Da dicembre scorso non riesco a risolvere un problema su un coupon non rimborsato dopo un ordine mai consegnato. Gli operatori "Kathleen" e "Amie" inviano da mesi solo risposte copia-incolla ed evitano di fornire un contatto ufficiale per l'AGCM, ostacolando di fatto l'esercizio dei diritti del consumatore.
Comportamento contrario ai principi di trasparenza e correttezza previsti dalla normativa a tutela dei consumatori. Invito chi vive situazioni simili a segnalare il caso ad AGCM, ECC-Net e alle associazioni dei consumatori.
P.S. Ho conservato gli screenshot delle conversazioni in cui chiedevo l'email ufficiale: la richiesta è stata completamente ignorata e le risposte ricevute non erano pertinenti.

I ordered a men's winter jacket ($47.66) from SHEIN (Order #GSO1Q*******AK9), but after a 3-week wait, I received a women's jacket instead. This was a clear error on SHEIN's part, which their customer support team has already acknowledged in our correspondence.
However, the "resolution" they offered is absolutely unacceptable. They refused to issue a full refund unless I physically returned the item to Hong Kong. The only viable option is a private carrier like Nova Post Global. The shipping cost for this 1.8 kg package is approximately $60.00 USD.
I provided SHEIN with the official shipping rates (which can be verified here: https://seller.nova.global), but they refused to guarantee full reimbursement for this cost. Effectively, they are asking me to pay $60 to return a $47 item. They expect the customer to bear a financial loss to correct a logistics mistake made by their own warehouse.
This is a deceptive and unfair business practice. SHEIN sends the wrong items and then makes the return process financially impossible for the consumer. I will be initiating a chargeback with my bank. Do not trust this store if you are in a region without free return labels—they will not take responsibility for their mistakes!

If you have a delivery issue with SHEIN, don't expect a resolution. My package was marked as delivered, but my Ring camera shows nothing was ever dropped off. SHEIN's logistics partner claims it was signed for at a "Front Desk" by "HYUN" who I've never heard of. I explained to them that I live in a house (no front desk, no signature required), but they keep sending the same automated reply saying the delivery was "correct."
They have no phone number to call and no way to escalate the issue. They would rather lose a customer over a toy guitar than admit their driver made a mistake. Absolutely disgraceful.

🛑 Below 0 not even 1 STAR

🛑 Funds Trapped, Endless "Verification", Zero Resolution

I have never experienced a more manipulative and exhausting customer service process than with SHEIN.

I had $45.52 refunded into my SHEIN Wallet from a canceled order originally paid by credit card (confirmed by my bank transaction). Since then, SHEIN has refused to let me use, withdraw, or access my own money.

Here is what happens every single time:
I try to place an order using wallet balance + points (total = $0)
SHEIN forces me to add a credit card or PayPal anyway
The order is then blocked by "risk control"
Customer service asks for bank transaction screenshots for an order that was NOT paid by a bank
Rinse and repeat. Over and over.

Senior representatives give contradictory answers:
One says I can order
Another says the account is restricted
Another says the wallet funds came from a "game" (false — my bank has the transaction)
Another says nothing can be done "per policy"

They constantly ask for screenshots and videos, then claim they are "insufficient", without ever fixing the issue. It feels intentional — designed to make customers give up.

I filed:
A bank dispute
A BBB complaint
A CFPB complaint

SHEIN still refuses to release or honor wallet funds they themselves refunded.

This is not a technical glitch.
This is money trapping and procedural stonewalling.

WARNING to other shoppers:
If SHEIN refunds money into your wallet, you may never be able to use it again. There is no withdrawal option, no accountability, and customer service is an endless loop of scripted replies.

I will never shop here again — and I strongly advise others to think twice.

I returned a 40 kg parcel to SHEIN on 15th November 2025 and requested proof of delivery (signature or photo) from Royal Mail. Despite contacting them multiple times, I still have not received any proof.

Customer service has been confusing and inconsistent:
Royal Mail tells me I need to submit a claim, which I did.
Then they tell me to contact ParcelForce.
ParcelForce tells me to contact Royal Mail again.

