Don't even bother shopping here. I ordered and got express shipping. 3 days later my order is still not even packed. I emailed to follow up. It is not shipped out for another 2 business days, then I get notification of shipping for 1/2 items with NO communication that this has happened. I emailed to find out. If I hadn't of emailed I doubt I would have received any communication regarding a missing item. And no doubt the missing item was due to the LARGE delay in packing my order. I was told I would receive a full recent of $85 then they only refunded me $77 I'm assuming because of shipping costs but again, I was NOT advised of this - which is a joke considering the delay I experienced with my order being shipped. An incredibly awful experience, I've told all of my friends to beware and shop somewhere else. Hopefully you read this review and avoid them.

I expected better quality from such a well known and well reviewed brand. The quality seemed cheap and thing, something that was not going to last multiple washes. Very disappointed :/

These clothes are cute but I was a little confused that only the dress was from the actual sundae muse brand while the other clothes I ordered from their site were from a different brand. I got these on sale so it was a great deal but for the quality I don't think I'd pay the full price. Also not the brand's fault but I was notified I had to sign for my package but it was just dropped off by the gate instead

Good quality clothes, decent delivery, however wasn't informed of the various import duty taxes that would occur, were expensive and wasn't expecting to need to pay - would have been valuable to know this in advance but other than that very satisfied with my order

My order came super quick, I got everything without a drama and it was all a perfect size!

I absolutely love my dress. It fits perfectly. It is hard to find companies that sell sizes xxs/4. The dress was perfect and I will definitely be buying more soon!

Shipping was fast and the product was exactly as pictured on the model. Fits true to size and very flattering.

Great service and timely delivery, however there was a black stain on the back of my new white playsuit.

Last time I had bought a blue top and it was not the good quality as I expected. So I returned it and got a gift card back. This time I bought a floral top. It is pretty and in good quality. The shipping was also quick. Overall, the experience was happy. Thank you.

Beautiful dress but was a bit expensive compared to other brands.

Being from the UK I received my order in 3-4 days from ordering. Great speedy service. Quality of the clothing is great, and very happy with my purchase.

I made my order on Wednesday and received a confirmation immediately. The site said I would have my order within 2-6 days. However, the order remained on "confirmed" mode until Sunday. I had to use the chat function on the site on the Saturday to resolve this issue and it finally was amended on the Sunday and dispatched. However, it says I will not receive my parcel until the following Monday - almost 1 and a half weeks after I made the order. The customer service team were very helpful however having paid for shipping I did expect the parcel to arrive more promptly.

The dress was excellent quality and true to size! Definitely worth the price.

Incredible service, super quick and the product exceeded my expectations

Had high hopes for the brand, but overall experience was bad. First off, the quality of the fabric seems too way too cheap for the price. I bought 3 different dresses. Returned the first one because it didn't fit like the look on the model, was too babydoll. Not my style. Next, I kept the second dress but think the fabric is low quality. And on the third dress, I had to return it twice because of the wrong sizing. I know it's Australian sized, but I converted in to US size and was still too small. I had to pay for shipping back for the first time but the second time I requested not to pay for shipping because I think I shouldn't have to pay. Returns happen all the time and competing brands don't charge for shipping on returns. There are no refunds, only gift cards are given - another bummer. Customer experience was pretty good but it doesn't make up for the dresses low quality or the annoying back and forth shipping process. After the experience, none of these expensive dresses were worth all the trouble and low quality fabric anyway. Lesson learned.
