I would definitely recommend Sundaemuse! I emailed asking for an urgent request for a delivery to Sunshine Coast, Qld and they quickly replied and made sure it got out that day (which I'm sure was after their cut of time!) it's arrived and I'm in love with the playsuit! Thank you xox
The online shop had convinced me of his clothes, so I ordered some things. To be fair, I have to say that there are really nice parts in it, so I kept some. It cost me the whole 150 in customs fees! Other parts did not fit in the size, so I had to send them back at some cost. As a refund there is no money back, only vouchers for the online shop. So I contacted the online shop, who cheekily told me that they only give money back for defective goods. So now I should order clothes again and pay customs fees again. Such a bad unfriendly service, I never order again!
I have never experienced service like it in my life. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING ANYTHING OF THIS SITE AS IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY. I order a dress which cost £50 which is fair enough I then spent £11 for shipping which I thought was expensive but it's understandable because of where it is coming from. It says on the site it takes 2-5 days. So 2 weeks later I had still not had a confirmation email email to say it had been dispatched. So I messaged them and they said oh sorry we will send it now so nearly a month later it arrives. The big issue is they did not state anywhere on there site that I will also have to pay a £21 shipping fee on top of the £11 I have already payed. I then said I did not want the dress and for them to cancel the order. They said they had but they didn't bother so I am left with a dress which looks like a dressing gown and is probably worth £19 or less and I have ended up paying £81 sooo please do not waste your money!
Grab a snack, you might be here awhile. When I initially stumbled across Sundae Muse I couldn't help but immediately want to add a few things to my cart. Their clothing were so darling and reasonably priced. I wasn't initially annoyed at the their shortage of stock but I ended up finding a few things my size and ordered them.
I'm Canadian and their shipping said 2-3 weeks. About a month and a half went by and I started to wonder where on earth my package was. I went back and forth with * from Sundae Muse and at first he was rude, unprofessional, and really couldn't care less about where my package was. Disgusted with the customer service, I went straight to the source and told them how unprofessional they were. I've asked for my money back and all I got was store credit which I refuse to use as I do not want to deal with this company ever again.
It's now July 16 and there is still no word of my package. Canada Post is still waiting for my package to arrive. I've accepted the fact that I have lost $250.00. I strongly advise anyone outside of Australia to stay far away from this company.

I ordered 5 items from this shop on may 29th and almost immediately after checking the reviews, asked if my order could be cancelled to which they refused. Had called my bank to refute the payment and was instructed I have to wait until they ship the clothes. It's July 12th and they still haven't shipped my order. I spent 250 dollars for this headache? I can't wait to get my money back. Because this is such a total scam. Serious/quality businesses don't not allow refunds unless they know they are overcharging for poor quality.
I'm hesitant when purchasing online but was extremely happy with this company.
They were quick, had great communication (confirmation and tracking of item system), And very efficient!
The item I purchased was packed and sent within a few hours and I received it the next business day. Very fast, lovely to deal with and the clothing is amazing. Beautiful colour, great fit & great quality.
An efficient company that I would happily purchase off again:)

I bought two items for my girlfriend's birthday and was completely dissatisfied. I understand the long shipping times since it is international, but I never even received emails from the company showing receipts for the purchase. The two items were the "Renee Blue Matching Set" and were extremely poor quality. They looked like Chinese private labeled clothing with threads sticking out and poor stitching. I paid $72 USD and was charged an additional fee of $0.72. The clothing was also too small, even though I ordered the correct size and used the clothing conversion chart. After requesting a return I paid the shipping cost of $9.50 plus an additional $0.10 fee. The shipping label was never emailed to me or shown in the account (they use a third party return company). I had to contact the return company support and the agent kept telling me to check my email over multiple messages. Days later the return label arrived. It took weeks for the return to process and I received a gift card for $55.85 AUD. I emailed asking why I only received that much and was told that I received two gift cards for that amount. I am only able to view and use one gift card. Currently waiting for a response to that. I also asked to be refunded to my card since I was very unhappy and was declined. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the clothes and the customer service. They do not even have a place to write reviews on the website because they are trying to scam customers by selling cheaply made clothing for a premium. Save yourself the hassle and do not spend your money with them.

We always send an order confirmation when purchases are made - perhaps you could check if it went to your junk spam folder? I can see that our customer service representative also sent you out 2 gift cards, but you could only find one gift card. They then sent it again, just in case it had gone to your junk folder. Please get in contact with our team if you need any further assistance with this.
In regard to sizing, our customer care team are always available to take exact measurements of any items you are interested in so you can compare with the clothes you have at home to ensure a perfect fit. Our in-house stylist can also suggest styles that might be better suited.
All our clothes are designed in Australia, we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes and believe they are great value for the price point. We don’t include paper invoices so we can reduce our environmental footprint, and instead email all customers a printable copy of their receipt - perhaps you could check if it went to your junk spam folder? We are disappointed that our clothes did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

I ordered from here TWO months ago and STILL haven't received my order. I ordered a lot of items at full price, which was expensive. I don't know if I will ever receive the package. The tracking number hasn't updated in over a month which just says it's in AUS still. To say I regret ordering from this site is an understatement. I'm extremely unhappy with the website as I've asked about my package multiple times and haven't gotten a response once. Can't even get my money back for something I don't think I'll ever receive. Don't waste your time or money shopping here.
The clothes I ordered ended up being very cute. Loved the dress and top I received. The skirt I ordered was WAY too short... I don't think it's even worth returning or exchanging for larger size due to the fact that it took OVER ONE MONTH to receive my package. I have never had to wait so long for an online clothing order ever... very disappointed. Tracking my package was also very difficult. Weeks would go by before there was even an update on the location of my package.