This back-and-forth is extremely frustrating and has delayed my refund from SHEIN. It has been over a month, and the handling of this situation is unacceptable.

I expect Royal Mail to provide clear proof of delivery immediately and improve their customer support.

DPD abandoned my parcel on the doorstep inspite of the safe parcel box registered with them shein keep saying it was correctly delivered and signed for inspite of the fact i didnt get home from work til 5pm and the courier left it on the doorstep around 1pm.paypal similarly refused to refund saying it was also correctly delivered when it clearly wasnt 5 weeks on im still fighting with them and getting NOWHERE they never read the messages they are being sent AVOID

Scam platform

Absolutely scamming platforms. Once you return items - they will say they never received and never refund amount. They statred to do it recently and don't take responsibility for losing items and they don't give any proof they don't receive the return items. They literally laughing at your face and taking your money - absolute fraud!

Packages don't arive!

Do not order from this company. They use a delivery company who will take pictures or say that you signed for deliveries that you never receive. I even had them one time to take a picture of the package at my door. Now, mind you that door is in a screened in porch.On a curvy road that nobody ever would stop at so I have no doubt that it was not a porch thief.And the package was relatively small, and it would have been impossible to have seen from the street being that my house is pushed well back. But strangely, although there was a picture of the package at my door mind you.It was not there when I got home. In order to prove it was missing, sheen gave me a list of things that were impossible for me to prove. And this was not the first time I have stopped ordering from this company.As of now, but fifty percent of my orders delivered by their logistics delivery company did not make it to my home.Although they would say that they delivered it! So basically their delivery drivers which, by the way, on the times I did receive my delivery were always some random car or van that was unmarked very unprofessional, but these very random delivery drivers can basically mark your package as delivered.And then she and will not give you a refund. What do you think they're gonna actually mark that they decided to keep your package! There is no accountability here.So if your stuff is missing, it's just missing.

Too much misinformation

I am so sick of this site. The coupon they promise new users isn't available after you sign up saying oops coupons are all gone. The thumbnails are always misleading, showing one thing with a practice just to get you to click on it and find out it's false advertising. If I have trust then to show correct info I'm surely not going to trust them with my business. Why can't they just be honest and upfront.

I placed an order with Shein, paid in full, and they never even fulfilled it. No shipment. No tracking. No explanation. Just a transaction that vanished into their system.
When I tried to resolve it, I was met with a wall of demands—ID, credit card images, banking screenshots, even a formal bank report. I complied with everything. Still no shipment. Their chat system rejected me, and their support channels went nowhere.
This wasn't a delivery delay. The order processing was a complete failure. That's not just bad service—it's a broken system.
They'd better be faster at issuing a refund than they were at fulfilling the order. I won't be ordering from Shein again.

Never again...

Worst online experience ever! The wrong reading bed pillow seat was sent and it arrived compressed so it expanded much bigger and no one in Customer Service would answer any of my questions but only kept apologizing. NO help! After 2 weeks of no help, I let my CC provider open a dispute and THEN Customer Service wrote me and said they couldn't proceed to do anything for me as a return since the dispute had been filed. I had already sent the item back. I am disabled and this was for a post surgery recovery and I finally got help to package it up and return this terrible wrong product. Ugly, wrong color (I ordered pale pink and look what I got!), wrong fabric, wrong size and CHEAP junk! I will never have anything to do with that business that has NO integrity and the instructions on their website are terrible. They are cheats imho. I do not trust them!

I made a purchase on Shein for a portable charger (order GSH13P*******MW21), but upon receiving the product, I found it to be defective. I proceeded with the return as instructed, but was surprised to receive a response from the company stating that the item they received was different from the one they had sent, and therefore, they would not be issuing a refund.

They provided a video and photos showing the package being opened, where items other than the charger were shown, suggesting a product mix-up. However, upon closer inspection of the video and photos, I noticed that the package had two tracking labels, which indicates that the error may have occurred during the shipping process, specifically when it was handled by Jadlog, the carrier responsible. The package I received was not mine, as the original one was much smaller, appropriate for the size of the portable charger.

