It was my first time buying from the site and was excited for my dress to arrive which I spent some time on the site browsing, only to be advised that it there was a stock discrepancy on the site and it wasn't in stock. Also the filtering for size doesn't work on the site.

The poorest of quality I have ever experienced. I am an average height for a female and this dress sat at the top of my thigh. I am also a very standard size 10 fit and I could not do this piece up. Very cheap looking material and not how the item is photographed online. Will not be shopping with you again anytime soon

The customer service is so bad! I received my package few days ago, there were some items missed. I sent them emails to request to solve this problem. But I still haven't got any reply from them till now! It's has been so many days already! Also they haven't sent me the missing items again and haven't done the refund to me!

I ordered a bunch of dresses during the busy Xmas/New Years period and knew things would be delayed. People need to be mindful of busy periods, be kind, patient and understanding. I reached out a week later just wanting an update if my order had been shipped and I wasn't notified, or it was forgotten, no biggie. A kind person named Kir was the respondent who emailed me back promptly to clarify what had happened, kept in contact with me with regards to shipping times, and checking if I had received my order in the end. I have never had such a personalised online shopping experience before shopping with Sundae Muse. Thank you again, Kir, and the Sundae Muse team for your kindness and attention. The clothes are also amazing, great quality and fit, fun and colourful for the season. I can't wait to wear these pieces on my holiday. Can't recommend enough! Xx

I have purchases from Sundae Muse before and have loved the clothing I have bought! Unfortunately I order clothes for my honeymoon back in November and still have not received them, even though I paid $15 for shipping. I have reached out to the company a few times for assistance on this, and no response from the company. I am pretty disappointed that I paid that much for shipping and now it won't be here in time for my wedding.

My order hasn't arrived and I ordered OVER a month ago. I contacted the company and they blew me off. I will be taking my shopping elsewhere from now on considering most other boutiques carry the same merchandise.
