Took over 2 months for them to process my order and during this time I noticed the top I ordered became out of stock. Emailed multiple time and told just to keep waiting for them to process. I'm sorry but >2 months is just appalling. I used store credit for it and when they finally emailed and said they'd offer a refund, they went back on their word and said they can only provide back store credit. Horrible and greedy service, now forced to still buy something from their store with the credit yet anytime I see something I like there's no stock. And what's the point when I'll probably need to wait another couple more months for them to get their s*** together? Definitely don't buy if you need something for an event

I ordered something in the wrong size, and was able to get in touch with someone right away with very straightforward return instructions. When a website glitch notified me that my order was canceled, my inquiry was responded to right away, and an updated tracking link was sent so I could monitor the status of my package. The customer service representatives also let me know when it had arrived and asked me if there was anything else they could help with. Will definitely be shopping here more in the future!

I ordered a few items mid February and till today, I have yet to receive them. I tried to email them and even asked for a cancellation and refund which they said they cannot do that. Their excuse is warehouse problems, which has been going on for months based on the reviews I read. Dont waste your time and money. This store is not worth it.

Do not order from this company.
They never shipped my dress after I ordered back in February. Kept getting messages saying there were delays at the warehouse even though I paid for express shipping so I would receive in time for a wedding I was attending.
1 month later they finally tell me they can't fulfil my order.
Don't even bother looking at the website coz you will regret it.

I ordered from here about a month ago - a dress and a couple pairs of shorts to get to free shipping price. My order went through on the 5th of feb and it has been shipped today the 9th of March! What makes this even worse is that they were out of stock of the dress I ordered which I found out in an email today! I have now awaiting a full refund of the dress price. The one plus is that Customer service is quick to respond to issues and reply with empathy. However I'm beyond annoyed with Sundae Muse and will not be shopping here again.

I understand sometimes stock and shipping delays can happen, especially in the current circumstances, but I would at least expect to be notified that there is a delay rather than having to reach out myself 2 weeks after ordering to find out where my parcel is. Other brands would have labeled the item as a pre-order to avoid confusion, as there was no indication that there were significant delays and that I would have to wait almost 3 weeks for my item to dispatch. Won't be buying from here again.

Don't buy! I bought 3 things. One of them was damaged. It looks like someone burned the sleeve. I wrote them immediately. 5 weeks are over now and nothing happended! I just get messages to wait because their warehouse is in delay. My normal order came after 1 week. And now they aren't able to send the replacement after 5 weeks.

I am absolutely disgusting in the service from this online clothing store.
I purchased 3 dresses for a weekend long event I have and 3 weeks later I have still not received any tracking or communication from the company. I have had to repurchase 3 dresses from another online company that arrived in 2 days after purchasing. This company needs to update there website and tell people before buying that they are having issues. I will be requesting a full refund and honestly will never look twice about repurchasing with this company. Do not purchase from them if you have an event! Your order won't arrive!

Answer: I had ordered ÂŁ200 worth of clothes here and they had came it perfect time and in perfect condition. The quality was amazing and the clothes looked exactly how they did in the picture.