After multiple attempts to resolve the issue through Shein's website, the company remained firm in their decision, stating that they would take no action and would not issue a refund.

I would like to emphasize that the error occurred during shipping, possibly due to a label mix-up or product swap, and that the item I returned was indeed the portable charger I purchased.

Don't Buy From Them

I purchased items from this company and never received the packages. The shipping company's confirmation showed it was delivered in my city and state, notating it was left at a locker. I live in a house. Everyone around me in a 1 mile radius lives in single family homes. I don't have a locker anywhere near my premises, and neither do any of my neighbors.
I contacted SHEIN and stated my package was NOT delivered, and the confirmation seems to show it was delivered elsewhere. They pretended to investigate, then came back and refused to refund me as the delivery shows it was delivered. And if I want more help from them, I would need to do their jobs, and get email confirmations from the shipping company that they made an error, and didn't deliver my package to me.
Last I checked as far as being a buyer, is that I pay for something, including all shipping fees from a seller, and the Seller Sends and Delivers to me what I purchased. And it is THEIR responsibility to make sure I receive it, not mine. I did try to submit a claim through the shipper, however they declined it, or rather, the "SELLER" restricts it. So nothing became of my complaint, and I was never refunded. Just wanted to share my experience with this horrible company, and advise to NOT purchase anything from them as you WILL just be donating money for nothing but wasted time and headaches.

Deceptive pricing

I had eight items in my cart totaling $11.50. Shipping was $3.99. When I went to check out, it wanted me to pay $30. This place is incredibly deceptive with their pricing. Pricing on one page does not match the other. I advise you to shop elsewhere, what they're doing is deceiving and tricking its customers

Do not buy

I ordered a jacket for my son for Halloween. The tracking number lists as delivered but the picture is not my apartment. I contacted fed ex and the address linked to the package tracking number, as well as the name is consistent to where it was sent. Fed ex will give me no other information since my name was not linked to the delivery address listed. Shein is refusing to give me a refund for the package i never received, instead trying to blame fed ex or claim on their end it was "delivered and signed for" and therefore they can't refund me. The package did not require a signature and the picture clearly shows it left on the porch. I do not believe anyone in fed ex was actually contacted, and regardless, nothing was sent to my address. Customer service is awful, they will not actually address the issue and they have effectively stolen over $50 from me. Do not order from them. If you get your package, the clothing is not awful, but getting the package is a big IF, at which point you've basically thrown away your money.

Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. This is the second time I have depended on Sheen to ship something and get it to me before the due date and this is the second time that I have not received my shipment and had to purchase elsewhere because of time constraints you can bet I will delete my account as soon as this is resolved.

Small order $7.41

I ordered small coin envelopes for my fall flower seeds. 1st got notice order delayed (seriously) such a small order, then 3 different times, and DATES stated item delivered lies everything. GOT notice just today 10/06/2025 order being delivered today still no order. So go to Shein website VERY HARD TO FIND, REFUNDS, CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, LIVE CHAT AI NOT LIVE LIMITED venues to choose from never one for ORDER NOT RESECEIVED OR REFUND OR TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIVE PERSON NOT AI THAT Never computes. Limited typing space.
I went to AMAZON LAST NIGHT, got 50 more envelopes small coin envelopes for less than paid at shein plus free shipping so WAY LESS. AND ALREADY GOT OVERNIGGT DELIVERY. While I wait for Shein order, asked for refund, doesn't understand on Sheins refund site can't cancel because "ALREADY DELUVERED" NO NEVER RECEIVED NOT DELIVERED WHAT DO THEY NOT GET. I was putting in order last couple times of items I likes craft supplies, some clothes etc. Now do you think I will put that order in? HELL NO
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POOR. I order online all the time have never had this much difficulty trying to say i never received order for $7.41 hour and half. Never again Shein.
FYI PRICE ON AMAZON Before placing ordering just one of items i wanted from Shein was sewing clips, looked up on Amazon again less $$$ more clips for less $$$ and no shipping charge since i am prime member. SO BEFORE PLACING ORDER ON SHEIN PRICE IT ON AMAZON FIRST! NEXT pricing chair, couch throws on Amazon need new throws for furniture due to pets!