Unfortunately when you placed your order, our previous international shipping partner (Australia Post) was experiencing very long shipping delays due to the global pandemic. Some orders were very delayed during this period, and we had absolutely no control over these shipping delays.

I received my dresses from Sundae Muse, and they are super cute! Same material as Brandy Melville & Princess Polly if that helps a bit. Only thing is it took about two months to get here (Canada).

I am yet to receive my item because it is still in my local depot waiting for a payment of £25 which is outrageous as the high cost of customs etc was never made aware at checkout. I already paid £10 for delivery from Australia to the UK but an extra £25 has been put on top of that - absolutely outrageous. I contacted Sundae muse asking for a refund and they just came back saying they were very sorry and started going on about how much they loved the dress I bought - terrible customer service! They then also stated that they warn about the very very high import duties and gave me the link! - This page was literally impossible to find unless you're really looking for it which you shouldn't be as any extra charges should be stated clearly at checkout - it is like they're trying to scam you! Very expensive when the item isn't even made out of good material like cotton it's made out of polyester! DO NOT buy from this company, I hope they can liaise a deal with me or else I will continue creating very poor reviews.

Unfortunately we have no control over VAT and other import duties and charges that are set by the UK government. These charges are different to the shipping charges and are calculated by the UK government and are based on the value of the goods. You can check with your country’s customs department for how these charges are worked out.
We do state on our website that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. This is on our delivery page and in our FAQ page under Orders.
We're also sorry that the quality didn't meet your expectations. We pride ourselves in providing our customers quality and affordable fashion.

I have ordered five items for my daughter's birthday. After a long wait, they finally arrived. However, only four have arrived and there was no explanation about the status of the item which has not been delivered. We followed up with an inquiry and we have not heard back. Unless we receive an explanation, along with the missing item, we will not be ordering again from this site.
Placed an order for more than AUD 600 on April 28. I'm still waiting for my clothes. According to the tracking, the package hasn't even left the warehouse yet. Soon it will be summer and I am still waiting.
Everything i bought from sundae muse arrived on perfect time and SO quickly considering coronavirus shipping delays and the fact that it was an international order. The clothes fit perfectly and came exactly as described. They were such good quality too! No frays, no loose matieral - everything was so well and carefully designed! This website is definitely not a scam, i trust this website so much and i have NEVER had a problem here and i will continue to buy from this store! You have a customer for life

Not even worth one star. Ordered £150 worth of stuff and I was aware it was being shipped from Australia, however it was free shipping and I read into the returns which were £6.50 from the UK. Not bad I thought so added a few risky items into my basket and thought why not. WHAT AN ERROR. I receive an email and text from DHL saying I owed £61.24 in import taxes and charges. Additional charges were not made clear during the checkout or payment process, nor in the receipt. I thought it was a scam so emailed sundaemuse who said it was normal to have high import charges from the UK and that the buyer was responsible for covering this, despite it not obviously being anywhere on the website. Absolute scam, they are refusing to reimburse me any of the charges and if I abandon the order it may not be returned to the seller so have had my hand forced to pay the import fees.
This company is not fit for purpose for selling abroad and their customer service is appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA!

The dress that I bought is terrible quality and feels very cheaply made. I am very dissatisfied that after waiting 1 MONTH, this was the item that I paid 50 dollars for. I was not aware at all that they would take this long to ship the dress here. There was no heads up from the company AT ALL about how long things would take to get to me. There was no mention of when things were expected to come and if and why there were delays. Even though there are certain things are out of your control, I believe that as a company they have the duty to update their customers. I honestly thought at one point that I was just scammed of my money because my dress took so long to come.
I understand that there are real people working behind this company but please be RESPONSIBLE and refund my dress and shipping fee.
Show others that you are a brand that can be trustworthy and taken seriously. This was the first time I have bought something from an international clothing store.

I ordered the Annie play suit in small. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I actually like how the dress looks, but the material is so cheap that I feel like the zipper will break at any moment, or the shoulder straps will snap. The dress was $50, plus shipping, and it took a month to get to me (Australia to US). The dress is definitely not worth $50, not even close. Super price gouge for the material. Also not a huge fan that the site doesn't let you leave reviews... I would imagine the expensive price for cheap material is probably why...

The shipping takes forever, I placed my order two months ago and I still have not received my dress! Considering I paid full price I am very upset. I am unable to track my order, I emailed their customer service twice, they have no sympathy and merely blamed the pandemic. I have never had this issue during this time with any other company. I am now not sure if my dress will even arrive. Avoid ordering at all costs! Not worth the wait, we will see if my package even arrives. I am very disappointed.

If I am a model of this online shop.
I would be so ashame endorsing this online shop. Until now I still didn't receive my order and I can't track my order it's been 1 month now since I order it but until now I still didn't receive it. They blame the virus! Very expensive but bad service. I order dresses from different online shop too and also from AUSTRALIA but they arrive just what they said in the shipment description. I would be so pissed if there size of dress is not accurate! I will not shop at this shop anymore! I just wish that if the dress I order won't workout they will give my money back.

The clothes looked better on the model and did not meet my expectations, arrived in plastic bags with labels to different brands, the clothing is still nice and I would wear it(it does fit me) but I'm 5'4" and I dont recomened some items to people who are taller. I ordered a size 12 which is that largest size they have on the website most of the time. And I mainly felt that some products looked similar but weren't exactly what the pictures showed like the white bodysuit, as it has very visible cup inserts around my breasts which I'm not fond of as others could see the cups, making the clothing seem really cheap. All the clothing I ordered has different brand labels in, which also makes me feel like I over payed so much, especially having to get it shipped to the uk and then pay custom charges, quite disappointed with the price point, as if your gonna sell lower quality items they should be priced accordingly. My package didnt come with and order information or papers, which I thought was strange as all orders placed online come with and order receipt or information.
