Not sure if this is a drop shipping company or how it operates, but my items from 5 weeks ago still have not been shipped out yet.
I have a better chance of receiving items from a Sanctioned country than from Sundae Muse at this rate.
No shipping options, and i ordered over a week ago for my event on Sunday. They have not even shipped yet. I would like to cancel my order, and I will never order from them again.

Received free shipping in australia with my purchase which I needed for the weekend. Purchased it last Friday, it still hasn't been shipped. And now it's too late. Chased it up and was confirmed to have not been packed despite it being over a week

I waited nearly four weeks for an item to be shipped, I measured my body according to specs and ordered appropriately only for the dress to arrive way too big. So I sent it back and was given a credit. That was good, however I ordered again and low and behold an email about the product been packed and a week later still no product or info. Based on experience twice now I'll never order again.

Bought a dress for my daughter for 100 euros. Really not worth the price for a cheap, badly sown China garment. Extremely disappointed. And no refund possibility.

My order was sent back to Sundae Muse because I was not able to collect it from the post office (although I tried contacting the post office multiple times before they returned it to the sender without notifying me). Thankfully Jonah from Sundae Muse let me know and had my order re-sent to my new address at no additional cost. Jonah also kept me updated on the delivery status to make sure that I received my order. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much!
Still haven't received order... it was suppose to be here 2-8-22... very upset I need it for the 11th. I want a full refund

My parcel was delivered the next day! The quality of the clothing is perfect, looked somewhat similar to the images on the website, display of colouring was a little bit off otherwise perfect!

Nothing but a positive experience with Sundae Muse. My order was placed and I received an email the following day saying my items had been shipped. There was one item missing which I emailed about and received a response same day advising stock levels had been out on the website, I was immediately offered a refund or credit note + 10% as well as an apology. Sundae Muse also emailed following confirming I had received my refund. My package arrived this morning and I'm very happy with my items. Thank you :)

I am a consistent 10 in dresses, this dress was absolutely not true to size & didn't match the measurements on the website. I couldn't get it on & now am going to be stuck with a credit note, even though I would classify this as faulty!
