After reading reviews it looks like many are experiencing delays with their orders. I paid extra money for express shipping and there was no mention of shipping delays or issues do to the pandemic. I need the dress for a special even & I now wish I would have shopped somewhere else.

We are really sorry for the shipping delays you have had with your order which you ordered for a special event.

Due to the global pandemic there have been significant delays with our carrier Australia Post due to border closures, government restrictions, airline cancellations and a sudden increase in online orders. We have now moved to DHL Express shipping which does not have any delays.

Not only did they not give me a proper tracking number for my package, it took 6 weeks to arrive to my house! 5 weeks of no communication or notice on where my package was. I thought it was lost for the longest time. Not only was their shipping terrible, the dress sizes were for children! Not joking! They run extremely small and if you have decent sized boobs a lot of their tops are too tight even with the larger sizes! I ordered a size above and everything was still small, I recommend ordering 2 or 3 sizes up if you do order from them! Cheap quality for the price tho as well! Not a good company, will not be purchasing anything else from them ever again.

This was something that was out of our control and that we were not made aware of until customers reached out to our customer care team.

I’m also sorry to hear that the clothes you ordered were too small for you, and that the quality was not up to your expectations.

Paid extra for faster shipping for a special event and we are still waiting on the dress. Contacted customer service and they blamed the virus. We have had zero issues receiving other shipments on time. If they know there will be a delay they shouldn't be allowed to charge extra for shipping. Will never use this company again.

Careful with size guides. I made the mistake to think they were CAD/US and ordered the wrong sizes. Customer service says they can't amend your order after it's been placed - fine - and after a second email they inform me they can't even cancel the order.
This seems a little ridiculous to me. I now have to wait for it to ship across the world, find out they (obviously) don't fit, and then ship them back to Australia for a store credit. I'll be lucky to be in a dress my size in the next 6 months with this pandemic slowing shipping.

We’re really sorry to hear that you ordered the wrong size. Unfortunately we can’t cancel orders that have already been dispatched. We do offer local returns options for multiple countries including the USA and the UK, so thankfully you won’t have to wait until the item reaches Australia to get your store credit.

Unfortunately due to the global pandemic there have been some long shipping delays for some customers due to border closures, government restrictions, airline cancellations and a sudden increase in online orders.

Given these circumstances, if you haven’t already received your order, rather than waiting any longer you can go ahead and order the correct size now, and we will refund you for the incorrect order when you have sent it back to our local returns warehouse.

I frequently purchase clothes from online. I've used Fashion Nova, madewell, showpo, etc. I saw and add for the cute clothes Sundae Muse had and decided to give them a chance. I figured since Showpo is also an Australian company, that I would fit in the same size, but I checked the size guide on Sundae Muse before settling on size 10. The size guide does not match up. Waited 2 weeks for the delivery and tried on the size 10 and could barely get a leg in. I emailed and decided to get one of the dresses I ordered that hadn't been delivered yet in a size 12still didn't fit. When I decided that the clothes were poorly made and the sizes were all off, I tried emailing to get my money back. I explained that I had giver sundae muse a fair try but that every size was way too small or way too short when I finally did get it on. They suggested I get size 14 to try because they only offer store credit. This lady rest sent me a link of the THREE items they had in size 14 for me to "TRY." I spent over $250 for everything I purchased and can possibly only get three things even though they advertise up until size 16. This site is fraudulent and the items are poorly made. Don't waste your time of money on this scam!

Our customer care team are always available to take exact measurements of any items you are interested in so you can compare with the clothes you have at home to ensure a perfect fit.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our clothes are and believe we are selling affordable designer fashion at a fair price. We can assure you we are certainly not a scam.

We are always increasing our range of styles and now have many more gorgeous styles now that come in size 14. We have never advertised or stocked clothes in size 16 but plan on expanding our size range in the future.

We greatly appreciate your feedback in regards to our returns policy and sizing, which we will pass onto our team.

Avoid Sundae Sundae Muse at all cost's. Terrible quality dresses, grossly inaccurate size guides, rigid return policy, and smart-$#*! customer service agents who argue with customers rather than listen.

I purchased the Arche dress is a size 8 & 10 (just in case) even though they provided the model's measurement which matches my own - the model was wearing a size 6. Both dresses were unreasonably short - I am 170cms and both sizes barely went past my bum.

I emailed Sundae Muse requesting a refund due to the size chart being so bizarrely wrong and they denied any accountability. Jonah the Customer Service agent was argumentative - sarcastic - and basically told me to launch a complaint with the ACC and that the "guide" is there but should not be followed. I advised that you should not provide a guide that is so grossly inaccurate. I was refused a refund - and have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

Do not purchase anything from this online retailer - plenty of other competitors doing it much better.

I looooooove my dress! It's so darn cute but it runs SUPER small. I ordered a size 6 but it fit like a size 2... So now I have to return my purchase and wait for a size 8 to be available. But I will 100% be buying much more from Sunday's Muse! Now I know the size I need :)
